I love this place. They go out of there way to help a single mom. They are very friendly and try to find the problem. They have good prices and they have NEVER cheated me in all the years I’ve been going there. I trust them completely and just want to say Thank You!!

I would give them a 10 if I could. They have helped me whenever I have called. I feel it is hard to do business over the phone, but they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and have done a great job taking care of granddaughters vehicle for me. Thank you so very much Roots!!

Had a non working AC on my Mazda & had been told elsewhere that I needed to replace the condenser & expansion valve. Took it to Root’s & told them what I had been told. They could have changed those out, charged me a sizable sum of money, & I wouldn’t have known the difference. Instead, they blew out my condenser & refilled the Freon. Cost me less than $100 & I’m riding cool again. Not only am I grateful for honest mechanics, but my dog, who travels with me everywhere, loves that cool air. If I’m in the area visiting family & have need of a mechanic, Root’s is definitely where I will be going.

This shop is on top of it, very efficient. Their prices are very reasonable, I refer all my friends here, my family has been using them for years. They get you in quickly, call with an estimate very soon soon you drop the car off, and they call as soon as its ready, usually before I expect it to be ready. Never had any issues with any repairs/maintenance they’ve done.

Very knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. Very trustworthy. Women can take their vehicles to Roots and not have to worry about being cheated or sold parts or services they do not need.

These guys really seem like they hate their life. No smiles. No friendliness... zero feel of wanting your business or to help you with your vehicle and zero care to ask what youve noticed with your vehicle to help you feel confident that you will get to the root of the problem. The look on everyones face i encountered was enough to turn me away. Im unsure why I experienced this as they were recommended by another local tire shop that is excellent. I cant comment on their work because I didnt want to give them my money based on their attitude.

My first experience was great. Took my 2003 Nissan Pathfinder to them( it was having trouble starting) they ran the codes to figure out what was wrong the code they came up with that was causing it not to start was the crank shaft position sensor. They couldnt do it that day cause I called them on Friday they looked at it on Friday and scheduled it for Monday. So I dropped off the car in the morning put the key in the drop off and they got to me around 11:30AM. Only cost me around $175. And the car starts great with no trouble.

Staffing here are very pleasant to work with and straight forward. Never had any issues here with them, would highly recommend due to the services, staffing, and prices !!

Worst place to get an alignment in town. I took my car in Dec 2015 to get it aligned after putting struts all around, new ball joints, and new tires. After 4 months, my front tires were wore so bad that the metal is showing thru. I took it today after having to buy new tires for front and had it alignment was so off in the front. Roots never aligned it. They took me for my money,twice. Would not recommend their alignment guy. At All

I stopped in to Root’s to have them balance my 35” MTR tires expecting them to say they couldn’t help me as most shop have told me. But not Bob he said no problem and they proceeded to balance them and very shortly I’m out driving my jeep on 35’s like a Cadillac (YES THAT SMOOTH). Fast service, fair price, and quality work that alone would be enough but the fact that Bob owns and really works in his shop is the reason they are now the only people that I’ll have work on my Jeep.

Quoted $220 and 2.5 hours for a job because they would have to take the bumper off, checked with a another shop 5 miles away and was able to get it done for $70 and around 15 minutes.

Bob Root has been the guy I turn to for years when it comes to our van or truck. We first found him when we had a quote for work that needed to be done from our dealership. The price they wanted was over a $1,000 and their service had not been the best. My wife called around and found Roots Tire and Auto could do the work for half the dealership cost. The service was fantastic and there were no hidden costs in the price. Bob is as honest as they come. I just drop my car off and tell him to do what he thinks needs to be done. I have total trust in him and he has always exceeded my expectations and usually the price is less than he quoted me but never more.

There are so many auto places in Easley, I didnt have a clue where to go (where I wouldnt end up sitting all afternoon). Im glad I picked Roots! I just got a flat tire fixed, oil change, and windshield wiper fluid refilled for $58. I dont think that price can be beaten!
