If I could I would give them Negative Stars. Very poor customer service. I went there 2 weeks ago to claim a warranty for a car battery and the person I spoke to was very rude over the phone and face to face, zero professional. I called the place and tried to get my questions answered over the phone but since it was not possible I decided to go there and try to do a face to face (I like doing business face to face for a better understanding). After the staff was rude over the phone I asked questions face to face about the date I acquired the battery. Staff did not know when I bought the battery, when I suggested if he could look in the system he said he was not qualify to look that in the system, this is after he told me he has been working there for the past 5 years. He kept saying things like like I told you I am not trying to waste your time or my time, I cannot help you, he kept saying the same thing over and over, and then he suddenly left to talk to other staff. NOT GOING BACK EVER AGAIN!! I spoke to my friends about this. I went to a different auto part business and they helped me within minutes.

Very poor customer service. We stood for about 15 minutes waiting to pay, & not once did someone direct their attention to us. Someone could have at least said One moment, we will be right with you. But no. We left the stuff and just walked away. Not going back there ever again!!
