CVS in general is too pricey and no one has time do coupons. Pharmacy service is really good and accurate. But I got to the store on Sat. at 3:20 and they were closed with 2 other elderly customers outside wondering whats was going on too. This is the 3rd time this has happened. CVS STICK TO YOUR NOTED TIMES!!!!!

I called to have a prescription transferred from another CVS location. The pharmacist clerk, Michelle answered the phone. She was short and rude as if she had an attitude. I use this location when I am in town and have been pleased with the service that I’ve received thus far with the exception of today. I hope that she receives some additional customer service training.

CVS in Broadway in East chicago Harbor is amazing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always in and out.. Never a long wait. The pharmacist Jason is very friendly and offers to help with any questions or concerns. I also love the rewards program. Strongly recommend . Thanks to you all.

Small footprint store. Easy and for quick shopping. They have a pharmacy counter as well. Was looking for caffeine pills, but they didnt have that. They do have general household items and alcohol as well. Plenty of parking available. Happy CVS shopping.

I was assisted by laura very nice and helpful always has a smile and very attentive to each customer that walks in. She offered me a care pass and I couldn’t help but sign up!

I seriously wish my insurance was accepted at Walgreens. CVS is horrible. There is always a back order on medications. The customer service is horrible. They have strange hours with long lines. I am pregnant and have not had my medication for 3 days now. Please do better

I have dealt with Walgreens for 3 years, and there was always a problem with my medications, ALWAYS! But thankfully, there a young gentlemen there, about 20-22 years old that always went the extra mile to correct every hiccup, error, or mistake. I wish him the best in his future, as I no longer deal with Walgreens!I then switched to CVS. I had horrible service from their local 24-hour location in Hammond. I didn’t even want to ever look at them, so I had my last order delivered by mail!I decided to go to the CVS in East Chicago, STORE #10936, and have received the BEST service ever from a chain pharmacy! Yes, they are a small store and they operate with limited hours, but everyone knows what they are doing and they always have my stuff ready! I’m completely mind-blown. They even have short hold times while on the phone, ranging from 3-5 minutes. I especially want to say thanks to Jason, the pharmacy manager! Thank you Jason!

Usually dont have many issues with this location... BUT tonight this happened. Its great tosee that even though the hours say until 6 p.m., they lock the doors more than 5 minutes before close and just ignore you through the glass when you really need to pick up your medication.If anyone is reading this right now, Im still in the parking lot looking right at ya!

Wow. Such poor service from the pharmacist. We were sent to this location because our local CVS was out of her prescription. He have me 4 reasons why he couldnt fill it all of which were complete BS, even according to my local CVS after I had told them what happened and how I was treated. Even after I told him my wife has MS and needs her medication he still refused to even call the other CVS to confirm anything. I wouldnt even take my dog there to the East Chicago location now, or ever again...

Been here since 340pm, they said 30 minutes...its 418pm still here...finally got the meds at 431pm...u tell me what type of service that is...

Very slow service, sometimes takes days to get medication ready. If you wait it takes hours. Sam is a great pharmacist but the lady can be rude at times. Understaffed and very busy.

They told me my medicine would be ready in 25 mintues I came back in 30 and only one was ready. They told me to please hold on it would be another 10 minutes and it took another 25. They were friendly though and the store is clean.
