Brandon went WAY above and beyond to help me when I was in a jam when my phone broke. I had failed to back it up to the cloud and couldnt retrieve my data. It was clear he genuinely cares about customers as people and will work hard and be generous with his time and energy to make sure they get what they need. Additionally, he is very skilled at working with Apples technology, which made a huge difference.
Kimberly is AWESOME! She not only efficiently helped me in the store, but when I had a few things that needed additional information that I left at home, she gave me a direct number to contact her so she could resolve the remaining things I needed. It took minutes to do what I had spent HOURS on the phone trying to resolve. Ive had so many great experiences as an Xfinity customer over the past years in several different states. The help and kind, knowledgeable service that Kimberly gave me today topped it all!
Really bad customer service. The entire time I was trying to talk and pay the employee was commenting on the football game. It’s impossible to get ahold of the store. The computer just kicks you off and says have nice day. Really annoying, what am I paying 90$ a month for?
Was told my old modem would work by two different people. When I go to set it up their service tells its not supported. They try to upsell you on the most expensive package. You get an email saying your bill is available to view but when you log in to view it is says theres nothing there
Horrible service!!! Do not contract with Comcast/Ixfinty if you live in Eagan or period. They always have lame excuses and nothing ever works properly and way overcharge for everything.

Switched out router for a new one as it had been 5 years. Quick, knowledge and friendly service. Even saved me $18 on monthly bill.

Me and my wife had an appointment set up at 6:30 as with covid the only way your supposed to get in there is with an appointment according to the representative we spoke to on the phone to schedule the said appointment! We were made to wait 20 minutes because 2 others just walked in no problem and were being served first now!!!!! So what was the purpose for an appointment I swear every time I go to this location I leave feeling disappointed!!

The only employee that was actually working was Cheyenne. Very respectful and professional. However, her co-workers on the other hand were standing around talking and did not offer any assistance. There were 4 associates in which their conversations were more important. I will not return to location unless Cheyenne is there. I may change internet service, and Ive been a loyal xfinity customer, and do like the way this location conducted themselves.
Cheyenne was super. She had the patience of a saint. I was not told to bring certain info but she was still able to take care of things.

Wonderful staff in a clean store
Went in tonight to do a simple return of my cable box, walked in 2 kids working the desk and a women I assume was the manager on her cell phone who was talking about her day and disappeared into the back, I waited several minutes in an empty store before Andrew came to help me I was not impressed, I told him it was sad his manager was on her phone and not helping customers now there were 2 additional in line, yep I sure did swear which I guess scared poor Andrew as he had to report me to the manager/security before he could give me a receipt, and then the manager came out, no biggie if they think I’m scary wait until you meet someone who’s bill was wrong LOL, they are a joke get adults and customer service savvy manager and all would have been good!
Went here and they were extreme helpful to me. Cheyanne helped me and she was very helpful and made everything very clear to me. Did not wait long and I was very happy when I left and Im happy with my service.
I walked inside the store they said that only one person was in front of me but more customers began to arrive and everyone attended them first than me, I think they are some telephone specialists and in the store they are the worst company that exists to serve the customer

Simple phone upgrade took over 2 hours.was able to get in right away. Fot my phone in 20 mind. But then they did phone transfer and since it takes 10 min. Helped other peeps. Meanwhile I had to wait for my rep to finish which was 2 more hours

Made an appointment online because my cable box was acting up and I was hoping to swap it out for a new one. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and told the next available representative would be with me (I was a few minutes early). Within two minutes I was up. I gave the employee my story and within a few minutes was out of the store with a new box that works perfectly.Fast easy courteous service. Something I didnt expect from a cable company....Thanks!
The store is nice and clean, spacious. Service was great the two times Ive been there. Yesterday, I went in to adjust my cable package, and it was prompt. I think the guys name was Brandon. Diligent and helpful. The company itself, takes advantage at will with their pricing, and the service people you get over the phone are a bit pushy and sales-minded. After half an hour on the phone, I got We can get you bundle x. Itll save you $20 from what youre paying now. ($220 from $240??). Ah, and with a new 2-year contract? No way. That said, my in-person visit to this store got me a $160 package with no new contract, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. It was good service.
We were waiting in line and one of the reps were very mean and short with another customer.she was speaking very condensending and speaking slow because of a possible language barrier. Did not appreciate the energy in that moment. While waiting in line we hoped that we would not get her as someone to help us, but Brandon helped us out and we were on our way.
I made an appointment at the Richfield location only for me to get there and a sign saying they were closed. So I made another appointment at the Apple Valley location becauee the previous tentant left a bill. I wasnt informed I needed a copy of my lease and have to jump through hoops because of someone elses irresponsibility. There was another woman with a similar issue and was able to verify via phone?!
I had a issue adding service and bundling services that I was told wasn’t possible to do. I spokes to several customer service representatives on the phone all of them said the system wouldn’t allow it. I went into the store and explained what I wanted to do and the great staff was able to make it work. I was in and out of store in a short amount of time. I’ve always had a great experience from this store! I will continue going to this store instead of wasting my time calling customer service.

