Please don’t waste money here horrible service and cheap appliances

Small store but great appliances i got a stove work great

They sell you used junk that they “fix” but give you a six month warranty and sure enough that’s how long they lasted. Dryer doesn’t dry and washer doesn’t rinse or drain unless done twice. Don’t waste your money.

Great place and nice people little bit pricey but I got 3 months warranty.. I always support local and small business I strongly recommend this place before buying a new appliance they dont charge you for visiting

Very friendly people, Great prices. my washer broke down, my son changed the overfill valve and it still wouldnt stop filling up, went to Ok Appliances to look for a new washer, they guy said wait let me look at your washer before you buy a new one, he could have very well just let me proceed to buy a new washer from them but he was very honest they came out the next day and fixed it 🙂 my son put the part on wrong ughhh lolIll be going back for a dryer soon 🙂

Great work each time Ive called for repairs. Quick and professional workers. Been using them for years.

Our service provider was polite and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our stove. Also, he was willing to listen & to answer any questions I had.

I called to have a fridge put together. I told them I only needed screws for the door, the lady on the phone said they couldnt do anything about it. That they didnt have those screws and that I needed to buy them somewhere else. I called another place and they said they can use universal screws....well OK Appliances lost a good costumer.

Kevin was great. He diagnosed, fixed, and assembled the dryer within 20-30 min. He was fine with me watching as Im a young homeowner to get some tips. Will use OK Appliance again!

Bought a dryer from them. Really nice people, straight forward, and my dryer works just fine. Im going to call them today to get a fridge for my basement.

OK Appliances installed a faulty stove which had a gas leak. After letting them know about the gas smell they charged us after installing it to take a look at it (which was fine) but the owners son said everything was fine. HOW? We decided to get a second opinion from another appliance company and they showed me a picture of the valve that was leaking gas from the stove. OK Appliance then came out AGAIN and and said everything was fine. Nipsco was called and they also confirmed a gas leak from the stove and that we could have died due to such a high Carbon Monoxide reading (due to the gas leak). We will be reporting this company to the City of East Chicago, the BBB and the state of Indiana. We asked them several times to fix the valve and they refused stating that whoever told us there was a leak was lying. Its really disappointing that even after we tried to come to a resolution the owners son treated us poorly.

Do Not Buy From Them! They will sale you a broken appliance!!!! Oh and be sure you know how to speak Spanish because they will try something if you don’t!!

Family got washer and dryer from here so far so good.

Plenty of appliances decent fridges and washer. If you get delivery dont expect them to be on time I waited over 5 hours from a time they told me and I live 5 mins away.

I love it my grandpa, uncles, and mom do a wonderful job every day they work hard and try to keep their customers happy😃

Just bought $400 fridge 4 days ago and its not getting cold and making a unbearable sound I cant even sleep its so loud, poor customer service, eating and on phone while customers waiting, barely speak English and over charge for everything.

Prices could come down a bit!
