I am not normally one to write reviews but wanted to share my recent experience.In our search for a new hot tub, We have been to 4 local retailers. No one impressed me like Joe at Revive Spas. Joe was prompt with follow up and educated me in depth about hot tubs and available features without ever being pushy.Joe was very flexible with delivery times and delivered the hot tub on a Monday night after my sons soccer practice.Joe coordinated with our electrician and provided install schematics. I purchased a 6X8 SISU Sauna from Revive Spas and Saunas and it was just installed after waiting 16 weeks because of the high volume of backorders. Saunas have become very popular and in demand now since Covid came into our lives. Im a 75 year old guy who has enjoyed saunas and steam rooms for over 50 years at various health spas near where Ive lived. I investigated over a dozen Internet websites selling various types of saunas before I decided on ordering one thru Revive Spas.I selected the Himayala SL2 heater because of its construction, its versitility, and its a hybrid. It contains 250 lbs of real lava rock in a 3 tall tower, with a water container in the middle for generating a higher level of humidity. This unit can go from room temperature to 175 degrees in approximately 20 minutes or les. I got the Bluetooth stereo speakers and the LED lighting system. I did belong to the Hendersonville, NC YMCA until Covid shut it and the sauna room down, so I got to thinking Why not have a really great sauna put into my basement and forget about paying dues to the YMCA? Joseph and his crew came out and installed it in just over a total of 12 hours over two days.If you want a first-class sauna, no matter what price range you look at, you need to talk to Joseph at Revive Spas. I learned so much from him when he explained what options he would recommend, sizing, site preparation, etc. I am very happy with my sauna.

Joe and his team were very courteous, gave fair pricing and worked with me to find the best solution. Most importantly to me, Joe did a fantastic job, was very honest and did not upsell me in anyway (Joe did the opposite and he identified cost savings for me).I never felt rushed and I had a lot of questions.

Joe Heymann of Revive Spas installed our new Tropic Seas spa (Kona Elite) on 9/3/21. He was very good at keeping us in the loop during the manufacturing and shipping stages, and the delivery including arranging for the crane truck, etc. But, he was really exceptional when it came to delivery day and installation. He managed the whole crane process and spa location and installation, and then spent patient time explaining everything to us re controls, maintenance, etc. Ive never had such good service with my hot tubs, and weve owned several at 3 houses. He is always available to us and very responsive regarding any questions I have. Hes been super and we are very happy with the quality and operation of our new spa, and so are our house guests!!

Joe, the owner of Revive came out to our house and spent time with us discussing the best location for the sauna. We found his experience valuable. He found a more optimal location for the sauna than we had planned. Joe coordinated with the electrician and installed the sauna exactly as promised. A+ Joe has worked with us through a very slow bathroom remodel process. He installed our sauna perfectly when needed and we love it! We wanted the sauna door to have a tighter fit when the door shut and he came out immediately and made it perfect! We love it and it has been a pleasure working with him and Revive.

Called Joe mid day to ask if he provided service moving my tub i had delivered. Just friendly as could be he stopped by the home to give me an estimate to place the tub on the back patio.Going well beyond the call he asked questions about my electrician and installation. A swell experience. Joe of Revive disassembled the old sauna, inspected the cedar, heater ans pronounced it able to be “revived”. He with assistant reassembled it in my garage and left me at the point, so my electrician can button it up. They cleaned up and departed. I would heartily recommend Revive for your spa and sauna needs.

Joe with Revive Spas was exceptionally informative while looking for a spa. He is the reason we bought our spa from him. He kept us informed as to what the manufacturer said as to when our spa would be delivered. Because of Covid-19, it did take awhile to receive our spa, but through no fault of Joes. After receiving our spa, Joe was here installing the spa, and then walked us through the procedure of getting the chemicals at the level where they should be, plus answered all our questions no matter how many times we asked.
