Wonderful people. They treated me with such kindness and were very professional but not snobby by any means. They explained everything to me before the testing and doing the testing. The office and facility was clean and comfortable. Even when I called back the next day with concerns they called me back as promised and were very polite in addressing my concern. Rolando and Anna will take very good care of you and they do not pressure you about making a decision on the spot. They encourage you to talk with your family first. I LOVE that.

This place was very unprofessional. I had an appointment. After I confirmed the appointment by email, I showed up on time and they cancelled my appointment.UPDATE. I am happy to say that I after my post and review, I got a call from the Regional Manager. I was impressed that she addressed my concerns. I initially gave them 1 star and now I am updating it to 3 stars.
