I put one star because I had to. Shoes are cute but service is horrible. I purchased a pair of hills as an gift to only find out they couldn’t be returned due to COVID! THIS IS THE MOST GHETTO thing Ives ever heard of! Now I’m stuck with a unwanted pair of hill no one in the family could fit. Definitely my last trip here.

Good place to buy a pair of shoes for your lady

Stopped in to get boots for the kiddos, but ended up only purchasing for one daughter, since my youngest daughter has new boots. SHOE TIME DOES NOT CARRY BOYS SHOES OR BOOTS. Overall, the shopping experience was pleasant-no high pressured sales assistant and a wide selection of female shoes and boots at very reasonable prices. Even the Mens section was reasonable. Shoe Time does not hold shoes either and there is a sign on the counter reminding customers of their policy.

Found this company to be very unprofessional. When questioned as to who the owner was they will hang up on customers. That is a red flag that they are doing something that may not be to the owners knowledge. They do no refunds regardless if you dont want their merchandise, or if you find the merchandise dont fit like you thought they would. This company needs to be reported they take credit cards but will not refund the credit cards only give a store credit or even swap. Only problem is what if you are a visitor and just traveling through the city on your way to another city. This is not a good policy.
