I usually get choice paralysis when ordering coffee at specialty shops. I almost always ask the barista for the best. This time I was asked what preferences I have. Once zeroing in on a dark chocolate key flavor, the ultra-talented professional behind the counter presented me with a fabulous iced coffee drink, overheard as my go to, I can only describe it as a little taste of heaven at 6:35am on a Tuesday. Everything I need to tackle a 9am zoom meeting. Also, the pumpkin muffins are good too.

Sometimes a wait but always worth it. Definitely would rather support this company than a chain! Very friendly.

Easily the best coffee around. Great place to hang out with friends or get some work done on a computer. I can stay here for hours doing homework and drinking coffee without a problem.

Truly charming coffee shop we arrive late but everybody was so nice. I had the spearmint tea and it was perfect temperature as well as presentation. Taylor and the girls introduce me to apple crisps which Im sure I will have many more in the future they were excellent. They made my brother-in-law the best cup of coffee hes had and hes a chef and so am I we were truly impressed. It came highly recommended and the recommendation did not disappoint. The girls were engaging knowledgeable and fully equipped for the job that they were doing. As ambassadors to your company they all deserve around of applause and a raise

This is my second location Ive been to and the consistency is there. The inside atmosphere is cozy and nicely decorated. Great menu selection and great tastes in their coffee. I can see why the drive thru always seems busy.

Most the time they are nice and courteous. Today the girl was rude, didn’t smile and never said thank you. I also used cash so when I handed her a tip in quarters She huffed and seemed annoyed. I could’ve just not given her a tip! Why would I want to give $6.27 for a coffee to ungrateful people.

They were out of the 32 oz cup sizes,And would not give a discount for the others., Weve accepted that not every time the same item is prepared EXACTLY the same therefore not exactly always the same taste, so weve kind to got used to having to purchase the big size with telling them certain things about our drinks and they come out about 90% the same but it would have been polite and a professional courtesy to at least offer a discount for this., Especially for the price that one has to pay here.

Coyote coffee is the absolute best coffee that Ive ever drank far surpasses any other brand like Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme you name it coyote coffee is the absolute best well worth the money well worth the drive. I would drive 1 hour just to get a cup of COYOTE COFFEE. And their Orange cranberry muffin is the best.Thank you for the GREAT coffee and muffin, John Henline

Forget Starbucks! If you really like coffee and all its different ways to enjoy it this is the place to go; not just great coffee and all kinds of things also great service. A little secret they have a wide variety of sugar free coffee and drinks so everyone can enjoy a great experience, prices are below those big chains which is an added bonus to the whole experience

The bacon egg and cheese croissant was bangin and the sweet tea was perfect. Extremely fast service.However, I did call three times and no answer. While waiting in store they ignored over 10 calls. Still delish though

Today was my second visit here in which I by-passed the crowded drive-thru and went inside to order. Moreover, the young, blonde-haired girl at the drive-thru was wiping her nose with her hand while standing at the register. I was immediately turned off because she wasnt only taking the customers money but also handling their order. I ended up walking out and probably will not return.

I pretty much order the same thing every time I go to any coyote coffee. My orders always correct. Depending on who makes it if you order it extra sweet some make it sweeter than others which I prefer sweeter. Its still always good though. I recommend if you go there a lot you sign up for the rewards program. I definitely recommend them and most of their drinks are cheaper than starbucks.

I walked into this coffee business and was greeted by a barista named taylor. she offered me the best service ever and even complimented me on my hair. she was possibly the nicest person i’ve ever met!

I eat at Coyote Coffee 2-3 days a week in Pickens and it’s PERFECT! But this location is just not it. They’ve messed up my order the only two times I have went to them and have been out of things those times too. Never again. Im sick to my stomach after eating all these extra things they put in my wrap.

I love all their coffee flavors and special drinks. The atmosphere of the place makes it great to hang out with friends. I really like supporting local businesses.

Love this coffee shop!! It may be long wait due to the volume of customers but it’s worth it! Every time! They are hard workers, if you go inside you can see that. You can order online which allows you to skip that wait. I encourage you to try this place!!

