An awesome find! A real European market right here! All of the hundreds of items I saw are sourced from Europe. Underground vegetables looking like they do in Europe, freshly pulled from the ground. Quite a few alluring and exotic cheeses that are difficult to find here.Warm-from-the-oven European breads. European branded chocolates, candies and confections Ive only seen in Europe. If you are trying to evoke memories from across the pond or create a special event with a European atmosphere, you will definitely find goods to accomplish that here!
I absolutely love this store!! They have a charming East European flavor & an amazing variety of products. And dont worry if you arent familiar with the Cyrillic alphabet, the friendly staff will be more than happy to answer your questions.
Great store, service is great. However I have found the sausage not to be fresh at times, ended up returning it for a replacement. Otherwise good place to shop
Best grocery store anywhere! Any type of meats imaginable. Excellent selection. I wish they had a jar of picked peppers like their competitor had. We drive two hours twice a year for kvas, triochki, and the cream cheese snacks
Fun little European Market & Deli. All the fun candy, bread oh, and meats. A longtime local favorite that has been relocated now for a while. Hidden behind the giant outlet mall in Eagan. Its worth the trip just to check out some of the fun European items.
I spent two years in Ukraine as a Peace Corps volunteer, and Minsk Market transports me back. So glad I’m able to enjoy good salo again!!
Let me start by staining I am not Russian nor have I ever been, so I cannot comment on any authenticity. Having said that, very few things had a English translation and almost everything looked imported. I got several cured meats from the deli and the service was amazing. She let me try things and gave recommendations. I will definitely be back. There was also a huge assortment of candies, pickles, tea, smoked fish and frozen perogies.
This store is magnificent. This store isnt only great for Europeans but also for poeple from countries with highly European impact. I am originally from Egypt and I miss the meilffeit and European deserts that I couldnt eat till I go to Egypt for vacation till an Egyptian friend of mine told me you gotta try Minsk store . Its the taste of chocolate, deli products and cakes I miss . Will always shop there and tell my friends
One of my favorite markets as it have the things I used to eat all the time when I lived and worked in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. So good and I get to speak my bad Russian.
I love sausage, but have a hard time telling the difference among the huge variety here. The salesperson helped me choose three perfect ones. Большое спасибо!
Best KIevsky cake I’ve ever had!! Excited to try the caviar and rye bread!
Great selection! Friendly service!
Very nice store with great selection of european food. Russian bread was amazing and very fresh. I remember this delicious taste from my childhood. Yumm!!! Bread was warm when we purchased. You guys are absolutly Fantastic! Employees are friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed listening to russian and polish languages there. Plus she was able to get russian matryoshka. She enjoys it very much. I am very happy to find Minsk market since polish store got closed. Keep up the great work and your customers happy.
Love this market...wish they carried more dill..always sold out when I go.
Wanted rye bread. I asked in English. They replied in kind.. ibmean...They HAD it but swore they didnt? How bizarre.
I love finding little stores like this.
We absolutely love Minsk Market! The smell of fresh baked bread greets you as you enter. Then there is a vast selection of Eastern European food and souvenir items! Just about anything you could want. The staff are friendly and helpful.Definitely a great store.
A fun market with its specialty in european foods. They have a meat counter and many fun candies to choose from. A great local grocery store.
Best European food market. Always a pleasure to go to that store. Everybody polite and helpful.
Excellent market. Excellent assortment, reasonable prices and excellent service.
Great selection and delicious zefir!
They are very concerned about their customers safety regarding the pandemic. I feel safe there. Their customer service is stellar.
We stopped in today because I had it on my list to visit. Its a unique small grocery store with eastern european food. I bought some pickled herring which is sometimes hard to find at big box grocers. Ill be back!
I have been here several times over the past two or three years (I live about 2 hours away) and have always had good experiences. I was there this morning and everything was great as always. The store is clean and well organized. Everything is always good. The staff is friendly and helpful if I have any questions.
I stumbled upon this adorable market and Im so satisfied. Ive never seen so much different candy. Wonderful deli selection too.
We found an European hard crust rye bread, very dense, hearty, and delicious.
Minsk market is the epitome of European foods and delicacies in the area. The have a very large selection of foods from eastern Europe, as well as some of the best deli type meats in the state. Staff is always helpful and if there isnt enough of something, you can always ask if they have something in back. Will always be a patron of this store until they close or I die.
Pretty cool place for european foods, love the selection.
Really good snacks and tea!!
Great merchandise. Nice people!
Good selection of eastern european, russian imported foods.
