Carter Lumber was one of our main suppliers for our new home build. Initially, their service was quite acceptable while we were being supplied lumber and general building supplies. Since then it has been abysmal and our sales rep, Kenny has been nothing but excuses. Our window order had several issues and damaged windows. Our interior door order had nearly 10 of our 40 doors incorrect, with some incorrectly ordered and some missing. Since then it has been an additional 4+ weeks and we still dont have what we need, we are going on 3 months of not having doors. I. Addition, the picture shown is from supplies that they were suppose to take back and instead it appears the just broke the crown. Very unprofessional.