They have good food and drinks depending on who is working that day. But if you plan to stop before work or are in a hurry to get somewhere then you might as well forget it. They are SLOW!!! Idk if it’s because of the pandemic or what but it’s been this way the last few years. Something needs to change! Powdersville is the only one out of the 3 who seems to have it going on! Love that location! They are fast and also have drive thru!

Great coffee and food. Better than any Starbucks

My first encounter with the cafe was not that good, but as I come more often for study breaks, their coffee is exceptional and service is fast. The people are really kind and even ask if the music is too loud for studying. May be my new favorite coffee shop! The chairs are metal and some people may not want to sit long, but as I have been coming more it is not a huge bother. Really enjoy this place!

Coyote used to be my top coffee choice and now I will only go to starbucks or dunkin. I have given them way too many chances and the consistency is not there. The only thing that is consistent is the terrible coffee. I understand that times are toughs and there are seasons of training but has training been going on for the past couple of years?? My coffee is always burnt and I’ve ordered sugar free multiple times and know it’s not been due to my spike blood pressure. Maybe closed on sundays can be the new training days??

My best friend and I came here after a long day of hiking. The service was very fast and the drinks were absolutely amazing. There are plenty of drinks to choose from and the people that work there are so friendly. The atmosphere of the coffeeshop is wonderful and I cant wait to go back for another smoothie.

I personally don’t like coyote coffee because we went thru the drive thru the other day and it literally was like 1 car moved every 10 minutes. I doubt I will be back. It was ridiculous!!

Excellent spot! To grab coffee or a smoothieI had the banana and peanut butter with almond milk. It was delicious.

Drinks were good. Service was a bit long but this shop was also exceptionally busy. Cutest little handmade trinkets inside. Its close by and obviously has a crowd following.

Great place, nice ambiance, nice staff. The biggest plus for me is that the inside temperature is much warmer than the one located in Powdersville. Sadly the one in Powdersville is less than a mile from me. I dont mind traveling the distance for a more comfortable environment. Thank you!!

The coffee is wonderful! I love that they have sugar free options - even on the specialty coffees. I also really love the atmosphere. They recently expanded and the decor is beautiful. There is plenty of room to sit and study and not be right against another customer.The only issue is that service could use a lot of work! I understand that they have a high volume of customers but I shouldn’t have to wait 5 minutes to be greeted and even longer to order while all the employees are scrambling to make Drive-Thru orders. I feel that they should at least say hello and let you know that they will be with you soon.

Great atmosphere, full-house, 4 on staff, 1 was in training. Got the Highlander brew, does not need creamer or sugar, stands on its own. On average it take 5 to 10 minutes per order ( from order to completion). Could use at least 2 to 3 more on staff, to stay on register(s) and in back with food orders, and to provide upkeep of cleaning.Provide training to new staff, that they can feel confident in answering questions. Since the time I sat down there was no walk around of staff, of the sitting areas, to check tables for cleaning and disinfecting. The TV in the corner across from the counter has a faulty signal to the HDMI.Double check recipes and ensure they are followed. Every ounce counts. What a person experiences, comes to be the expectation. Make it a great experience, and take ownership if there was a misunderstanding.Ive observed multiple errors in drinks made in the time Ive been comfortably sitting in the nice place here.The only way to improve is to understand and to adjust. There is 100 ways to get to the end, dont let the process get in the way.Best of success to [email protected]

No matter if I’m headed to work, or trying to use caffeine to ward off a headache like today, Daniel is always such a friendly and upbeat barista. I love when he’s at the drive thru. I think all the staff is great but he really makes it hard to have a bad day. The coffee is never a disappointment and those cheese danishes are incredibly delicious. Coyote is my absolute favorite stop in the mornings and it always feels like a little bit of home on the road.

I love the vanilla chai tea. If it is made right, it is smooth, creamy and so delicious. Thank you Taylor for always making it right.