They have lots of snack items, chocolate, candies, cookies. Its my first time here so grabbed few items to try. I just bought based on the pictures of the items, I dont really understand what it says. The ladies working can answer questions for you, they just dont look friendly.
Very helpful and accommodating.
Fantastic deli selections and a wonderful selection of goods. Prices are great, store is always clean, staff is always helpful.
A bit on the expensive side, but has very nice and friendly staff, and all Russian foods you may want
Moscow sausage is awesome! And a lot of other stuff! Comments from a Chinese guy.
Me and I go here because i have a russian family and go here for all my favorites. Some americans might not like it but if you are american reading this post you should try the ice cream they have pick DADU ice cream in particular and maybe pickles there pickles are the best and they have a deli for fish, pastries and meats. And they have tea and sodas.
Clean store. Large variety of unique, and hard to find products. Excellent deli section.
Great small convenient market store laid out in the same manner and is the exact feel and copy of those in Minsk Belarus. Our family came out with products and treats all similiar in quality to those in Minsk. Small narrow aisles with shelves packed with many different types of Belarusian delicacies and delicious food. The atmosphere within the store and the ease of parking were great. We are looking forward to our next visit.
This market close to the outlet mall has a lot of things that you cant find anywhere else. The deli area is great and if you are a fan of cold smoked salmon, theirs is phenomenal and a good price. If you are in Eagan you should really stop here.
The store itself is very small compared to other supermarkets. They do have a great bakery and hot eat now foods. Its a very weird set up though and nothing is where you think it. Would be based on other store set ups.
Minsk market is GREAT! Lots of East European delicacies. Fast and helpful staff.
A good place to get Eastern European treats and food. Good for Russian speakers of all levels, native to Russia or native to anywhere else :)
Best Russian grocery store in the twin cities
Sour milk.
Awesome place for meat, salmon, pepperoni, sausage, smoked fish, salami, theyve got it all, as well as excellent service
We were in the area and stopped at Minsk Market on our way home to pick up some eastern European items. This was January 29, 2020. You can imagine how disappointed I was recently when I went to open this bottle of Tkemali sauce and found it was some kind of weird jelly instead of sauce. Then my wife saw the Best By date: December 12, 2015. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a small shop such as this. It would be even in a large store. 50 Months past the date! There is no excuse!Posted by Tim Garms
Nice small little market.
Great variety of regional goodies. Teriffic selection of cured meats and some pastries. Friendly staff.
I love this store compared to the Paradice. Only go to Minsk Market for the past year and a half! Great service fresh food and if you ever have a problem with anything theyre happy to help. Great staff especially Valentina at the register always kind. Arthur the owner is very nice and helpful! I love the fact that their food is always fresh, and the assortment is awesome.
Great service, variety of Russian products.
Awesome service and selection
Professional and friendly store! If I couldn’t find something, they helped me find it and were very accommodating.
Amazing Ukrainian(?) market. This is the best old-world deli on the south side of the river, and they have prices comparable to Cub Foods, Hy-vee and Lunds/Byerlys -- except the quality is way better and the sausages are more exotic. They must have 30 kinds of salami/cured sausage -- along with other old world treats. The rest of the market has some fun imported goods such as Caviar and Russian tea. They also have an amazing looking bakery (which I have never tried sadly)This is a great foodie destination if you are on the south side of the river.
My favorites: delicious dark bread, pickled (not sweet) herring, kefir, herbal teas. Great authentic Eastern European food
If you are looking for Eastern European food/ groceries in the Twin Cities, this is a great place to find it!
The Best Russian grocery store in MN. Also, people that work there are very polite and nice:) The store has everything you want and moreover, they have fresh-baked cakes that taste awesome!
Always has really good produce, although sometimes very specific/niche items cant be found.
Butter Fish!!! So many delicious options. Step out and be adventurous.
Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helped me to select some items. They even translated a Russian card that I had received from my friend in Texas. Prices were reasonable. It was a pleasant experience to shop there.
Love this store, always stopping on our way back when visiting.
Friendly service! If you miss the food from back home or just want to try Russian/Ukrainian/Belorussian food this is the store for you. Great selection from vegetables to homemade cakes. Everything is fresh with good experation dates. I highly recommend to visit this store.
I love this store and the assortment of Eastern European foods they offer. We dont come often, its over 2hrs drive each way for us from SE MN, but when we do we stock up on everything, I freeze extra bread and meats and food stays fresh for awhile. Had good service and suggestions from employees there. We are on our way there today and I just cant wait!
Always lot of staffAnd prices are very good
Great store! My first choice for Russian store in the Twin Cities. Always have great selection. All the people that work there are very friendly and assist you if you ask. I always enjoy the food I buy from Minsk Market.
