Huge store with endless selection but unless you know what you want its hard to decide. Also I was looking for something in particular and couldnt find anybody that could point me in the right direction. In the end, my grocery store liquor department is as useful and more convenient.

The selection at Total Wine is HUGE. They looked up what I was looking for and Im glad they did. I wouldve spent hours trying to find it. However maybe that wouldnt have been such a bad thing. They were handing out samples all over the store. Glad I wasnt driving. I was a little tipsy before I left.

The most incredible and enormous liquor store I have ever seen. Staff was knowledgeable and had great recommendations. I could get lost and live in here for the rest of my life in a drunken stupor and be perfectly happy.

My (now) husband and I walked into this Total Wine two days before our wedding to buy wine, beer, and liquor for our reception. We had a sense of what we wanted but werent completely locked in, and we needed some help to stick to our budget.We were first approached by George (Wolowicz) who let us know that we were in luck, because as a walk-in wedding reception, we were going to get a discount on cases of wine. What a win! George listened to our likes and dislikes and selected a few things for us to try, both of which were perfect.He then brought in his supervisor Edina (Beyl) who helped us select beer, liquor, miscellaneous items, and made sure we got every possible discount. These two went above and beyond, packaging everything up safely, helping us load our cars, and making sure we knew we could return anything we didnt need for a full refund (hah, no way! Wedding wine for weeks!).Ive always liked Total Wine but this experience solidified my loyalty as a customer. Thank you George and Edina, you two are the absolute best!

Poor customer service. The cashier was helpful and friendly. But unfortunately the floor staff could care if they helped you out. Two of them were talking on their phones. The others just ignored you. I would recommend not shopping at this Total Wine store. I usually shop at their Burnsville store but thought I would try out Eagan. My Mistake!

I love the fact that they allow you to bring your 4-legged friends in with you! This location also has samples when the staff is available. And the staff is VERY friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products!

Couldn’t find exactly what I wanted but with the help of the merchant I got one item I wanted four dollars cheaper than most places and a couple of substitutes satisfied my shopping experience.

I like this store. They stock things that cannot be easily found at a reasonable price.However, the last time I shopped there, I was double charged on some items. I discovered the error several hours later. When I returned the next day with the receipt to be refunded, the manager treated me as if I were lying and after refunding me said, without an apology: Ill check the video.Right, as if I would make up a story and drive 15 miles to to swindle Total Wine out of 25 bucks.Get it together and treat your customers with respect.

Theres a huge selection of Apple cider, wine, and beer and good prices. Got some flak for asking if they sell malt liquor. A simple no would of sufficed.

Probably one of the busiest times Ive been there, Christmas Eve. They still had everything neat and tidy and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The employees were impressive with their knowledge and speed. They even told me they had a deal on a box set of scotch with some samples.

This is one of my favorite stores. I think I was doing an audit here one time and had a slight problem with management. Other than that, this is a great store.

Was good but she didnt apply the coupon I had in hand so I overpaid. I handed her the paper but she never scanned it and it ended up back in box. My fault for not inquiring more since I knew it sounded not right And not checking the receipt till later. But those things can make s difference.

The wine section of the store was very nice, better than most other wine shops I have been to locally. What made it extra nice was the manager Breanna who assisted me with everything. Very knowledge and made great recommendations on wine that my husband and I loved. Will be coming back just for her suggestions!

I believe that due to the busy holiday season, prices varied in store to online and merchandise was not accurately marketed; therefore not only discounts were deferred, also I noticed an increase in prices all throughout this location. This is not to say prices have increased overall.

They always have lots of folks running around the store happy to give suggestions, and the prices are great.I am very annoyed by their draconian ID policy. I am going on 32 and look the part, but was turned away because I had only my credit card with me. I also see them IDing old men and grannies. What a silly corporate policy.

Nice store, and helpful employees. My only pet peeves is accessing the store trying to navigate thru the streets to enter the shopping mall and the mall parking lot itself is a pain hence the 4 stars.

Great liquor store with HUGE selection. They have the best prices out of any other liquor store in the state. They carry local wines and spirits as well as local beer. They have a massive selection of wine, and can order things if you cant find it. They can special order anything you want too. Also they sell kegs of beer for parties and events. Hands down the biggest and cheapest place to buy alcohol in Minnesota. Fridays and Saturdays can be really busy, go during the week and beat the crowds. Ask staff for recommendations too, they are very knowledgeable and can help you select if your unsure.

Fantastic! Amazing! Wonderful selection, and the most helpful crew Ive ever met. The samples in-store were delicious, and staff were all very friendly. I especially appreciated the printed drink recipe cards that explained how to make the sampled cocktails (with very affordable ingredients)! My only qualm with Total Wine was that during the time I was trying to browse the selection on my own, I was constantly approached by employees offering assistance. At first it was nice, but after a dozen offers to help, I felt more like a customer at a store that was expected to shoplift, so that was a bit uncomfortable.

One of the few places we can find Bookers bourbon and they have a wide selection of beer, wine and spirits at a decent price. They also have a rewards program which is pretty cool if you ask me!

Total Wine & Spirits is a shock when you first walk through the door, the staff is very helpful especially when you are a first-time customer! The selection everything is vast. They have a thing where you can try certain Liquors that they have that are their own brand right there at the store before you take it home that way you know if you liked it which is awesome!!! I definitely think that I will be a full-time customer.👍👍👍
