I have had a stellar experience with Nini from Roxy Display. After a number of frustrating experiences with other suppliers, I contacted Roxy to see if they had what I needed. They were quick to locate the products, and rushed the assembly so that I could pick them up completely finished and ready to go. I am extremely pleased with Roxy, and will be using them again in the future.

Were really happy with Ghost Mannequins that weve bought. Customer service was fast and helpful and we received it very quick after placing the order. Would definitely more when we need more.

Happy Day! Ordered a dress form on Friday and received it on Monday. Was able to put it together without any help! Was scared to order looking at reviews, nothing was out of place! Also ordered the tools!

I drove over 230 miles to pick up a display case, purchased a LED kit for the case for about $100 plus tax. On their site the LED lights looked Warm white, got them home and they were blue as the sky. I barely touched them and asked if I could just ship them back. They said all pick-ups were final but theyd make an exception. Id have to pay to ship them back (fine) PLUS 35% re-stocking fee. For a little box of LED puck lights?! You gotta be kidding me! The display case is OK, its heavy but just normal China particle board stuff. Be careful with the details if you pickup your order, their freight charges are pretty insane so I understand if you choose to pickup like me. Just be warned.

Absolutely perfect shopping experience. Called and reached Nini -- I explained my needs which she completely understood and asked for recommendations. She was extremely helpful and guided me. If not for a snowstorm, my mannequin would have been delivered in a flash. Even with the snowstorm, I had it within days of placing my order. I highly recommend Roxy Display and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Scam you out of your money

I have purchased from Roxy several times now. I have found their in person customer service to be excellent...efficient and friendly. Michael has helped me twice and he was wonderful. The racks I purchased were easy to assemble, sturdy for holding my heavy vintage clothing and they look great. I have found their prices to be very good and I have been pleased with the quality of the merchandise. There products have worked for me. I am going back for more.

Extremely impressed with the body forms I received. High quality in terms of the linen body form itself and they had one of the only white bases I could find anywhere and the finish and quality is BEAUTIFUL at such a low price point. Easy to order and my large order was delivered within a week. I am so happy to have found Roxy Display and will definitely be a returning customer!!

I drove an hour to shop with this business and was extremely happy with the service I received. David was very patient with me as I continuously changed my mind. I wish they had curvier plus size mannequins than what they already sell. The plus size mannequin I bought wears a size 1X dress and makes the garment look amazing. I ordered a display case and when I opened the boxes I noticed the glass was broken. There was no visible damage on the outside of the box. I immediately called Roxy to report the issue and get a replacement part. However I was denied the replacement glass because I did not register damage with the delivery driver. Mind you when the driver delivered the item he told us to inspect the outside because he didnt have time for us to check the item. He also said he could not return any opened boxes. I spent $900 now I have go spend additional money on another piece of glass. I was going to purchase more items since I am remodeling my store, but I will never buy another item from this store. This company has lost my trust.

Horrible customer service received damaged item sent pics and everything had to file a dispute with my credit card because they sell on Amazon marketplace and Amazon is useless even though they collect the money. Wanted me to send back the item at my own expense even though their poor job at packing it is what caused the damage and to top it off tried to bribe me to keep the damaged item with a laughable five dollar discount, hello just paid nearly a hundred for the item its like really? I think the topper was when I was told they would waive the restock fee basically calling me a liar that it wasnt damaged.

Hannah in customer service went out of her way to help me, without hesitation.I highly recommend Roxy for mannequins.I made the mistake of going to Mannequin Mall previously. Never again.Roxy Display is the only place Ill order from in the future.

We purchased a 3 pack of mannequins which were 3 different preselected styles all in different poses. Upon purchasing we had trouble checking out. We called and spoke with a representative who offered to create the order on his end. He notified us that our order would be slightly different because they were out of one style (1 out of 3). We were ok with having 2 of the same and 1 different, even though all 3 individual styles were available for individual purchase, we wanted the extra savings. After our phone conversation the representative sent over his constructed invoice and we moved forward with the purchase. The week we received the mannequins we tried to assemble them. HA...only 1 of the three mannequins assembled properly, and to top it off ALL of our mannequins were the SAME! We were in the process of renovations and traveling to market to open our boutique, so unfortunately we were not able to get the mannequins returned, nor did we want to pay for the shipping to exchange them. When we finally heard back from Roxy, the 5 day return period was over (we were not aware of this policy). Needless to say here we are a month later with 3 identical mannequins 2 of which do not assemble. We did however get instructions on how to fix the assembly problem (screw this here and fix that there). I am extremely disappointed! All we wanted was to exchange the non working mannequins for two mannequins that not only worked but were posed differently. We will be selling the two we have for parts (if that is even possible?) and will be ordering mannequins elsewhere. What a waste of $600! Never Again!

BUYER BEWARE!!!This was a terrible, terrible experience. I bought 200 wood hangers from this company. They were all crooked, warped, a few cracked. The notches for hanging clothes were all in different places. Overall...they did not look nice hanging on a rack. When I contacted the company, they were really unwilling to work with me. They told me these issues were minor after making me take all the hangers out of the box and take photos of them. Literally...some of these hangers swing two inches higher than another. There is no consistency at all.They told me there would be a 35% restocking fee. I had to send them back at my cost. By the time everything is said and done -- Id end up $25 ahead. It wasnt worth taking the risk for another $45 shipping fee and they refused to send a call ticket. Also, could not understand the customer service person on the phone. She barely spoke English.I would not buy from this company.

To begin their website looks like it was build in the 90s and never got updated!I placed my order and paid for it, a day latter I get a call saying that I need to pay $45 for shipping (on an order totaling $116) I asked them why it wasnt displayed at time of checkout they gave me some nonsense explanation,when I asked them if I can email him a prepaid UPS label ( it will only cost me around $15) they said no, when I asked why? they just said this is our policy,I would of never ordered from them if I knew how they work, their nasty attitude, bad customer service, and charging for shipping a day after placing the order!so when you order just know they will call you the next day asking to pay for shipping!
