Walked in looking for a very specific replacement pod for a caliburn g that I had bought elsewhere two days prior and broke the bottom trying to pull the coil out. (Dont use too much force when you resort to pliers...) Im from out of town, and tried several other shops I searched to find on gmaps. No one had the parts. I walked in and was greeted by two extremely polite and friendly staff members. Asked if they had a replacement. The clerk said we have the coils but idk about the pod. I noticed the other employee take one out of a device box, and said heres one. I paid, and thanked them for going above and beyond for me in an unfamiliar area. This place is awesome 😎

Ok selection and nice staff but do your own research before going. The staff dont seem too knowledgeable about the new products they have and misinformed me about a vape I purchased causing me to have to order the right atomizers.

The upcharge at this shop is exorbitant, even for a brick and mortar store. Way overpriced. I got 3 pack Falcon coils and a single 60ml bottle of off-brand no name juice. Cost me $46.00. Go to Jakes in Pelzer, online, or literally any other vape shop if you dont want to be overcharged. I get 3 bottles of 120ml premium juice(of the brand I like) and 3 pack of coils for $50 at Jakes. 6 times the amount of juice I got at Mellow and coils for only $4 more. Something aint right at Mellow. They need to chill. I dont see this place lasting very long.

I didnt check the store hours before I went to this location, and assumed they closed at 9 on Friday. I got there right around 8 with some questions. The staff was very helpful, and got me exactly what I needed to start building coils, and a bottle of juice. It was only as I left that I saw them lock the door behind me. I never felt rushed, and was impressed at how they handled me, the last minute customer. Overall, very impressed with their dedication to customer service.

Really helpful and kind staff. Kaylee helped me figure out what I wanted and gave me some great advice to aide in my selection. They have such a large selection of juice youll have trouble picking just one. Prices are very reasonable. Support local small business and check these guys out! Youll be glad you did.

My first visit trip to Mellow Vapes of Easley was today. Earlier this week I have been in four competitors and I must say the employees at the other shops could teach Mellow Vapes of Easley how to treat a customer. This man had no way of knowing what or how much I would purchase and he was without a doubt the most uncourteous and condescending person I have had the displeasure of meeting. In addition to he could care less if he got my business today or any other day.

The guys at the shop were really helpful. All of them seemed well trained and knew what they were talking about. They were able to point out which model would be a right fit and explained the up keep and offered to help change out coils or anything we needed if we felt like stopping by. GWAR German chocolate is the absolute best. Its definitely my favorite. They have a huge selection of brands/flavors plus their own house blends where they will mix any flavors together you want! The limit is pretty much your imagination.

Spent $315.00 on 2 new vapes. 3 months later had leakage from one of the tanks. Looked to replace the tank and ooh guess what? we dont sell the tanks have to buy a new $150 new setup. This vape business is a scam. They will only sell you the setup and not replacement parts. This is the second time this has happened for me. #scamtards

The products are usually cheaper than other places. The only thing is that around 35% of the time they are out of stock of what Im looking for. So then I have to travel about 10 miles to a competitors location where they are always in stock.

Im regular MADVAPES customer for quiet some time (over a year) and get my fluid there very regular. I have to say- Im one of those who vape as smoke-replacement and dont care much about fancy flavors or who can make the biggest cloud. After some rocky times- (my flavor was not available - not only for a day or two- but for over a week! and I had to smoke some horrible tasting replacement) the supply was actually ok. I go in, get my fluid, get out. Last year, my mod fell to the ground and the glass broke. thats where the problems started. I replaced it with a ASPIRE Tank and I really liked it- but this one broke too, due to an accident (I think lots here know, what I mean). I went in and this specific tank was not available anymore (been told, that they change every month the products) and I had to choose something I was not really comfortable with. But the guy assured me, that this is a great tank and nobody ever had problems with. it was also a ASPIRE. Ok- Im a picky customer and I hate stuff, what does not work. Right after I bought it, I found, that the tank is not to open without the help of a pair of pliers. Also every second time, I open it (of course with pliers), the coil comes out and the rest fluid runs into the bottom and I have to clean it. Might not be a big deal for some- but if youre somewhere in the woods and just want to fill your tank up and cant, because it simply does not open, then its not so funny anymore. that thing is constantly locked up like welded. Right after the first time it happened, I went straight to MADVAPE and they said- thats because its new- well- as by now, I found out- its not because its new. I complaint every time I bought my fluid and nobody seem to be concerned. All I hear is- all others with it are happy (which aint helping me a bit). Well- as I know a thing or two about customer service- here is, what I expected: Issue confirmed, we swap it out. simple as that. But instead, nothing- it even seems, that the staff is annoyed by my concerns.The worst thing is- when I read in another comment as answer, that I could had it replaced within 30 days (I complained 3 times during this period!!!!) and nobody made an effort to swap it out. This makes me even more angry.The last visit went in a way, that I was a bit more angry- especially that my coil was clogged up, I needed replacement and they didnt have it, told me to go elsewhere, which I did (nobody ever has the idea, to reorder, when you see, that there are just 5 or 10 left, especially, after they told me, that this is a very popular item).I also have to mention, that I moved to the other side of town, where 3 other vape stores are, but I still drove all the way 7 miles to MADVAPE...until now.I am deeply mad and I know, I will buy me another thank ($45.00 wasted) and I am on the fence to give other stores a chance, to make up for, what MADVAPE obviously is not able to do. I am more than disappointed. I hope I can find a flavor elsewhere, which is NOT SWEET, does not taste like cookies and simply has a normal tobacco taste.the 2 stars are, because they usually have my flavor and I actually like it.But last but not least- and you should think about that in the store: being nice and having the right product is sometimes not enough.

I havent been myself but my girlfriend use to go here. I say use to because the last time she went she got an eliquid that turned cloudy white and almost ruined her tank. It was a juice made in shop so theres honestly no telling the quality of this product. I urge everyone to not visit this shop, if you do, only trust the premium brands of eliquid, not the shop juice.

Ive ordered a lot from them online and was siked to see they have an actual B&M and so close! I wasnt disappointed at all and felt right at home. They had no issues with me trying their juices and even letting me re-wick the RDA(Stillare) they let me use to test them with. Both guys were knowledgeable on devices and juices which is a huge +++ for me, their house blend juices dont taste like gas station juice like most shops in the upstate and they carry an assortment of RDAs and devices as well as wicks, kanthal and other accessories. Very surprised to see many of the devices that are highly sought out and popular there in-store and at a larger quantity than other shops. I only wish the assortment and variety of mods and devices were a tad larger, as well as offering more brands of juice other than their own i.e Space Jam, Cuttwood, Suicide Bunny and Phillip Rocke. Either way I will definitely be going back and a big shout out and thanks to Derick who works there for all the assistance and patience. You guys won a long-term customer!
