I had barely hit send on my order when I got a call from Diego. He called to make sure I had selected the correct battery type (which I hadnt). Diego helped me find the correct battery for my purpose and cancelled my existing order so I could reorder the correct batteries. I was impressed!

At the North Plainfield NJ store, I found one employee courteous and helpful while another was simply condescending. Sorry that my degree didn’t include Battery 101.At the East Brunswick NJ store the employee was respectful but would not bend at all on their “14 Day Return Policy”. 16 days after my purchase and what I would call extenuating circumstances but he didn’t want to hear it.I won’t be back. There are enough stores around that carry the same products they sell and of course, there’s always Amazon.

Customer service was great. I got my phone screen fixed and now my phone is as good as new. They were very honest about the services provided and also with the recommendations made. Hopefully I dont crack my screen again, but if I did I would know exactly where to go. Loved my experience.

Don’t know what they are doing. Have to make 2 trips to the store for an already scheduled appointment to repair IPhone XSMax screen . On the first trip One person states the appointment has to be confirmed and confirms the appointment. Then the next day another person states that the first person don’t know what he did and asks me to reschedule. Sincerely suggest to get your broken screen repaired at ubreakifix or best buy. Don’t recommend We Fix it at Batteries plus and should be we fox it

Went here 2 days ago. Battery in our truck died my husband had no idea how to change a car battery. Diego is the guy that sold us the battery he even installed it for us as well. I brought my mothers car to your place to have the battery tested because it was going dead after 3-4 days after being charged.I was told the battery was good even though I purchased it 5 yrs. ago from the same store. This led me to believe there was a short in the car that was draining the battery. Even though I was an auto mechanic for 11 yrs. (over 40 yrs. go) . I no longer have the equipment to test for the problem. I decided to disconnect the battery, charge it, & check the voltage for 4 days. The voltage dropped from 13.3 volts to 11.5 volts during that time. Now I was sure the battery was bad. If I had to take the car to a repair shop to have it diagnosed it could have been a very expensive ordeal. After I took the battery out of the car & brought it to the same store they told me it was bad. Maybe you should have better training for your employees so this doesnt happen to other people

I had bought several batteries for use in stair lifts here. The batteries worked fine and the price was reasonable. Batteries Plus Bulbs accepts the old batteries back for recycling, so today I dropped off one of the old ones. They have a huge collection of batteries plus some other items (e.g., small multi-tools, work lights, etc.).

Very professional. 285 NJ Rt18 East Brunswick location. I was in and out within 10 min. I ordered the battery on line with 10% off if you order online. They said that I have to wait for the confirmation that my order is ready which I didnt wait just went to the store right after I ordered online. The battery was waiting for me when I got there. I can give them 10 stars if possible. Keep up the good work.

Came in for a key fob battery and the kid behind the counter told me he would replace it for $10. 10 bucks for a 5 dollar battery? No thanks, Ill replace it myself. I didnt know what type of battery it was so i asked to borrow the screwdriver to open the key fob, but the kid would not share the screw driver. Its not the kids fault, Im sure he was just following store policy, but i dont appreciate being nickel and dimed. I went over to Lowes they opened the key fob and I bought 2 batteries for $5.

It was very easy to purchase online and pickup in store. The store sent me a email right away when I placed the order, that it was ready for pickup. Also I thought the price for the D 12 pack contactor Rayovac batteries was a fair and good price, plus they are made in the USA.

I have to say they did a very good job and reasonable price for my Samsung S8+ but it has been not even a week and there is a big chip on the phone. It did not fell or nothing happened there has been a phone case all the time. They have mentioned 6 months of warranty but when I called they say they cant do anything about it.

They had my batteries for a 2007 ML500 in stock. Before purchasing, Otis and team were very helpful in answering my questions over the phone. I always drove by this place in the past and I am glad I purchased from them today and will again.

Don’t waste your time going to this store, they really don’t need the business. When the store closed at 8PM. I walked up at 7:57PM, my hand was on the door handle to open it as the guy was locking the door. Was told the store was closed and gave me the sign with his hand across his neck.Was a two minute sale, knew exactly what I wanted. Why are all the retail stores getting crushed by Amazon???? Because you never get the door slammed in your face.

When I went into the store two sales person approached me offering to help me with my problem. After a few minutes and some discussion they said it was against their policy to fix shavers. What they didnt understand or I didnt accurately describe was that it was really a Battery Problem on all three of my devices. After we had some better communication, they were able to fix 2 of the 3 instruments for me. I walked away feeling as satisfied as I could be. I am glad that they were able to see what the real issue was for me. I totally recommend this store.

This place is an absolute scam. First, they charge a ridiculous amount of money for a battery change for iPhones. They charge 70 dollars just to change the battery. They then offer little to no warranty just because the phone is refurbished, which quite honestly makes 0 sense because the battery has nothing to do with the phone being refurbished. I changed my iPhone 6 battery just one month ago at this story and followed all the instructions provided by the people at the store. After all that the battery is now dead, holding only 2% after an entire night of charging the phone. I have now went to a completely different store, and not only do they charge less (40 dollars) they give you a 6 month warranty FREE OF CHARGE! Regardless if the phone is refurbished or brought directly from the Apple store. Needless to say I will never ever come back to this store or buy anything from this company again.

