The ladies were very helpful with helping me find some new scents for my sensitive nose. So many of them give me headaches. Also had no problems exchanging some lotions I purchased online that were too strong for me. Thank you!

Aside from being pounced by not one but two employees at the door and both trying to out talk the other, it was ok. I was looking for the overnight lip balm and the sales associate was not listening and kept showing me small tubes of hand cream. I did find what I was looking for but disappointed that they were out of spray for a new scent. Guess Ill go back to Southdale.

The pocketbac is a must!! Love trying the new scents!! Got a batch of them (with clip holder) for my daughter to take to college!

This is my favorite bath and body works location to visit. Today I stopped in and was helped by the nicest and most helpful employees I’ve met here. They even helped me pick out a new fragrance. Shoutout to Erica and Lily!

They didnt have coconut lime verbena scented wallflower. I love it so much! So disappointed.

I love the products but hate the AGGRESSIVE sales culture. In times of COVID a simple greeting and acknowledgement are all that are needed. I do not need nor do I want someone in my face making recommendations. Their staff does not observe social distancing. Also, when I say no to email, I mean no. I am in my 60s so I am pretty confident in my decision making.Their HQ needs to rethink the culture in times of COVID, what worked before is not right for where we are right now!I will miss shopping with Bath and Body but after being smothered in 3 different locations, I am done. Respect peoples personal space!!!!!

This is the best place to go shopping for when you need lotion, perfume etc.

They follow you around and try to sell you products very aggressively at this location. 4 different employees continued to pressure sell me items. I ended up not buying anything and left.

Typical pricing at this location.During the pandemic were in, we felt like they had too many people in the store at the same time.The selection was definitely less than normal for certain products.Its always nice to smell the new scents and stock up on your old favorites though!

Not as big as the Mall of America or comparative stores but a good enough selection. Cemented by a helpful and knowledgeable staff, you cant to wrong with this store. Be mindful that its more compact space makes some of the aroma in the room more intense. May catch some off guard.

I was at the store today with one of my friends and we were followed around and just bombarded multiple times but all the workers on the floor. I didn’t think much of it at first because it’s their job but the longer we were there, we started to realize that even though there were so many other customers in the store the employees were very interested in us. Like I get that you guys are just doing your job but it’s just upsetting that you guys were only following us (The only POC in the store) around the whole time. It’s very annoying and hurtful, and I will never go back.

I came right away at open with the goal of only buying a couple of hand sanitizers. I was nicely greeted at the door and was told the deals. However when I went to check out the employee, Im guessing this is the manager, behind the counter made me feeling like she was wasting her time helping me because I only wanted two hand sanitizers and then when I turned to leave I heard her tell the girl at the front that only one person said she helped them, which was me. Very rude thing to do in front of customers, and very off putting as a customer.
