I was very pleased with the service and sales department they really set me up right for a scooter that met my transportation needs

Tried to call in wondering about how much their sales were annually, because I was doing a project for my business class. After a couple questions, the guy wondered why I was asking these questions, so I told him I was a student doing research (again). He then got defensive about how his business was doing (which I wasnt questioning) and abruptly hung up.I wouldve been fine with him saying he wasnt okay with disclosing information, but I think the way he handled the call probably shows some bad customer service.

Sells alot of scooters! A little old and Arrogant, seemed a little to busy to be wanting to Awnser Questions about his line of scooters. Decent line of CHINESE scooters. Costs are up due to higher Tariffs on imports. 899 and up to 1400 ishikawa. On costs of 50cc scoots.

We called ahead to make sure they sold go karts before we drove 45 min from Westminster, only to find out they only had one single go kart for sale, and a total of only about 4 other vehicles for sale (mostly mopeds). I wish the employee would have told us over the phone that they only had one go kart for sale before we drove that far for nothing... We expected there to be more options for sale inside the building or storage units, but unfortunately there was only the few vehicles out front. Overall very disappointed in the lack of inventory at this location, go somewhere else if you actually want to pick something out instead of just buying whatever is available at that time...

Go to city scooters in pelzer instead this place will lie to u about repairs and take things loose to come apart later so u will bring it back to them for repairs..very unprofessional..and lack of integrity..beware if u use this place for repairs..have brought the bike in for repairs twice for the same issue and other things seem to happen after I leave with the bike