This one is our favorite grocery store! Great products with a nice service! Their staff is slways friendly and knowlegable!
We love this place. It is a small european market. We can get a lot of the foods that my wife grew up with. Kids will love the candy selection. They have a very nice meat selection which we always get stuff from. We will keep going there when we travel near.
My Grandma goes here all the time to get meat and bread. When I go with her I see how good the store is .Plus me and my grandma like it more then Paradise market
Waited 5 min at checkout cuz no cashier came. There was a line of 5 ppl behind us.
Friendly people. Small store but theyve expanded in the last few years to include a ready to go counter with some desserts/cakes. I recommend this store for many Slavic or eastern European foods
I stop in once in a while to load up on Kvass for me and treats for the kid. Selection is fantastic and the prices are worth a trip from Rochester. If you go in while you are hungry you will end up with a car full of stuff. Highly recommend this store.
People working there were rude, didnt notice (or care) that I was waiting to pay until I got someone, and their English seemed minimal. Didnt even have what I was looking for, though I will admit their selection otherwise was decent.
Best Russian grocery store in the Twin Cities area. Food is always fresh, not outdated. Bread and baked goods made in store. Good deli options. All of the Russian foods the Russian diaspora longs for but doesnt find in regular grocery stores in the U.S. (tvorog, black bread, cirki, pelmeni, Russian candies, sugar cubes, halva, Korean cabbage, to name a few).
Good selection. However, service is horrible to non European/Russian costumers. I have read a lot of reviews saying how great service they provide and thats not the case for me. I only come here because theres nothing available in Rochester Mn. Horrible attitude. No I dont speak Russian so no need to be so mean! Geesh 😩 I just want my goat cheese, lady 😔
Huge selection and good quality of Russian and European food. Great customer service.
Fantastic grocery store -- highly recommend for Eastern European foods. Large selection of meats, fish, and cheeses (fresh!), bakery goods, chocolates, teas, coffees, fresh dairy (the smetana - sour cream - is very good), and much more. My wife and I try to shop here at least once per week.
BEST EUROPEAN HARD SAUSAGES,VERY GOOD AND HIGH QUALITY FLAKE SEEDS OIL!!! BEST BLINCHIKI
Great prices! Good place to shop
Clean, excellent staff, good selection, nice rewards and fair pricing.
Great store! best Russian groceries/food in the area
Very good quality eastern European/Slavic food. Great service and selection. Ive went here for years and I usually recommend others to check it out.
Great little place to get Russian and East European specialties. Excellent fresh bread!
Store by itself excellent, they have almost everything that we need, however WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE US!!! Every time we go there we spent at least 200$ but theyre always rude and unfriendly, especially Cashier Tatiana! Russian Paradise where I suggest everyone to go!!!
Perhaps it is my Ukrainian step-father or my adoration of Slavic culture, regardless, Minsk Market my favorite ethnic grocery store to shop at. Even though I cannot read Cyrillic somehow it doesnt bother me as the variety of cookies, cakes, pierogies, meats and candies is undeniably mouthwatering, and somehow even when Im just showing the place off to friends I always leave with a purchase!
Minsk Market has a good selection of European foods at a fair price. They have a great variety of cheeses, carry a lot of different teas, and have a wide variety of delicious snacks/chocolates.
Allways friendly I like my German Bread and the wounerful sausage.
Broad selection of many delicious looking foods and candies, the sweets I tried were top notch. Overall would highly recommend!
Number 1 Russian store at Minnesota! All products fresh, and good quality!!!! I really love this store !
First time here staff was very polite enjoy my visit very much. Came here with a Bus load of Students from Central High School. Well come back here again by myself.
It was excellent when you have a Beautiful woman helping you.
Always quality foods in easy to use sizes.
Great Russian store! I go here all the time and I am always pleased!
Best Russian Store in Minneapolis. Good deli, friendly staff and although prices are still high, they are much lower than at other ones in MN
Very good selection of Russian food products. Has a deli counter with meats, cheeses and assortment of smoked/dried fish. Also some produce.
I love the place because it has unexpectedly good product and fresh bread!
Amazing selection of cured meats from around the world surprisingly fresh produce lots of canned goods
What a find! I live here for 36 years and finally I found this place . It has authentic German bread!!!! I dont even know where to start ... Soft, fine liver wurst. The bologna is perfect for making Fleischsalat, Matjeshering, Knackwurst and many more. Try the sour cream! Unfortunately, I dont know Russian and, therefore, cant read most of the labels. The service is very helpful and friendly. Definitely a place to go to!.
