I was very happy with my experience at Comcast East Brunswick. Went to actually upgrade and Sean Sullivan was my salesman. He was excellent, no pressure, to the point and easy to understand. He was just simply nice!

Very unprofessional, I told them I am in a hurry I had a lawyer appointment, and they didnt care he was training someone new and he wouldnt help me, I believe customers come first and he should leave the training and help me fist, the workers in this place very rude and unpleasant, except the girl.

Worst internet service provider out there. Imagine during a pandemic when people are working from home they continuously have power outages which takes them over 8 hours to fix.. in the middle of business hours.I wish optimum, Verizon, or spectrum could cover my are. XFINITY is the worst.

While my husband and I do not like Xfinity mobile as a service, Brian’s customer service skills are beyond. He helped figure out why we couldn’t port a number and hand delivered us to AT&T a few doors down to explain the situation. Nice, fast, professional, friendly and very understanding to our situation. Had never been to the store before. Had a billing problem and since I was unable to speak to anyone from Comcast over the phone. This was my only option, the employee who helped was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue.

Very poor customer service, highly unprofessional, unwilling to help with issues that considered to be basic and simple issues. Horrible attitude to customers. Canceling cell phone service with them immediately.If you are considering xfinity to be your provider, don’t even try

I was having mild internet issues for quite some time, but after the COVID-19 pandemic hit, my internet and Wi-Fi connection started performing extremely poorly. I NEEDED Wi-Fi to be able to attend a court case, and the person on the technical support line was being extremely confusing and overwhelming, so I visited the physical location.I am please to say that not only has my connection been restored, but also upgraded! I am going to be able to utilize a much stronger and faster connection and be able to stay in touch with friends, family, and followers on social media, as well as engage in Telemedicine appointments with a stable and reliable connection.The store also follows Social Distancing Protocols very well, with plastic barriers and hand sanitizer readily available. The specific employee who helped me, Sean R. Sullivan, was extremely helpful in resolving my issues, and did so in a friendly and hospitalible manner.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my service and will gladly utilize this store location again.

Comcast is a very bad company. poor services. I cant even change them for another one because there isnt competition. Im so upset. Ive been without services almost the whole day. They said that they will fix it at the end of the day. Guess what? Nop. Maybe tomorrow. If Im lucky.

Very poor staffing,felt they were doing me a favor not like I was a customer.Ask a question he started talking to a customer on the phone like I wasnt even there.When they had the offices the people were very helpful,and informative,this new set up could not get worse! Corporate really needs to look at the people they hire.

Read the bad reviews so I was ready for a bad experience BUT I did not have one. I was helped immediately. Handed in my equipment and was asked to wait for someone to call me. Less than a minute later, a gentleman came to get me. He handed me a receipt and I was done!

It is regarding not the East Brunswick store but over priced internet service in East Brunswick NJ where Comcast Xfinity has monopoly. No other Broadband internet provider like Verizon Fios is able to lay down their fiber optics cables to compete with Comcast Xfinity. Due to this reason residents of East Brunswick NJ are deprived of fair competition. East Brunswick Township keep approving long term contract with Xfinity and depriving it is residents of fair competition.This issue must be resolved so fair competition and level ground field is available to all broadband internet providers.I hope Comcast Xfinity and East Brunswick NJ township will hear it.Thanks

There is no clarity in the bills in the cable with premium channels. For a period of time and they do not warn you to remove it and they start charging you and well you pay that and you call to have it removed and it is a pain in the house to remove that garbage
