I had a lot of questions when searching for a computer. I wanted one that would be good for gaming. I also decided I didnt want to buy brand new as this would mostly be used by my kids. I sent a message with a screenshot of the computer I picked out and let them know what I would be using it for. They guided me to a different computer and told me what specs to select. When I arrived it fired right up but crashed on me about 3 times right away. Again I sent a picture of the issue. They sent me a new chip to put in it as they said windows had crashed. It now has been working just fine for the last week that weve had it. My kids play a lot of Roblux and Fortnight on it and it keeps up just fine. Their customer service and promptness was exceptional. Thank you again!

Be careful on what you buy from them. Bought a refurbished monitor. It worked but didn’t work great with my MacBook. I sent it back in the original packaging within a day of it getting delivered. It was packaged perfect. Somehow it ended up with a small scratch on the protective plastic on the screen….. Somehow…. Well they refused my refund… I asked if they couldn’t resale to send it back. They responded with contact UPS for to see if the damage is covered for a refund. Sounds like they have done this before and know they will get away with. Amazon took care of the refund so I hope Amazon takes that from them. Just be careful when purchasing from them and be cautious if you need to do a return.

Computer arrived and my grandson unpacked and set it up very quickly (less than 5 minutes). Transferred pictures, documents, and downloads. All went well. Downloaded office Home & Student 2019 and Apache Open Office. No problem...It is still working well a week after arrival. Ask me to review again in a year.

Ordered a refurbished PC as a first or introductory gaming computer for my son. With the price of the package (new Dell monitor included) on ebay, i figured Id give it a shot. Were talking less than half the price of what a name brand tower, cpu, ram, graphics card would cost. Weve been up and running just fine now for about a week. Everything has been spot on. Well see now the longevity, performance and actual quality of all the upgrades they have made this computer with. Lots of Chinese parts, and I feel that has been stigmatized as much of them work as intended as long as intended in more than than we know. Any issues we have in the near future Ill be sure to update and post but as of right now, Id buy another one tomorrow if I needed one!

Bought a really nice gaming pc for my 70 inch 4K tv. For the price it does play well and is running some really high graphic games such as Borderlands 3, Steam games MK11 and others. I bought a refurbished Dell PC in the $300+ range. The PC was securely packaged for shipment. It was clean & showed no signs of damage. It started up quickly, runs fast & quietly & was pretty much plug in & go. The included mouse & keyboard appeared to be new, still in boxes. Nothing to do but use the PC. However, it crashed twice within 2 days of my first use. Unsure of the cause, but reported to SJC immediately. I had seen so many iffy reviews, it took me a long time to finally break down and trust this purchase. But I was not at all disappointed in any aspect of the process. I was worried because Id read people saying their products didnt match and werent compatible but everything was uniform in my bundle. I got a great PC, with a very nice monitor and mouse that didnt give me any installation issues. The computer could have been new for all the wear and tear I didnt see. It shipped two days faster than the five days I expected. That was impressive. It came packaged smartly and it seemed like someone took time to make sure it was done right. I ordered the largest amount of RAM and storage and as far as I see I wasnt shorted which I kinda was worried about. The computer seemed refurbished well, it runs a tad slow for a dual processor of its grade but the computer did work without any issues. The network adapter left a little to be desired, Im having problems with connecting via some hotspots but I have been able to use it on others so I wont complain. Overall Id definitely say I wasnt let down in the least, I use the computer for high density audio production and recording and so I use it maybe ten to twelve hours a day and so far it was well worth the $350 I spent on it, and the only thing Id change is Id probably have gotten a dual monitor! Absolutely recommend this company. Im impressed.

I will be honest,when I got my PC it wasnt booting so I had to take out the three ram sticks to get it to boot and wrap up the install of Windows 10. put the sticks back in (from 8gb to 32gb) the PC booted just fine. 10/10 would recommend.

I got a nice gaming pc for around 350. I play Minecraft (which I fondly refer to as Minceraft). On my dinosaur PC you couldnt even fly with an elytra because the chunks wouldnt load quickly enough. Not a problem with this bad boy. I have chunks at 12 and render at 24 and can fly no problem. I dont play other, more demanding games, however.
