I wish I could leave 10 stars!Our mail carrier delivered my order to the wrong house - honest mistake as we had just moved - and was unable to retrieve it. The Modern Forestry customer service was a dream! Super responsive and helpful, after I inquired with our local post office they sent me my order again and ate the cost. They also gave me a voucher for the inconvenience, but it wasnt an inconvenience at all and interacting with their team was such a positive experience! This is what makes shopping small such a delight, as they work very hard to achieve perfect customer satisfaction.We have been ordering their candles for a while now and have several favorites. While they arent as potent as Bath and Body Works or anything like that, they arent meant to be. They use clean ingredients you can feel good about, and we love their Iced Lemon Cake candle in our kitchen and often light Sweet Dreams before bed. The scent fills your space when you order a larger size and I quite enjoy that it isnt SO in your face.If you are looking to freshen your home with cleaner products and want to support a small business, this is the shop for you!

I love this small business and have loved seeing them grow over the years. I live across the country so anything new I order I never know how it will smell. But I have never been disappointed! They’re quick with getting the orders out too.

Amazing candles, I order every year for their beautiful fall scents because I ALWAYS use up the entire candle! I’ve ordered these for Christmas presents, and use them all over my house. Wax melts are amazing too. My favorites are Cinna Bakery, Deck the Halls, and Coffeehouse. I really can’t recommend enough!!!

I bought some melts at the Vintage Market Days fair in Pendleton SC in October. I bought honeysuckle and theyre fantastic! Smells like summer in my house! Id love to work at this place just to enjoy the scents every day!! I also have had migraines for almost 50 years, so its very inspiring to hear that someone started a successful business that also helps people. Bravo!

I bought one of these candles on a whim while I was on a trip in South Carolina. Im not much of a candle girl but I loved the scent of one (Maple Bourbon). I found it in a local coffee shop.Ive enjoyed having it around the house and feel like its lasted pretty long for the number of times Ive had it lit. I like this one so much I will probably buy another one in the same scent once this one cant burn anymore. Im impressed.

I adore Modern Forestry candles! The ylang ylang is my favorite. Bought a small-ish jar at the Hub City Farmers Market and once I got home and lit it, I immediately wished I had bought a larger one. We will definitely be purchasing all of our candles through them!
