I recently had my wedding rings redesigned. I can not say enough how much this was a such a positive experience. Worked with Doug, who was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient ! Together we designed a set that I absolutely love. The workmanship is outstanding. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Reeds in Duxbury.

This review is long over due. I went to Reeds around May 2021 to start the process of designing an engagement ring. We had been to 3-4 Jewelers prior, and can emphatically say Reeds, and specifically Doug, were the best. Doug was super knowledgeable, resourceful (hunting down the best diamonds for exactly what we wanted), flexible, and responsive. The ring is absolutely stunning and we could not be more pleased with the diamond, Reeds, and especially Doug (top notch)!

I have had the most wonderful experience with the staff. Everybody is incredibly kind, welcoming, and have taken the time to get to know me on a personal level. I bought my wifes engagement ring and our weddings bands, and they have gone out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They called me when the perfect diamond became available, and theyve done a wonderful job with keeping my ring in perfect condition. I would absolutely recommend them and look forward to returning!

I work with Reeds on all my watches for maintenance and repairs. I have had them change and adjust the bands, change batteries, do up keep, and all other maintenance of my collection. I also have bought several pieces from them in time. I will be in to buy more in the future and I am picking up my watch tomorrow/dropping one off. I am so glad to have them to trust with my pieces.
