Food was good. Service was slow. Most fast food places are looking for more staff. Cashier at window was very pleasant.

I would highly recommend Clayton homes of Easley they have stood up to the agreement and did any repairs that need repair and I love my home and the customer service at Clayton Homes is awesome and the people out there are awesome they work with you and they help you anyway that they can

Me and my wife came here hoping to get a place. We went threw the process of doing the paper work and even having the down payment they told us to have. When we came back to speak to sales representative Joel, somebody else came and talk to us instead. While speaking with him the down payment price doubled and we were left crushed. We were told to keep our down payment and somebody would call us that following week. Well its been three months with no contact or returned phone calls.

Nice people but good luck getting prompt answers and service. We put $1000 down for earnest money on a home that we were pending approval on. While we did get approved, we weren’t satisfied with the higher rates that were much higher than we were told. We asked for a refund. We were told it would be sent to our house via fedex but were not provided a tracking number or anything. It’s been two weeks and we are now told that we have to go back to the office to get our money. We are not happy. Had I known this was going to be the outcome we never would’ve wasted our time to begin with.

To bad they didnt have the module home I like because their customer service are way better then the one in Pleasantburg at least these people return calls and try to help you as best as they can!!!!

Emailed them to see if they have any trad-ins or repos havent heard from them. Its been over a week. I guess they dont like when I asked to be contacted by text or email since I do work night shift. Also told them I would prefer them to give the information I asked for instead of just telling me to come in. I dont go anywhere unless I have too and I take precautions. I have a child that has a weak immune system and I dont want to risk exposing myself or my children to the virus. I just dont understand why they just cant answer a simple question. Im looking for a 3 bedroom livable mobile home. I cant afford a new one being a single parent. Guess I will be looking elsewhere since they cannot respond.

The sales people are the laziest and slowest people I have ever dealt with. It took them three months to find deed restrictions on a parcel of land that didnt allow mobile homes. They make the buyer feel like they are doing you the favor. I would definitely recommend that you do not do business with them. Your time, money, and sanity is better spent with someone else. I highly recommend that you stay as far away as you can.

Have to say Wes is the best. He takes his time and listens to you. We first went to him in August 2018. He gave us some advice to help us get the house that we wanted. Told us if we followed his advice we will be where we need to be out in six months to get the house we wanted. So we went back in six months got the house we wanted been in the new house almost two months now. This place wants to charge you $50 in advance to even tell you if and what you can do to buy a home. Gallery of Homes in Powdersville will give you all the options you need before you even try to buy a home. Dont fall into the pit of paying upfront to buy a home.

Bad experience. The salesman reminded me of a 1970s era car salesman. Talks to you like you are and idiot. Wont give you any material so you can compare prices because he said someone else may give you a better deal at a different location . Lol I mean isnt that what shopping around for the best price is ??? Run from this place.

Took a tour of a few Mobile homes on the Easley lot. Great customer service from the saleman (Dakota Barrett). He was very knowledgable on financing and how the homes are built and set up. Highly reccomend to anyone looking for a home.

We visited the easley location today 1/21/17 looking to purchase a single wide mobile home, but when we got there only the double wide mobile hones were open for viewing. maybe it was just take they wanted to get rid of the doublewides . well if that was the case clayton mobile homes in easley just lost a sale.. maybe next time they will keep ALL their mobile homes open for viewing.. I will not recommend them to anyone..
