I have been a customer with T-Mobile for 15 years and never expected to not get the service I deserved. I went in for 2 replacement screen protectors and was told by Angel that he had to sell phones. I called 611 like he suggested and they were able to help me. I will never shop at that store again.

Quality service.. there was a district manager in the store when I came in. He approached me and asked if he can help me with anything because the other two employees were busy with other customers. It was good to feel welcomed at a store that I havent been to before. When the sale associates were done with their customers they politely took over and helped me with the rest of my T-Mobile shopping experience. Nice clean store, courteous employees and managers, and its my local community T-Mobile store. I will be back

I love how helpful and honest the people in this tmobile are!!! I walked in heading help with my broken phone. Walked out with a new galaxy 8. On top of it all I got another galaxy 8 for free. They were very helpful in explaining the plans they have now compared to the one I had. Im so happy I stopped by this tmobile!!!

Great place for T-Mobile service! Associates are friendly & always willing to help. Little to no wait time each time Ive visited. All associates speak both spanish & english. Ask for Z, she knows her stuff!