I LOVE this location. They always greet me when I come in the door, know what I want, BEFORE I even order! And even if they dont, whatever I order, is always delicious!! There has been a time or two where I went in and no one came to me IMMEDIATELY, but patience is a virtue and I am the most patient person. They always take great care of me! Daniel is so sweet everytime! Always makes delicious food and drinks. Amanda is also amazing, even if she is stressed out, she handles her self like a pro!! Most of the staff know me pretty well at this point, they all treat me like family most days. I will continue to frequent this location weekly.

Bad charged me for 3 only received one argued with me bout the other. Businesses r very unprofessional and bad in the Greenville area very overpriced for poor quality u get in return. But the area is roughly 200million in debt from recssion.

Overpriced food for below average qualities. Any time Ive bought food from here Ive had to add condiments myself later just to enjoy it. Not into the whole pretentious hipster/ in crowd kind of scene, please keep it at Starbucks or whatever, But it was worth the wait in line, and most importantly, DARN GREAT CUP OF COFFEE!!!! BETTER THAN STARBUCKS, DUNKIN, ALL OF THAT.... Super nice staff....... that is all!!!

Low energy cashier who seemed like she didnt want to be there. Also, the menu on Coyote Coffees website says its $1.00 smoothies on Fridays which is not true. Its $1.00 off. Coffee tasted okay. Nice atmosphere and well decorated though.

Coyote Coffee is really good but this location is so slow. It usually takes 20 minutes to get a coffee. The web site hours are wrong so it let me order a coffee before they were really open. (The employee did make it right and fixed the drink before they opened) but my wife waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before finally driving off. The location needs some fine tuning

The service is prompt, the girls are mostly friendly, and the coffee is fantastic. I always get the Big Breakfast Sandwich, so I cannot speak to the other food, but this sandwich is a HITTER! It gets my stomach right when I swing thru for a little breakfast thang. That BIG BREAKFAST HITTER! Coyote Coffee is numero uno in Easley and P-Ville! Stunnin on em! They cold brew off the charts doe fo real! Do yourself a favor and swang thru and get that lil breakfast hitter!

The Coyote Coffee in Easley is my favorite. I go between two of them but the one in Easley is the best! The customer service is the best I never have to wait long and the staff is super friendly.

I have been enjoying this location for a few years now, It’s had a bump in the road and a full new staff. After a few months of training the new staff are getting better each day. I have noticed a few of the older girls from back in the day have made their way back. I can say I was happy to see their faces when I walked in.Fresh to made order food, Your getting some gourmet coffee with tons of flavors to choose from. Don’t know what you want ask the girls they will recommend you something. Keep rocking on Coyote you have a life long customer here, and I love the new staff.

Coyote coffee used to be my favorite place to go for coffee. With that being said over the last year it has went down hill. Everytime i order a iced coffee it has coffee grounds in it yuck! This is not what u want when u are paying $6 for a cup of coffee. I will say im not sure if the staff needs to be retrained or what but i will not be coming back.

I got the coffee of the day and Blue Ridge Croissant with a cup of fruit. The sandwich and coffee were delicious however, the cup of fruit underwhelming. It was served in a styrofoam cup that was half filled with blueberries, mandarins and a few pieces of pineapple. For three dollars extra I guess I expected a little better? Customer service was very kind and attentive.

Always a great cup of fresh coffee, or a coffee drink. Ill take it over Starbucks anyday! Its also a small locally owned business. The staff are always friendly!

I like the frozen coffees; The salted white coyote is my favorite. The turkey bacon ranch wraps are also good.

Ordered online at 9:10 a.m it was suppose to be ready at 9.29 I got there at 9:34 i called and told them i was there to pick up and none of it was ready and they told me to go thru drive thru to pick it then when i got to window they told me to pull up and theyd bring me my food and coffee I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my stuff my frappe was not full and I had my 11 month sitting in car with me while hot!

I love coming here everytime I come home. Its very warm and inviting. The ambience and employees are top notch.

Came through the Drive Thru today and they had a sweet girl I believe her name was Shelby out taking orders. Everyone was sweet drink was amazing. Love the new staff! Yall are awesome

The best coffee and service around. For those of you that like Starbucks then you will Love Coyote Coffee. They use the best beans and syrups and there are so many combinations it is crazy. Definitely wish this was a little bit closer to my house.
