It was a very good place!!! My glasses w lenses took less than a week to come;)) 100% recommendation, they also have good service.

Worst service I’ve ever had, employees refused to help and manager (Anthony) lied to my face about prices. Asked the North Brunswick Walmart about the problem and they told us that what East Brunswick told us wasnt accurate and they even called them to tell them, but they still refused to help. The quality of the glasses are not great either, as I got my pair back in January and this was the second time since then I had to go in because of problems. The manager also tried to get me to buy a cheaper pair of glasses than the ones I wanted. Cannot stress enough not to go to this location, the North Brunswick location is 100x more helpful.

Had such a wonderful experience when I went to get frames. Manager there was so helpful and friendly. Really went beyond to let me know options. Definitely going back.

This is indeed my top vision center within any Walmart I have experienced. Anthony and staff are great. Their customer service and satisfaction is none like I’ve experienced. Courteous and understands what the client is asking and needs. 5 Stars truly deserved.

The staff on the eye glass side is HORRIBLE! the girl that answers the phone is extremely nasty, always has an attitude and is rude. I called for days with no answer, finally got ahold of someone and she had nothing but an attitude. I’ve given them several opportunities but this has been the last straw. I will go get an exam and contacts else where.

If Anthony was not there, I would never go there, he is the best, he truly care about the customer, repair my broken frame which was not under any warranty, you can not find this type of service anywhere, he truly deserve 5 stars

Horrendous place OVERPRICED!! I bought frames and progressive transitions from there after a horrible exam by the optician there. The frames I bought were Ray Ban expensive and the lens were almost $350 alone plus frames almost $450 for a pair. The frames broke by nose and the refused to do anything or warranty themI just went for another exam of which my prescription was totally different this time from Opthamolohist and went to COSTCO and got the Same lenses and frames for half the price. Costco - progressives and transition price $170Walmart - same $415That’s beyond BAD business. Would never go back or recommend

The service is terrible. They are very expensive. They charge for everything. Glasses are extreMly crappy. I bought glasses from them and less than six months my glasses I cannot see through them. My glasses are foggy. At night I cannot drive with them. Do not waste your money here.

I had a prescription and I got my new glasses done in the store located on rt18. The vision was so blurry and the colors were so bright so I went back to the store they tried to fix it, did not work, went back to the doctor and he said nothing wrong, then went back again to the store, they re-did the lenses and still wasnt good. Finally I wenti to another doctor, she said the prescription wasnt right and te-did it. I went back to the store and the guy, I believe his name is William, went out of his way to keep helping me and he re- did the lenses. It was really a good experience and they gained a new costumer.

The first appointment i had with them was a nightmare, three hours later and they made me come back on another day due to their own in-competencies. Let me leave with no contacts in my eyes nearly blind to drive home. Now a year later and i am requesting a copy of my prescription and they refuse to give it to me! On top of the fact that they said my file is no longer with them because the doctors have changed, and f i need my information i would need to track down the doctor myself. Absolutely disgusted with the service and levels of concern by management! I have never seen a doctor refuse to release a prescription to the individual whos prescription it is, and already paid for the service. Fair warning! DO NOT put yourself through this.

I dont even know why I have to give any stars for this horrible service, employees their are very rude and LAZY and are exactly like another commenters stated act like they were making you a favor, when you ask about some information the girl there started blowing like shes bored, the other guy doesnt give you your options and when I found that I want to fix it he told me you cant and your order is already locked.I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WALMART IS HIRING PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO INTEREST IN WORKING IF Youre SO SICK OF DEALING WITH PEOPLE STAY HOME OR WORK SOMEWHERE IN THE BACK.

They were nice and got done what I needed done. Only complaint is you have to wait a little.

THE WORST! KEITH HAS TO BE THE RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AT AN EYE CENTER. I HAVE SINCE THEN SWITCHED. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS DUE TO HIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