Fast internet for affordable prices
Let me start that this is quick review for this location and NOT the corporation. This is a franchise, I believe. Brandon and Lauren did EXCELLENT by me. They were fast and efficient, I call it appropriately speed and accuracy. No wait, got my Xfi unit, resolved a bill issue with my Xfinity phone (my fault, they corrected FREE though), and I was out the door. There is NOTHING more valuable than ones time, nothing..Dont call corporate - stop in check out Xfi! Oh and btw they use Verizon bandwith, so yeah theres that! :) Verizons competitors openly admit their coverage is inferior..Thanks Lauren and Brandon!

Avoid at all costs. Just spent an hour trying to fix service on the internet going out again. At the end of not solving the problem, again, they said they would credit my account if I stayed on the line, then repeatedly would not respond to the chat they initiated. If you like internet service that is that is horrible this is your company. This was online and not at the store.
Arrived on time and was not seen for 25 more minutes. Also took someone who had their appointment at 130pm in front of me, I was scheduled at 1pm.
Any time I deal with Xfinity, whether in person or on the phone, I always get a different answer. Their pricing isnt exactly transparent, either. I eagerly.awaot a viable internet alternative in my area.

I received friendly and helpful service from Kimberly Huelsman. She explained the details of my new service agreement, gave me tips on setting up the cable box, and emailed me twice to help delete an old cable box from my bill. Visiting the store and dealing with a knowledgeable rep was so much better than trying to communicate on the phone with Xfinity. Thanks again, Kimberly!

This is about Comcast in general if I could give them zero stars I would. Someone was stealing my internet and I brought it to their attention. I was told that it would be investigated and that I would hear back within a week. Two weeks go by so I call and to my surprise the ticket didnt exist. So yet again I go through the process of creating this issue. Again told I would be contacted... Nothing. So I call and again the ticket head disappeared. This time after an hour and a half still nothing and told I have to pay over three hundred dollars in overages that I didnt use! FORGET THIS YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
Everybody there is very helpful! when they do get busy and you do have to sit to wait for somebody they have great entertainment there the TV is huge its got a great reception all the phones and tablets and everything is out. It is just a wonderful place and the location is fantastic thats a great little shopping center !

Internet cuts in and out constantly. Super slow. I work from home and my internet drops calls constantly. They have come to service my internet 4 times in the last month and it doesn’t fix anything. This company has some serious quality issues

Waited in line for 40mins for a 20 second equipment return.
I was completely blown off by a staff member when I came in with an issue regarding my cell phone service. After looking at my phone for about 15 seconds his only advice was to call Xfinity, the company he works for, to see if they can resolve the problem over the phone. He made no real attempt to help me and I was really off put by his lack of effort. It seemed like he just didnt want to deal with the problem.
The representative on the phone helped us tremendously solved our problem got our Tech equipment working they did a great job
Went there to set up new service to my new home in Eagan. Moved from Denver Colorado and had Comcast there as well. My only complaint here is that the staff need better training in setting up accounts from other states meaning transfers. I had to close my old account just to set up a new account for service. Sad.

Xfinity completely BANS all Google apps. If you have a google tv this service is completely incompatible for streaming. Google, banned, chromecast, banned. Stay away from this company if youre looking for a tv service provider.
Am currently in the moving process and my rate increased by 20+ dollars. Went and talked to Mia. You’d think she runs the place, made the price back to normal and doubled my speed, talk about customer service! Awesome experience!!

They wanted to argue 5 minutes before they pulled up my account. The agent had bad breath and didnt really listen well.
I was at this Eagan location 09/02/18 about 4:00pm today. This is a very nice store. The customer service person- MIA was very helpful and very well mannered. She was very courteous and took care of my issue very efficiently . Also she answered all my questions very in details and showed me some setting tricks and tips that most ppl overlook. I was impressed by the level of service and professionalism. Thank you MIA for your help and high level customer service:)

The workers are all friendly, but their rates are outrageous. Xfinity also started a feud with Tivo and blocked Ondemand service with a Tivo box, and forcing customers to rent their cable boxes.. Seems pretty illegible, but Im not a lawyer. Its definetly unethicle..

The one in Eagan looks very nice on the outside but thats typically where it stops. You have to wait a while for a tech to assist you whether there are people there or not. After they assist you they still try and sell you packages and such. Its more of an annoyance than a help center.
