Store is always clean and bright. Aisles are clearly marked and well stocked. Not much youd be looking for you cant find. Keep an eye out for the sales tags, thats where you find the really good prices. If a regular customer, sign up for fuel points. Great program.

This location does not have the capacity to do the express lane pick up properly. Waited for my Entire 30 minute window, nobody contacted me, I called customer service. Who said it would be right out. Waited 15 min, nothingWent inside to find customer service, waited 10. An employee running express pickup had my cart sitting in a back cornerSimply avoid doing the express pickup here.

Was very busy when I arrived. Plenty of parking available. Very clean inside and well stocked. Most people were wearing a masks 😷 and the dividers are still up at the check outs. Lots of employees around eager to help you find what you need. Very pleasant shopping experience

Great location! It is clean and well organized. The produce is fresh and easily accessible, quite the variety too. You can purchase wine and beer at this location, pretty much anything you need. The staff was very friendly and I am pleased with my shopping experience.

My fav supermarket down in the south! Nice selection and presentation. Staff is all helpful. Forgot my wallet and couldn’t complete self-checkout (they don’t have Apple Pay); cashier Jackie who was watching the self checkout area skillfully directed me and my order to a different counter so I wouldn’t block other customers who want to pay with self checkout for too long while I wait for someone to come over and pay for me.

I recently had a bad experience with the seafood dept. Annoyed, I brought my issue to the manager on duty..his name was Daniel. Daniel didnt make me feel like a Nag for bringing back in the unfresh product. He did everything to resolve the issue, including talking to the seafood dept where Max was also friendly and helpful getting me fresh shrimp!! Dee at customer service gave me my money back and was also pleasant. I am really satisfied with how my issue was resolved! THANK YO FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

Store is very clean with great selections. I got a sub today and its just as good as the big name sandwich stores,and the price was great. The club sandwich is what I ordered. It was loaded with 3 meats and great tasting.

Chain (now owned by Kroger). Seems a little smaller than most of their stores. Getting out of the parking lot can be a little odd, especially to & from 9th Street, but its a heck of a lot better than the parking & prices at Whole (Paycheck) Foods. Really convenient otherwise, especially given the lack of grocery stores near Northgate. Has a pharmacy.

I really love shopping and Harris Teeter is one of those places i love to do just that. They have bargains a good pharmacy and a food bar to boot worth the trip Check out the weekly specials.

Great selection and an extremely convenient pick-up lane. I just cant bring myself to give the company 5 stars given the mistreatment of former Kroger employees during the shutdown and re-branding of other locations. That said, I cant bring myself to shop somewhere less convenient either...

The store is like most Harris Teeters. But like so many businesses the always seem to be short staffed. Two cashiers and five full carts in each line. The self checkout is always packed. The line goes all the way into the wine area. They probably should give out free cups of wine while you wait. Starbucks is very hot or miss. This one is run like a inconvenience for Harris Teeter, not an asset. Usually undone, not so clean and often without a staff person...A year of COVID has made it tough for retail. But you can only use this excuse so long

This location could have got a five star however one of their associates is really made it bad for them. When I walked in the associate was very welcoming and very live about their sale for the day. the other associates was very friendly and nice especially to my little one. The store was very clean very neat and easy to find things. however when I got to the Starbucks counter I had a coupon for a few free Starbucks coffee however after I scan my coupon and it didnt work the assistant just stood there. So I paid and I mentioned to her that the coupon was for a free coffee she proceeded to then say oh yea we dont accept those. No empathy at all. Wouldve been beneficial to know that before I paid. You guys might wanna teach the young girl some customer service skills.

Very nice and clean grocery store! They have a very helpful staff except the woman working in the Starbucks. I like that they have a vast variety of foods with convenient 24-hour shopping. They also have a great selection of healthy and organic options as well.

Love Harris Teeter. This location is very clean and the produce was fresh. The layout of the building is very different from other locations, so it was hard to find things at first. The gas station was well kept and cheap when using points. This is the go-to grocery in this area.

Understocked and overpriced.Regular items purchased over the years not on shelves, justvempty spaces.

New Harris Teeter in what had long been a Kroger location. Nice store and what would be expected from a HattisTeeter. I was a little surprised it was not further upgraded from the Kroger which was an older store, but it has the higher quality products and service expected from HT with its higher prices. It does have gas and also has an instore Stsrbucks.

