Really great experience! They stand by the products that they sell. I bought a car and the next day I noticed it was running a little hot. Not overheating, just 25 degrees or so outside of normal operating temperature. I drove by and showed Cory. He showed genuine concern and looked over the issue with me. Took the car back for the day and had his mechanic look at it. They replaced the thermostat and fixed a couple other very minor issues the mechanic found while doing that, all after they already had my money. Showed a lot of integrity in my book. Highly recommend! Car runs perfect now.

Bought a truck back in February, the owner and other salesman are awesome. They handled things professionally and i was happy when I left.A month later I realized the front tire was patched because they didn’t want to put new tires on it.Also, was told the brakes were at about 50% and less than a week later they began to make noise.Of course as a buyer I should have looked over the truck a bit better but it’s unfortunate I had to put money into a vehicle less than 30 days into owning it.

Ive never had a better car transaction than at Sheldon Motors. The whole staff is great. They take care of your needs quickly and efficiently without hassle. Cory is a gentleman, friendly, honest, knowledgeable and attentive. Theres no pressure at Sheldon Motors because theyre not in it for a quick buck. They know that cars arent forever, and one day youll need another. Ive been there twice over the past three years (cars for different family members), and each time reinforces my decision to return. We tend to buy our cars new from dealers and keep them for a long time. So our transaction with Sheldon Motors was rare but also a surprise. It was effortless and simple. Cory knows what hes doing and makes everything easy. They shame dealers by doing all the paperwork in a second without all the stress and cost that dealerships inflict. And what is misses in fanciness it saves in overhead costs. You pay for a car not fancy showroom carpeting and LED lights. Theyve got a window air conditioner. And you know what? There was only one employee there and the few of us who visited early Saturday evening were told to review the car on the website. Which unfortunately was not fully updates and didnt have info such as mileage so we can compare year with mileage to get value to verify if price was a good deal. Could have been a better experience if there was more staff

I dont know if Omar still works there or not, but he was very honest and upfront about the vehicles. My gf went to buy a vehicle she looked at one Omar told her not to buy that one because it had some type of damage to it and he was trying to get it taken off the lot. Very honest!! She went on to purchase a different vehicle which has been very reliable. Id go back especially if Omar is there.

This place is awful at keeping their word, have been working with Cory for about 3 months now and I can begin by saying Cory said the car would be detailed, however the first time taking the car it was very dusty and sticky inside and smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned in months and we were told originally of a USB port and Bluetooth on the car, both of which do not work. We have been extremely frustrated with how we are being taken care of as a family of returning customers.Can start with we were told on a Thursday to bring car in on Monday for service and it would be done on Tuesday, with Sheldon knowing we were leaving for vacation that following Friday, and once we dropped the car off we were never further contacted as to when the car was finished and ready for pick up. Later on that week on Wednesday, I still could not get in touch with Cory and we weren’t updated as to what was going on with the car. That Wednesday I got on the phone with the receptionist who forwarded me on the phone with the mechanic, who began yelling at me, calling me a “little girl” and saying he can’t do cars overnight cause he said Cory didn’t put us on the schedule until the following Monday... the Monday after the Friday we were leaving for vacation, which they knew... therefore we were supposed to get the car on Tuesday which turned into Thursday night. This has been extremely frustrating because our line of work is Uber and the car is needed to work, and having us delayed another week without a car really affected us. Then, there was a problem with the transmission while the car was being used during Uber, and we found out that there was a recall on the model. We found this out however we were going away again leaving on Thursday. Cory told us the car would be picked up on Friday for the transmission to be fixed and dropped off on Tuesday so we could use it Wednesday when we returned. Cory never contacted us on Tuesday, the car was never dropped back off so we went to bed not knowing where the car was. This whole experience with Sheldon has been more than frustrating and not to mention I feelVery disrespected as I have left several voicemails and it is very difficult to get a hold of someone who could help us. Definitely will not be returning and informing all my friends and family to do the same.

I just got home both very upset and frustrated. I emailed Sheldon motors about a vehicle asking if they were willing to sell it for $11,000 OUT THE DOOR....They called ME to say YES....So I rush to get out of work, pick up my son from school and drive 30 min thru traffic with the expectations of getting the car. I called my insurance company and bank and got everything set.I get there, test drive the vehicle with my son, found all 4 tires bald, very unsafe. They offered to sell me 4 tires at cost. So Im very happy until the owner said it was $11,000 plus tax and DMV fees. They salesman admitted he to not being truthful. The owner said the salesman Eric told him $11,000 but not out the door (including taxes, DMV, fees etc). The kid lied to try and make a sale. I cant say for sure if the owner was in on it but I was pissed! Classic bait and switch techniques that make people hates going to dealerships. I wasted 2 hours of my life.Why call me to agree to a deal and then lie? NO one even apologized. I didnt yell cuz I was with my son but I sure wouldve given them a piece of my mind. Why not just tell me you cant sell it at the price Im asking for but no, waste my time, my gas, my kids time while making your business worse because I am going to tell everyone I know looking for a car not to go here....Avoid Eric at all costs...

All of the most recent reviews are lies! I wish I can give them negative stars. This company is HORRIBLE, the people who work there are HORRIBLE. If you call them liars thats just scratching the surface. They are giving themselves reviews to make their company look better. The review made by Middlesex Investment Corp. just happens to be the company they use for financing at a rate close to 20%. The review from 6 years ago is more accurate to what kind of business they run. Oh well you bought the car as is is how they run their business. What they should do is stand by the product theyre selling instead of making a quick buck and pushing their customers to the side.We purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy. Within the first couple of months we needed to change the brake pads (which when purchased we were told they were ALL changed..1st lie). They gave us a spare tire which was probably from a junkyard because the rim was rusted (we were told brand new..2nd lie). The truck smelled like mildew when we picked it up (they detailed it then closed the windows and sat it in the sun). We were told the entire truck would be detailed (cup holder in the back seat was caked up with something that spilled from the previous owner..3rd lie). The check engine light came on (and is still on due to the high price of having it fixed) and when brought back to Sheldon Motors we were told that its just a sensor (not a big deal right?). The check engine light is on due to the actuator and a handful of other problems. We have changed ball joints multiple times.Ive gone on long enough. I wish I couldve given them a better review but oh well they do business like scammers and liars. They dont deserve your hard earned money for HORRIBLE cars. Go to a dealership and spend the extra money for the satisfaction of knowing they stand behind what they sell.
