Excellent and quick service! They were able to come out and replace our door within a couple days. The guys installing were very courteous and didnt leave until everything was working perfectly. Ill definitely be calling them again in the future should I need any service.

The contractors were very polite and were also knowledgeable of the door system. They rambled off what they needed to do and got the work done in less than an hour. Now my garage opens and closes like it should. ThereAre still reliable workers out there!!

The home improvement store that I initially had planned to purchase a new garage door installation from said they had a 90-day lead time on jobs. We had Innovative come out and they quoted us for a door installation. The home improvement store was slightly cheaper, so I gave Innovative the chance to match the price, since they promised a much faster turnaround. They did match the price, and they had the door installed a week later!The new door looks and works great. They did excellent work and were easy to work with! Definitely recommend!

Door sensor wasnt’t working. Never have had any issues before. Messaged these guys I found on google. Called me same day and came out the very next day. Unfortunately for them my door started working again. But John still called me and checked everything before he left my house and didn’t even charge me. I was expecting at least a service charge but $0. I appreciate that and now I will recommend anyone to them. Just for that small act of kindness.

I hired this company because it had so many good reviews. They came out and did a good installation of two garage doors. After installation I contacted John (The business owner) on a Friday and requested that he visit with me and take care of a few minor items. He cam out first thing the following Monday and took care of most of my request. I believe John to be a good honest guy who cares about his clients and the quality of service.

Called and had my doors within a week. Very fast, professional and willing to work with your schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great color door that’s far better then the replacement that had very little insulation in comparison to our new door. Very dependable and professionally installed.

Was told it might take 3-4 weeks to get the door order in and it took 3 months to get installed. Once installed you had to come back and fix a couple things, which you did in a timely fashion. Over all a pretty good experience.

Charged $950 to replace 2 torsion springs on my garage door. Internet search says national average for a double door is $350. Tech took less than an hour and parts cost $150 to $200. They are ripping off seniors who dont know better.

John was able to come out on short notice, when my garage door would not close due to binding on the track. He was extremely professional, did not try to upsell me on new gear and was very straight forward on my options. He performed a thorough check of the garage door and equipment, properly lubricated all required parts, fixed some hings that were installed backwards by the original builder and basically got everything working as well as it could, in under an hour. Would highly recommend.

Innovative was responsive, all of their representatives were courteous and helpful, their prices were on par or slightly lower than the others, and my new garage door was installed very quickly once we decided to go with them.I hope to never need a garage door again, but if I do Innovative will be the only one I call.

I have used Innovative Door Services in the past to install a new garage door and opener. This week the spring to lift the door broke so I called for help. They set an appointment to be at my house, arrived as promised, and finished very quickly.

Had a single door spring replaced. A part that can be purcased for 30 buck online. They charged me 200 dollars and adjusted all relevant parts. A month later my door would not go up or down and the motoor was still working. I called and was told I needed a new door opener for 450 dollars. I took the cover off and looked at the system which is very simple. The gear that turn the chains was shredded and the teeth were almost gone. I ordered the part for 18 dollars online even though I was told parts would not be available. They are very available and reasonable. I bought the gear for 18 dollars and am awaiting arrival. I was told it would be 450 dollars to replace the door opener. It is one gear and one worm gear. It is a 20 minute fix. I have contacted them again by web and am awaiting a response. I am a disabled veteran and I find it appalling that they would charge that much to fix the opener.. I was told parts were not easy to find but that is very untrue. 18 dollars for the gear and about a half an hour at most to install it. I am of the opinion that the damaged caused to the gear was to much tention on the chains which he told me he adjusted. This is wrong and like I said, I am waiting for a return call.

We are new to the area and found the company online. John, the technician that was sent out was the best garage door technician that we have ever used. He was very informative, detailed and focused worker. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Best decision Ive made in a long time. I called them a week ago, came and looked at it within a couple of days, gave me a great price. These professionals came today and...wow unbelievable job. Friendly installers, but lack of competence... after failing to install a needed part, my garage door bent and would not close. Called the company back and they quickly came out to add the missing part and I was charged for THEIR error. I would have recommended this company until this. My Home Warranty company didnt have any contractors in my area, so I called a few local companies and IDS was more than happy to work my Home Warranty company. Within a few days I had a completely NEW garage door system. And they eve added an outdoor keypad! Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