Great haul today! Discounted oyster mushrooms and also Portobello caps! My favvie... $5 Friday SUSHI rolls. Shout out to $5 half cake FRIDAY! And the way that they announce in the store is fun along with tiny samples of cake. This is becomming my weekly ritual visit.God bless America and God bless the bakers for preparing a tray of vanilla canolis WITHOUT extra chocolate chips!!!! Its the little things!

Generally I dont see much point in reviewing a chain grocery store, but Ill make an exception because the service at this location is above and beyond: the staff is very helpful if you have a question; theyre quick to add an extra cashier if lines start getting long; and they keep the store very clean.

This is my go-to store when here for Duke appts. Close to the hotel, great selection of products and friendly customer service. However, I have noticed on more than one occasion that the carts are not sanitized after being brought in and the cleaning wipes were completely empty.

Clean and really easy to find what you want.

I lost a button while in the store, tucked it into my cooler bag pocket. Hours later I realized it was missing and that I probably lost it when Id pulled bags out of the pocket. Called the store and spoke to Mgr. Jason and he eagerly checked with cashier, Larna. She had found and saved it! Theyre holding it for me. THAT is Customer Service!

Clean store, lazy staff. They start closing up shop an hour before they even close and can’t even be bothered to cash a simple Coinstar receipt if their shift is remotely close to being over.

This is the only place I’ve ever seen a significant number of straight-up anti-maskers, but I assume that’s because the manager walks around without a mask also. If you’re covid conscious at all, I would recommend any other place.

Harris Teeter continues to serve maskless people. There is a mask mandate out and the store says it REQUIRES masks, even though management lets everyone in. Harris Teeter should take a page out of Costcos book and toss out people who refuse to keep themselves and others safe (theyve had multiple positive workers). Management needs to get serious and help protect their workers and customers.

This is probably the nicest Harris Teeter I have been in. Clean, organized and just a beautiful store. I love that they have an Asian, pizza and salad bar. Picked up $5 sushi roll and was impressed. They also had a pretty good selection of organic beauty and personal use products especially for a grocery store. Your definitely going to pay more at HT versus Food Lion but the shopping experience is no comparison

“Harris Teeter” heard lot about this store when in California. Store is great have mostly everything one needs in grocery shopping.But as far as Starbucks counter goes service is terrible, lack of training has effected the attitude and courteous professionalism of the employees behind the coffee counter.Unlike “STARBUCKS “ at all.It was Very disappointing experience.3* for the store0* for the Starbucks.

Staff service inside harris teeter was great. Very courteous, Very friendly. What was not so great is some kind of happy trigger looking off duty cop, working security, smoking cigarettes, walking around the parkinglot with a flashlight. Flashes my car while I just parked it, a well maintained recent model honda civic. Ill drive to the South Point next time instead.

The store was clean, organized and well-stocked. Prices were displayed well. The floral department had a nice variety of plants and flowers with a great variety in prices. I like having a flower in a vase all the time; so finding some at such a low price was ideal!! At these prices I can actually refresh them every week. Lilliyana was our cashier. She was so sweet and courteous....asking if we wanted double bagging and double checking to make sure our VIC card had registered. She greeted us with a smile as we walked up and as we departed. Let me not forget a young man who was stocking juice and water. He saw me struggling and walked over to help me load two 32-bottle cases of water. I really appreciated that as I have a really bad back. I think this has become one of my favorite grocery stores in Durham!!

I Desperately needed baby milk. My wallet was stolen so i dont physically have my ebt Card. However i have a picture of it and pictures of my id. I called beforhand asking would it be okay that they type the number in manually, so i coukd purchase milk. After transferring me two times they told me the manager stepped out and they would call me back. I informed them that i was already in the parking lot and i know it can be done because i am a former employee of harris teeter. The call ended. Even of they werent allowed to do it..they seemed annoyed and eager to get me off of the phone

There was a lot of food stocked on shelves. The customer service was great. I do wish that there was more disinfecting happening. There was no way of knowing whether the carts had been disinfected or any of that.

Only Teeter in this area I trust. Produce is always fresh, meat is fresh. The butcher even cut me a cut of meat that they didn’t have out.

Solid produce and consumer packaged goods for sale. Just stay away from their prepared food...they are all terrible. If you are student make sure to register your VIC for students discounts; 5-10% on top of the VIC savings.

