Any other time I would post a 5 star review. I have used them before and had amazing service. This time I am just absolutely disappointed with the service from what it seems to be the sales person. I am assuming the sales person is new considering I knew more about appliances than he did. But I was ok with that cause he was willing to do his research and look things up. They kept there word and matched prices within 30 days. Than you get a phone call from the salsa person saying your one appliance is not available when he promised everything the same day. Ok not a big deal. I get part of the delivery and they were great. Sales guy calls a couple days later. Offers delivery of your appliance that Sunday on a holiday weekend. Tell him can’t do it. Offers that Tuesday after the holiday weekend. That works for me. Come Tuesday I don’t have any calls or anything showing I am getting my appliance. Call the store turns out they don’t deliver the weekend of holidays or the day after one. Not an issue but why was I scheduled. Obviously I wasn’t and was jerked around by my sales guy. And the appliance still wasn’t even in. Couple days go by and I get an email saying I am scheduled for delivery. Meanwhile the sales guy just scheduled and never tried calling me. I recall the store asking what is this about and they said here I will let you talk to him meaning your salesperson. I want nothing to do with him cause all he has done is make stories up and made this experience miserable. I will never use him again!!!

David was very easy going and very helpful. If something was not in stock he found something as close as possible. Very polite and helpful. When I am ready for my mattress he is the only one I am using. Thank you for all your help David.

We went to PC Richardson and Son to purchase a new boxspring, mattress and pillows. Andre greeted us as soon as we walked in the store (RT 18 East Brunswick NJ ), he walked us through for more than two hours and he had the patients the know-how and the knowledge to get us the best mattress for us.
