Staples has great deals and excellent customer service. I have had minor printing here and have had no issues. If you need office supplies this is the place to go.

They wont let you look and shop without follow you and look think you going steal something sorry mf.

Today I went into Staples of Easley in a hurry trying to print flyers out for a dog I had found the night before before I went to work. Page helped me make and print the flyers in a timely manner and was very friendly. I was so relieved to have someone so friendly and helpful, Thank you so much Page!

Went into Staples today for some supplies and really didnt intend to buy as much as I did. I was juggling all my stuff when an employee brought me a basket! I thought that was so kind. Then at checkout a nice young man loaded all my items in a buggy and offered to help me to my car. Excellent customer service!!!!!

Staff did not know if they still stocked MP3 players and could not explain why a computer model with smaller hard drive was priced almost $300 dollars more than its almost identical twin (same RAM, Processor and screen size) that was on sale. Sale priced model was still $100 cheaper when not on sale. The management of the Easley Staples needs to educate their staff better.

Buying ink and paper for printing. They dont carry any generic cartridges. Which is them basically wanting to make the most money available..... When buying the Staples brand printing paper the 500 count was 699 compared to the nearest name brand 500 count it was cheaper. But before I purchased it I noticed the small end cap section with 250 count. Same Staples brand same brightness. No price!!! After doing a price check it was considerably cheaper. $2.50 for 250. Bottom line.....I dont really care for Staples. I have had other bad experiences in the past with computer monitors from them but not going to elaborate here.

Always have good service, the print shop isnt too bad and is easy to use. The staff usually greets me upon arriving.

Poorly organized office section. Ive gone in twice for a desk and computer chair; both of the items I wanted were listed as available in store at this location, but I had to spend almost 20 minutes looking through random corners of the supply section to find what I was looking for when I was hunting for a desk, and the chair I wanted wasnt even on the floor. I just gave up and settled for something else on sale at a similar price.Their online inventory is unreliable and a lot of their computer inventory was out of stock (looking specifically for wires in this situation). Theyre fine in a pinch, but if you can order online or find another source, Id do that instead.

Picking up some back to school supplies. Most popular items organized in the aisles. Fast trip = Good trip!

I am a frequent customer at the Easley Branch Store, utilizing printing and copying services, among other things. I needed A LOT of assistance printing invitations & Geraldo in the printing department made everything so easy. Even when I was a bit picky he was patient and professional. I will definitely be back thanks to him!

Staples advertises low prices. I just took my daughter there to buy some school supplies. We left with 2 regular size shopping bags of folders, pens, pencils, two 3-ring binders, 1 pack of post-its and a planner. Cost - $100.18. I couldve gotten all that at Walmart for around $40.

Good selection and clean store. There is a clearance section in the back of the store. However, its occasionally hard to get help when shopping. And the sale prices usually do NOT ring up correctly, so BE AWARE of the prices/charges as you check out. The sales employees seem nicer than the managers. A manager has never been nice or helpful to me at this Staples. They come across as condescending and aloof.

Great service all ways helpful. From printing and faxing, be to office supplies. They will do it with a smile. Cashiers lines are usually small too. Thank you Staples.

Great prices on all necessary office supplies. As of right now throw the 6th of June, tjey are knocking prices down form 25% to 60% on certain qualified items. I visited and saw great deals on wireless printers and computers. Amazon would have a hard time beating these prices.

Friendly place to go to. Some prices were not next to the product. Some tablets were gone and an iPad pro sign was above the iPad mini 4. Not good at all. I had one employee say something to me the entire time I was in there. Id still end up going to BestBuy if I needed anything technology wise. Here I saw some lower end all-in-ones and some iffy laptops that were at a lower price as well.
