Literally zero customer service. They simply do not care that you wait forever. It is by far the worst pharmacy around and probably the slowest in the country.
The store is not bad. The service is great in the main part of the store and the staff cares. The pharmacy department is very kind too.The drive through, however, is consistently very slow; so slow, in fact, that yesterday I was stopped so long in the line I had a groundhog come from the grass and crawl up into the fender well of my car.No, really.***Disclaimer he is fine and has been freed in one piece***
Horrible customer service. They had Advil behind a locked case (why is Advil and Tylenol in a locked case). I went to the pharmacy to ask for assistance. Nobody could find the keys to the case. The response was, I will call someone to assist you. to which I responded, Dont bother, I will go across the street to CVS. AND I DID! I also had a horrible experience with getting the Covid Vaccine there in March. The lady asked me if there was a possibilty I was pregnant, to which I responded, Not unless its an Immaculate Conception. Im 72! HORRIBLE PLACE! I will never go in this store again.
I just left The Easley SC Walgreens, the lady that checked me out at the photo shop had Pharmacy on her Badge and her name was Lyn, She didn’t say anything so i said can you hear, her words were “I don’t feel good” I said you need to go home, she said I can’t, I just hope she does not have Covid...... You as a Drug Store should be sure your employees aren’t spreading covid, and at least acknowledge your patrons!
This pharmacy will never get my business again. They have repeatedly not delivered my daughters medication on time. They always say they did not receive the prescription. When I call the doctor the next day, the doctor (nurse) always gives me the date and time the prescription was transmitted to Walgreens. When I finally complained to the pharmacist in person, I was told Im not dealing with this or you tonight!If I could give negative stars I would.
The lady that checked me in at the Pharmacy (Lyn), mustve been new. She couldnt find me in the system and made me refill out all Covid Paperwork, after I told her she had me listed wrong on her paperwork Then swore I didnt know what I was talking about when I presented my Pharmacy Card and Ins Card. Said the Pharmacy Card was a Visa to pay. Yes, it is that as well. Even went so far as to pull out her own card and said; See, this is what Im talking about. The cards presented have been the same cards issued by GE for the last 10 years.The lady (Sandy) that administered the Covid Vaccine shot was wonderful. I asked her, since the first lady didnt know what she was doing, and couldnt find my info, was i even in the system if I ever needed a reprint of my vaccine card. She said she checked behind her and found me with no problem, and that my info was correct in the system. The first lady just didnt pull it up correctly since it had my wife listed on the account with me....HA!! She was going to update everything so that it wouldnt be a problem next time.
Hospital orders take over 8 hours to be ready for pick up, the hospital places the orden then you have to call again to re-order and then it will be ready in 1-3 hours.Worst pharmacy in town
For the most part they were doing well regarding keep me up my medications, however I noticed that some of my pain pills are missing every time I pick them up so I changed my insurance as pharmacy they had delivery

The absolute worst call service in the world. The machine that could barely understand anything had to know EXACTLY why I’d be calling them before letting me speak to someone. And then of course you have to hold. YHE EMPLOYEE JUST HUNG UP WHILE I WAS WRITING THIS. I was on that call for 10 minutesFOR A TWO SECOND QUESTION
The pharmacist noticed my prescription had went up in price because of an expired coupon code. He managed to get out from 100 to 10.00! Bless his heart 💖

You dont have to go down the street to get your drugs just go to the window and ask for Wayne he has all the drugs youll ever need. For a Clemson fan hes a pretty good guy. This Gamecock ought to know. ( Great job Wayne, And not bad for Clemson eather.

Very upset! I have had good experiences here before shipping Fedex packages. Yesterday I dropped off a package that was supposed to be overnight delivery. The person that scanned in the package failed to tell me that the pickup had already occurred for the day. So my overnight package didn’t even get picked up until 24 hours later!!! Horrible communication! Had she told me that the pickup had already occurred I had plenty of time to run it to Clemson or Anderson. Need better training and communication. You can do better!

Waited in line to have someone cut in front of me. The cashier knew it too. Didnt say anything to them. Understaffed. This is why I hate Walgreens. Worst customer service.
I have been a customer of Walgreens products and pharmacy for 20+ years. My experience has been great, no matter what city or state I am in. Recently moved to the Easley, SC area. This Walgreen in Easley, SC, has been the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service is terrible and very slow, with no friendly customer service, the pharmacy is extremely slow and understaffed, no matter what time of day you go. They are unprofessional, ex: the lost of a prescription, the pharmacists are not very helpful or knowledgeable in several areas. As long as I have used Walgreen, moving to South Carolina, I will be changing to another pharmacy.

Standard CVS. Easley seems to have a problem finding customer service personnel, and this Walgreens is no exception. Although I dont know is an actual answer, it isnt acceptable when I get to choose where to spend my money.
Scripts are filled in a reasonable amount of time
Stood there for tens minutes and got smiled at, but the three people never asked if I needed helped.
