I just wasted an hour and a half out of my day. Couldn’t do my appointment that I set up weeks ago because their machine decided to stop working that day. Okay great, things happen, but why can’t you notify people ahead of time instead of wasting their time running around and getting nothing done? Also instead of offering alternatives like “sorry you can set up a new appointment” or “you can try tomorrow” I just get told “no, our machine stopped working”. Not only that but the wait time was ridiculously long. It seems like this store has too much on its plate and can’t handle it well at all

Rare for me (or anyone?) to review a packaging and shipment store but had such a good experience with their customer service, felt it was essential to give kudos. Theres often a wait at this high traffic location but it moves fast. This day I came in for an amazon return and needed them to print my label. Deonna (pronounced like Fiona) was just really helpful, kind, efficient and pleasant. Thanks for making an annoying errand actually pleasant Deonna.

I am more than pleased with the customer service from this office. I had came in to drop off a package, however I had to run out due to an emergency and left the package there. They stored my box for me and handled my situation very professionally and were so considerate. Mr. Patel took care of everything and I just wanted to publicly thank him for not only being a good manager but also a good person. If it werent for him, I wouldve had to abandon my package and might have possibly even lost it. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have been using The UPS store on State Highway 18 for years now, they do have a high turnover in staff, however they do get the job done fast and all are nice to deal with. It is nice that when you walk in they know you by name, greet you with a hello and make you feel welcome. Only point which could be improved is that during busy times they only have sometimes one person and the line is long...but this is rare and I know they have been working on this issue.

The UPS store offers excellent prices on shipping, copying and print. Id ship stuff to my grandparents in Florida using them because of their reasonable shipping rates and there many convenient locations.

I have been in this store twice, both times for printing large quantities. The owner and staff are courteous, professional and efficient. I also compared prices with local office supply stores, UPS is the most competitive, with great service as a plus.

Get the job done but very slow sometimes: 2 associates deep in discussion while a line of customers waiting on a single cashier. Not very helpful.

These guys are awsome. Asked for a print job and had it done fast ND affordable. Got a banner printed and had it within a day. Give these guys a shot.

I paid the extra money for them to pack my item hoping it would be delivered safely, but the package never left the building and ups could not locate the package.

I was there at 9am at the time of opening, waited for 10 mins, nobody showed up to open the store. I left and went to another UPS store.

I was up in Jersey visiting my family and I bought two pots and delivered it back home to Tennessee not only did it get there when they said but it was packed so great not a scratch on them thank you so very much and my kids thank you for all the bobblewrap :) I would give more stars if I could

Dropped off 3 packages 3 separate times to this location, and each time the young Asian guy assisted. He’s comes across snarky like we were bothering him. He did the job but his face and energy says everything. May be he was having a bad day but the attitude is not necessary.

Ups covered my package with 9 fragile stockets and it still was delivered broken
