Great staff, got what i need

I frequently use this store for a relative who lives in the area. I think they may have changed hands recently, not sure. I went there today & what I typically purchase had a special or sale sign taped to the shelf, about the size of an index card. (naming that particular item) That price was $28.99 but at the register it rang up as $31.99. I informed the girl at the register about the price posted and she made the owner/manager aware but he said thats an old sale. I went & removed the sign & brought it to him asking was he going to sell the item for the price listed. His reply was sorry it was a mistake. I told him that it is my understanding that he needed honor the price listed. He took the sign from me and walked away saying sorry. The girl at the register apologized a couple of times. I told her its not her fault and I will just continue the purchase but I will NEVER use that store again. Terrible customer service!! The only reason I did make the purchase was because it was a favor for an elderly relative (93 year old) who was waiting in my car. If I was alone I would have made a big deal out of it in the store! Never again will I go in that store and the person I was helping will never use that store again either! Unbelievable!! Piss poor courtesy for its customers! The only reason I gave it one star is it wont let me post with no stars, they suck

(Edit) Owner had an emergency and apologized (thank you by the way, I completely understand).It says they are open until 11:00pm Sunday, today, but Im in front of the building, and they are definitely closed...I drove a long way to get here because they were the only place that wasnt too far, and allegedly open. I could have drove to another 2 places that should have been open if I went straight there. I know this is a little of an overreaction but they still should be open when they state they would be.

Pretty good selection. Open til 7 on Sundays. Theres a guy whos friendly and some women who seem less so.
