Multiple times ive showed up and they were closed when they’re supposed to be open. Not just a few minutes like 2-3 hours. its a 25 minute drive for me so its very annoying and inconvenient when theyre website says they close at 8:30

Just spent 45 minutes on the internet attempting to place and order, approx $120. the order never went through, gave me 4 separate errors. I contacted the local store to report, they gave me customer service phone number. Spoke with customer service, unable to see my cart, willing to place my order if i told her what I had ordered, which of course, what easy as I had taken 45 minutes to research the products and couldnt recall each item. So frustrating. Called the local store back to inform them that i was still not happy with the fact that noone could see my order. Local manager was irritated and said she couldnt help me. I would hope that someone, somewhere, in the Vitamin Shoppe company would be concerned that they just lost business and likely future business. Well see if anyone from the company calls me back. Waste of time.

Visited store to see if they had oil of oregano. Store clerk pointed me in the right direction and I made my choice from the various brands they had to offer. In and out in no time.

This was my first time in this shop, normally you think just to go to GNC.. But the younger gentleman in that store was super quick to help me and give great advice on multi vitamins for my specific needs and diet restrictions. Super sweet and accommodating so I’ll definitely be coming back! :)
