Sorry but there awful a few nice employees that have been there forever but otherwise I get an attitude like how dare I ask them to do there job. Pharmacy NEVER has my or my daughters meds right or on time and when I call about it there not nice😒 worst cvs everyone I know says same thing

I never have a problem with CVS East Bridgewater very satisfied with all employees.

This is by far the worst cvs I have ever used. The pharmacy staff are so rude and never have my order right. They need a course in customer service and attitude management especially the female tech with short hair. So disrespectful.They seem to forget that it is the customer that pays their paychecks. Do not waste your time going there when there are so many other places with respectful professionals that deserve your money!

Great store. Ignore the other reviews by all the angry people on the Internet. I’ve been going to this CVS for almost 20 years and always have a pleasant experience

The store is large and clean but they only had self check out open. It bothers me that they couldnt bother to have a human checking people out.

Ive often experienced ; a breakdown in communication between the pharmacy staff (techs and pharmacists) at my expense, meds not ready when it is said they are, incorrect med mg filled ... Ive kept trying to give things the benefit of doubt,, but this past week,, the same issue with bad communication between staff creating yet another problem for me. Unacceptable, especially when these issues are completely avoidable. This most recent(negative) experience has finally broke the camels back. I have switched pharmacies

DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS!! The customer service is awful. Very unhelpful and rude especially one of the young men. He had customer service on his name badge of all things. I had to go down to another CVS because he didnt know how to do an exchange and was rude about it to me. I was in and out at the other cvs in 5 minutes with no problem.

The cashier (an older man in his 50s) was rude and condescending. I dont know I wish to come to this place ever again.

*CHILDISH AND RUDE STAFF. SAM*I love the location and how big this cvs is, they have so many things to choose from and I would have given a 5 star rating, HOWEVER, once I was done shopping and ready to check out, I walked to the register where a worker named Sam was leaning on the counter playing on her phone even once I was standing in front of her waiting for her to acknowledge me, she was very rude and unpleasant to talk to, she also never gave me my change or looked up in my direction at all since the entire time she was scanning my items she was still looking at her phone, I just found it extremely rude. Other than the unpleasant girl at the register, this cvs is great and has everything you’d need.

I will not check out at this store again if I see the ignorant childish cashiers that I encountered on 11/19/18 (near closing time). First of all they sounded like a pair of 15 yr old high school girls with an extreme case of the giggles. I found it rude and inappropriate for them to be giggling like children as I’m trying to check out and whispering like 5 yr olds. Then on top of that they had a side kick by the register dressed in all camo from head to toe (looked like he came out of an episode of duck dynasty) who was offering his ignorant opinion and had a problem with customers being in the store close to closing time! He doesn’t even work there and made me extremely uncomfortable from the minute I saw him in the parking lot, I actually hesitated to go in. I had 10 minutes to check out and if this store closes at 10pm what is the rush?! I worked as a cashier and tendered to customers until 9:30pm closing time with no complaints! Just because the store closes at 10pm doesn’t mean you will fly out of there immediately at 10pm, get that straight! Cashiers have no right to let non-employees hang out by the registers especially if they make customers uncomfortable (I know this from experience)! I’m guessing he was waiting for his lovely Ms. Giggly-Pants high school girlfriend, but he needs to do it elsewhere and keep his dumb opinions to himself! They are so lucky there was no manager there because it was closing time, but I will take this up with customer care. I ended up not buying anything after I asked them what was so funny. I left everything and walked right out because I am not giving my business to these ignorant fools! (Review Cross-posted on Yelp and Facebook)

The pharmacy team is great, friendly, and caring enough to call you to follow up on recent med changes to inquire about how they are working for you! The epitome of caring pharmacy customer service!!
