I always felt the ladies there were very helpful!! Went to pick out a necklace for my nieces bday only to find out its closed down... Now Im wondering if other Kay jewelers are going to have my information on file when it comes time for my wedding set to be cleaned??

My aunt was the manager at the easley store the last year they were open. Her boss told her she would be going to the Greenville store as a manager in waiting. When the time came he said it wasnt in the budget. She could go as assistant manager and when another store opened she would be moved to that store. Well another one opened and he didnt even tell her. And he just put another manager in that store and didnt even talk to her. This is not the way to treat good people.

I went to look at rings as my bf and I are interested in getting married. We dont really know how all this works and we wanted to start by looking at what kinds of options there were and the price range. When we arrived we were helped by a sweet woman who showed us some generic engagement rings, helped us narrow down which ones we liked and explained our financial options before letting us take a look around the store. As we were left alone to browse through some catalogues, an elderly woman approached us and asked if we needed help, which we politely refused. She then sat down across from us, pulled out her work tablet and stared us down until we finally talked to her, it made me quite nervous. She cut straight to the point: what exactly do we want, when do we want it, and are we buying today? It was extremely pushy and she did not answer any of my questions, only demanded that I tell her specifications of my dream ring that I know nothing about. I quickly left the store after that and I cant say that Ill return. If you do go here, I advise you get assistance from anyone but the old woman!

The store location is super convenient & close to home. They have the best staff. Very friendly & helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I walked in and was quickly helped. The two young ladies were a joy. One explained my ring pick very well from options size insurance and pick up. I read the reviews before I went but it didnt stop me from going. Everything was perfect in my shopping with them. I was excited about my purchase and ready to purchase more. Thanks for everything

Went in for a simple watch battery replacement only because I was in town for Mothers Day. The woman who did the work struggled to get the back off of my watch as she was grinding my watch crystal against her wedding ring. I didnt notice the damage until after I left, but she put a bunch of small scratches in my watch crystal. Its going to cost me at least $100 to have it fixed. What poor customer service and lack of common sense. I have never been a customer and will never be again. Dont go here.

I went in looking for earrings for a child. Walked in the door, no one asked if they could help. Asked an blonde hair associate in a red and white Christmas sweater if they carried Children earrings...no was her reply. Didnt look didnt ask the style I was looking for. Horrible customer service. Lets say I found them on myown.

The store manager, Caitlin needs lessons in customer service. Unfortunately after trying to talk over me for about 5 minutes I just decided to leave the store and drive to Greenville. I’ve had my ring taken care of in the Greenville store for years and never experienced any issues. This is the last time I will use this store and would recommend anyone looking, to stay far far away.

The writing on the door for no weapons is illegal and not Valid!! I was coming in to purchase a watch and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Went in for a ring cleaning and inspection, nice, friendly, and quick service

I took my rings for our 6 month inspections and cleaning to the Easley sc store, she just cleans them and gets someone else to say they are fine. A few days later I took my rings to Greenville Kay’s at Haywood mall and find out after they ARE inspected that it needs repair due to a loose and chipped stone! Needless to say I will not be going back to the Easley Kay’s.

Horrible management, very rude and dishonest about reordering a new ring. Went to a different Kays and they were able to fix it.

Should have listened to the review that said all they do is scrub it with a toothbrush.

When I went to get my ring cleaned all they did was scrub it with a tooth brush.

Very rude wanted to have an attitude about the rings and jewelry along with saying my fiancés ring was cheap and tarnishing when its 3 months old.

Very very impolite, told me that my white gold ring that I have had only for a few months was tarnishing.