I purchased a battery for my Garmin fitness tracker and it died 6 days later. I went back to the store to have it checked and he confirmed that it was dead. I then proceeded to tell them that I just bought the battery 6 days previous and then he said that they do not sell that brand of battery. I pointed exactly where the gentleman (who I believe was the manager) got the battery from but he would not look at the battery in the case where the watch batteries were kept. He made me feel like I was trying to get over and scam them on a under $5 battery. I will never return to this store as they do not treat customer with respect.

This location has technicians that are not trained. My iPhone screen was better off cracked. They didnt replace the screen correctly: broke off hardware (screws on the bottom of my iPhone 6). Now Apple wont touch it for repair.

I dont make a habit of reviews but this store deserves it ever time i go in i get a condescending attitude from a child with ten minutes of training and no experience. I am an ase certified master auto technician also certified in hybrid and electric vehicle and have been so for over twenty years. I ask for a product and they try to convince me i dont know what i am looking for or i dont know how to properly test the battery. Another time i needed a charge port replaced on my phone they gave me an estimate and ordered the part made an apointment when we went back they tried to triple the price and ad a screen. The expert said i know my job and this is what it is . This time i needed 2 rechargeable batteries the one was out of stock they tried to push one that was completely different but same voltage i refused it and bought the other. Told them i had an account and the name of my auto repair shop they asked for my phone number i gave it to the expert he gave me the total and it had tax and reg price. He had entered the wrong phone number and didnt bother to confirm the account not the first time for this either. I stepped back to maybe peak at the list as be re enter the phone number six times wrong and he got angry. Man get back over there I cant work with you standing over me. He said. I suggest i was just trying to help and he could have put that a little better perhaps a please. He replied i shouldnt have to. So if you would like to get talked down to buy an ignorant battery salesman and buy a cheap replacement that may or may not work or fit batteries plus is were you need to go.

Ordered online to pick up in the store closest to my home. The buying process was simple and quick. I received a call from an associate at the store letting me know one of the light bulbs I was purchasing was on order and not physically in stock. When I went a few days later to pick up my order, the lightbulb was in stock.

Scheduled an appointment for 7:30 via website. Showed up at store at 7:15 and was told the tech doesnt stay past 7pm. How can you allow people to schedule appointments knowing you do not keep your employees there. Would not recommend. Go across the street to walmart for cheaper batteries and otterbox

Claimed they would fix my phone with genuine parts. They put knockoff parts in and two weeks later when the parts were defective they didnt warranty the parts because they werent genuine. Charged me $200+ and the phone is broken more than it was before they touched it. I hope you have a better experience if you decide to go here. Im sorry.

Brunswick Store with the news they decided to replace the battery, Kudos to them I appreciatea business that stands behind their products even when the manufacturer doesnt. In the future anyone buying products with warranties should ask a few questions to avoid unexpected surprises,Buyer beware, I purchased a AGM Xtreme 14B-Bs motorcycle battery from the E. Brunswick NJ store in November. 2017 I went to for a warranty replacement August 26th. 2018 9 months in to the 12 month warrantyit’s seems like battery warranty is not worth the paper it’s printed on, make sure you ask for a copy and have them explain it properly. If you return a battery they will test it, if it’s found that the battery test below 10 .0vIt will be deem as the battery was neglected.They only reason someone would return a battery is because it fails to hold a charge with in the warranty period, to assume the buyer has neglected to maintain it is an easy way out for them. My battery was stored on Battery tender off the motorcycle during the winter months. This battery is defect and should be replaced.This is why you should always buy original replacement batteries from a motorcycle shop or manufacturer dealership. my original battery that came with the motorcycle lasted seven years I guess I didn’t neglect that one. Not happy with Batteries Plus!

I had a terrible experience with a phone repair. Then I decided to check if this store was approved by the Better business Bureau. There are no Batteries Plus stores that are approved by the Better Business Bureau. Dont go here.

I went into the store to have my battery replaced on my Iphone and after a few minutes of indecisive problem solving by the technician, i was yelled by the manager to leave the room. I was invited to the back room by the indecisive technician. When i turned to face the yelling manager he spoke over me to the technician in a loud and aggressive voice. I found his manners to be intimidating. To avoid a confrontation, i left with my unrepaired phone. Will never go there again! Not a professional store.

Avoid this loathsome business at all costs! After spending hundreds of dollars in this store over many years, I had the misfortune of being mislead by Tim the tubby supervisor (swarmy, arrogant, condescending) on the purchase of one pack of four batteries for my solar garden lights. The store stopped carrying the brand I usually purchased at this location (Powerex), and though I was suspect when this insufferable, Mr. Know-It-All individual insisted I purchase a new brand he guaranteed would work splendidly, I made the purchase with considerable trepidation. After testing these batteries for two weeks, I realized I had been sold a bill of goods and that they did not work well at all. The worst part was when I went to return them for a store credit to buy something else, he told me no returns on a open package. Ive never heard such nonsense in my life! Youd think that as a long time, cherished customer, Tim would make an exception since he was the guy who sold me the wrong product in the first place, but he refused to do so in the most snarky and petulant demeanor you could ever imagine! Steer clear of Batteries Plus Bulbs on Route 18 and buy online. With this kind of deplorable, hubris filled customer service on full display, dont be surprised to see the For Lease sign at this location very soon.
