They are NICE if you buy something(!) I bought 6 watches as gifts for my family members from Fossil in Eagan Outlet and they said that they checked all the watches to make sure they are all brand new. Since they said its brand new we didn’t bother to check all the straps (bottom part of the strap in box) After 2 weeks, my parents went back home outside of US and one of the watches’ strap was used and the band looks SO BAD. They said that the watch is tried but definitely it was used. If you are giving a gift, it should be brand new. Even though i explained it well, they didn’t want to understand my point and kept repeating the same thing. I was frustrated and just left. I couldn’t give it as a gift. I went them to ask about solution and they acted so weird and didn’t want to help with a serious face. They didn’t even said “SORRY” just said we can’t offer you anything, you were supposed to check. I bought lots of watches and bags from there and i am just so regretful right now. Zero customer service when a customer has a problem because of their fault. So sad.
Great customer service. Bought a smart watch and the gentlemen in there were both very patient and informative. I was on the fence about buying one from the store right then but ended up buying because they were great. Im super happy with the watch purchase too.

I just got new watches, and they look great in the boxes. Once I got home, it turned out one of the watches had worn out strap. Instead of helping, all they said was thats how it was supposed to be! Terrible customer service, I will bring it back to throw them at face!

I got a different answer from the employee in store than I got when I called earlier in the day. I would not have wasted a trip going there if they couldnt fix the issue I was having with my watch. Decided to go with a different brand watch and likely wont be back to buy in the future.
I walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon to ask about my Fossil Q Explorist HR Gen 4 that no longer charges due to the charging ring falling off the bottom of the smartwatch. I guess this is a somewhat common issue with the Gen 4. I found numerous theads stating that as long as it is within the 2 year warranty and you have the receipt they will swap it out for you on the spot. Im happy to confirm that is exactly what happened. No unnecessary questions, no delay whatsoever. The rep simply walked over to the display case, opened the bottom cabinet, asked to look at the receipt to verify the exact model and color, asked for my old one and placed a brand-new one in my hand and told me to have a great afternoon. Its not great that I had an issue in the first place, but of course thats not the fault of this specific store. This review is based solely on the customer service, which could not have been better.
I bought a Gen 4 fossil smart watch online 10 months ago because it was on sale (I assume because the Gen 5 was about to drop). Watch is rated to be water resistant and says you can even swim with it. I never swam with it, showered with it etc. The only thing I did with this watch was work out with it to use the wear os fitness tracking. Im now on my 5th Gen 4 because the metal charging rings on the back of the watch have come unglued and fallen out with each watch. I brought the watch to this Eagan location each time which was a mistake. The salesman assured me each time this isnt a common issue so I never tried returning the watch and just kept getting it replaced. Well I walked in today to get a replacement and they no longer carry this generation.The man argued again (same guy/salesman) with me that this isnt a common issue and anyone can Google anything and find problems. I promptly left the store and called fossil support. They stated this is a very common issue so they no longer replace them but actually repair the issue. Im sending my etch in to fossil hq to be repaired the correct way and will never visit this store again.

Terrible service, messy store. One of the employees treat us really bad, the products were in the wrong place so we asked for correct prices and he got mad and told me bad things directly. If he doesn’t have patient to do right his job then he should not be working there also the cashier lady didn’t help me knowing that we spoke Spanish and so did she. So disappointed of the staff.
Service was great! They replaced my watch battery as well. Their watch selection was not what I remembered from years ago, but still good.

Nice store, clean and good layout. We were greeted right away but that was about it for employee contact. They were all, 3 of them, busy chatting at the middle of the store (it was not work related, trust me) and we waited to pay because only 1 person was at the register helping customers. He was very nice.
Anther one of my favourites.Great deals on watches, bags, sunglasses and other accessories.Its like you cant get just one.You get some of their older designs, but then you also get most of the latest stuff.The staff is friendly and helpful.Whats more, you can get your name etched in the back of your watch, with a font of your choice, in a few seconds at no extra cost.Icing on the cake.

Bought the regular and smart watches while on summer sales. Its so much cheaper to buy Fossil watches here as the retail price in Asia can be about three times.

1 Star for the cleanness of the store and 1 star for the nice employee that rung me up. I went to the store Friday night 12/21/18. It looked like there were 3-4 employee working and occupied. So myself along with 2 other parties were just browsing around by the watches. Overall, the store itself was not busy, and neither myself or any of the other waiting customers were rushing anyone. As employee Jaki No. 69327, walked towards us, under the impression that she was available to help us, my sister asked Can we look at something inside the case? the other customer that had been waiting around also said me too. Jaki walked behind the counter and said in an agitated voice well theres only so many of us here, so yall can chill After a few words of exchange in regards to the rudeness of her behavior Jaki then proceeds to help us. The other customer asked for a watch inside the case and Jaki responded to her by saying are you buying it or looking at it?The store itself was nice and clean. The deals were great however I was not impressed with the staff, specifically Jaki,. She was rude and has no knowledge in regards to customer service. Im not sure if she was just having a bad day, or if she is always like this but whichever the case is, Jaki lacked professionalism and made the overall experience not very pleasant.