Excellent Harris Teeter! And the pharmacy staff is superb, especially Olga. Always friendly, helpful, and just nice! We have never had issues here and the only time we had some steaks that were bad, they refunded us the FULL PRICE, not the sale price that we bought them for. You cant get much better than that.One issue that I have is that this area is notorious for bad cell phone connection for some reason on Verizon and combine that with poor wifi implementation and it makes it impossible to call home or keep a shopping list updated. Overall, a 5 star experience!

I hate their checkout line setup... I never know what lane Im supposed to stand in... but meat choices I picked up looked fresh and appeasing to sight. I am not a big Harris Teeter Fan... so for me to pick up items let alone meat was a big plus. I look forward in enjoying them for dinner this week. Happy shopping!

Regular old Harris Teeter. Nothing exciting, but its got all the things an HT will have. Pizza Bar, Starbucks, etc. The produce section is super open which is nice, and its further away from Duke so the college students dont seem to come out this far. Only difficult part is getting out of the parking lot onto Hillsborough Road. This will be our new every week store.

Closes at 10pm. Food Lion just down street is open till 11pm.

Just got back from a trip to the local Harris Teeter.By far the nicest holiday experience. The employees who have to work on possibly the worst retail day of the year - barring Black Friday - were beyond superb. Very pleasant and helpful.And I may never go back to my old H-T (not because of the staff or store, but the customers). Customers in Festival Center store actually smile at you and dont ram your carts if you happen to be in their self-entitled way.Horton Rd. H-T customers you know who you are. 😂😂😂In short this place is a breath of fresh air.

The Harris Teeter on Hillsborough Road has neglected to take action when customers aren’t wearing masks. As a medically licensed person it disturbs me greatly. Today was the 3rd occurrence. I was shopping on an isle when a young woman approached less than 6 feet then started coughing horribly. I asked her politely to put her mask on twice but she refused. I sought a manager, Yasmine, because the woman then came to self checkout next to me still coughing. The manager did nothing and walked away. Wonder why Covid is still spreading? I won’t shop again

Harris Teeter is great as always they are a little on the Trashy Side but I try and take advantage of their as Vic specials especially the buy one get one free. Today I had an interesting experience human thoughtfulness and kindness . I was in line to taking advantage of one of their buy one get one free Tropicana lemonade specials had my basketball shorts son and realized I left my wallet at home I tried to pay through my telephone but unfortunately they do not accept the Google pay at this time. The kind lady behind me offered to put up for my pictures. I thought that was very kind and just when youre having doubts the good in people comes through.

Very surprised from the service I received at the deli. I ordered a sub and it took over 10 minutes for the staff member to make it. No other order was ahead of mine. I dont know what the issue was but I hope they straighten it out soon. The rest of the store looked clean. The grocery isles were clear and free of any clutter. The checkout staff were friendly & helpful.

My mother bought a can of cream of chicken soup from there yesterday and this what it looked like when I opened it.

High quality, and specially foods that you cant find in most other supermarkets are always available. Coming from New York, its the only place I can find good bagels and artisan breads. All of the other markets in NC have breads, but none of them have hard crusted breads.

Nicest Harris Teeter Ive been to recently. The deli/fresh food section is AMAZING, with a huge selection of items ranging from pizza to subs to Asian food to sushi. Highly recommended, but it is definitely not cheap.

This is a wonderful, supermarket, with robust offerings in many departments. It is a recent build, colorful and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful, the asiles are wide. It was my first visit. Ill be back.

The cashiers here make the whole grocery shopping experience miserable. Attitude, can’t or won’t bag properly, throws items into bags without any consideration for glass or produce. It’s like they don’t care or take any pride in their job.

Remodeled on the plan of the store next to Duke University, this store has it all, including a Starbucks and a trail mix bar. Dunkin donuts is in the parking lot, too. Lots of uni kids shopping here, so people watching is at a premium!

Convenient location and variety of food products. The produce seems fresh and has a moderate variety. There is a meat and seafood counter which is fresh and well staffed. They have a hot bar and salad bar. The customer service center was not super professional or helpful.

The best store ever! I am not from the area but visiting for the holidays. The store is organized and the presentation is excellent. The people were professional, customer oriented, and knowledgeable. No matter what question I asked it was answered and I was pointed in the right direction, down to the row and shelf.

Found frozen Greek yogurt sold in singles! I am in heaven! This store is always clean. I enjoy coming here
