Horrible service today. Always someone new who seems not to know what they are doing. Irregular procedures applied to give AAA discount. Sometimes they ask for your card and sometimes they dont. They seem to be more interested in chatting behind the counter than servicing customers. Really disappointed by their overall attitude, even by the management.

Packaged my items 6 out of arrived broken. Ups wont cover because it was bad packaging. Ups store wont cover because i used my business account. So in the end Im out over $300 worth of product counting on professionals to pack my stuff

I was thankful the young woman helped me w a shipping label this morning, I didnt know I needed one. She went out of her way to help.

The employees at this store are top notch. Been in a few times, and recently made the mistake of bringing a FedEx label in for a product return, and they taped the return label on my box for me and gave me directions to the nearest FedEx drop-off. That’s pretty classy!

I had to pack and ship over 9 boxes that took a VERY long time to deal with (my fault not theirs). The service was A+ and the lovely lady behind the counter went out of her way to help me and took the time to confirm every detail, address etc. She didnt have to go the extra mile, but she did and happily. This is my go to UPS store of choice and they will always have my business. Keep up the great work team!

First off, let me say that the manager Tom is no longer at this location. He seemed to be the reason people previously posted negative reviews. I went to return my U-Verse equipment, and the staff were great. Knew what they were doing, did it promptly and courteously and I was out of there in just a few minutes. There was another staff member patiently helping an elderly gentleman makes some photocopies. Its all good in Gaslight!

Ive generally had pleasant interactions but went to go ship a Christmas gift tonight at 715 and they were closed when the website says theyre open until 8. Big bummer. Gotta let your clients know what your hours are, especially days before Christmas. Heading to FedEx...

I go here for all my packing needs. I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and so I prepay all my shipping. Clerks are always quick, careful and courteous. Great location, highly recommend.

Very disorganized, always looking or digging for something. Paper forms!? This is the 21st century, we have computers now, get with the times. Younger attendant has no clue what hes doing. All of this adds up to very slow service. USPS is paperless and faster. FedEx is much easier and twice as fast. Dont waste your time here.

I had no issues today with shipping! I dont know what everyone is talking about... The man who helped me was very nice, and he even wished me a merry christmas. My advice is to have your labels printed off in advance like I did, you just have to walk in and drop off. No need for all of the fuss. I will drop packages off here in the future!

Was in getting documents printed, notorized, scanned and emailed. They do it all and were very helpful. Excellent customer service.

I called ahead to ask if this store carried a 12.5×15 document mailer to mail a 12x12 photo and the employee I spoke to told that they did indeed have it in stock. When I arrived to purchase it 20 mins later, the largest document mailer available was 11.5×14. I brought the envelope up to the counter and asked if it was the biggest size they had, the clerk said oh I think I spoke with you on the phone, this one should be big enough he pulled out a measuring tape to measure the envelope (its still 11.5 just as it is clearly stated on the envelope) and he says oh Im sorry I must have mismeasured. Wow. Thank you for a great big waste of my time!

Had 6 packages shipped to them as I was out of town. Couldnt find them when I went to pick them up, then charged me $2 per day per package, even though I picked them up in the morning, I was charged for the full day. When I protested, I was basically told thats the way we work. When I stated that I wouldnt be using there service anymore, I got OK. At least I know how they value customers now.

I went in here today to ship a package for the business I work for. I have been in here before and had a bad experience with one of their employees being rude to me. I noticed this employee was working today, so I went to the other employees register. I have the form filled out with all of the. info including what was in the package. The other employee, the one who was a jerk to .me before, decides that he needs to question me on what is in the box I am trying to ship. And proceeds to do it in the most condescending and irritating way possible, interrupting me, trying to correct me. I am someone who has worked in retail and customer service for nearly 10 years. In no way was I provoking him, and I understand that he needs to know what Im shipping, but the way in which he questioned me made me feel awful. Turns out this guy is Tom, the manager of the place.In this day and age, thank god we have options. I will not be returning to this place, and I will most likely bring my personal business to FedEx.

Often not too crowded, but dont think value when it comes to shipping here. They consistently charge 20%+ over what UPS says it should cost to ship the package. Add that to the all to often poor service, and it is a good argument for using FedEx Ground.

Im really surprised by the negative reviews. I ship here often and have always been impressed with the staff. Theyre friendly and efficient!

Spectacularly bad! Our printing order was not ready or even started when we arrived 9 hours after it was submitted via the website and an hour after it was promised to be done. The first 2 parts of the order were printed on the wrong stock paper and the third part was printed with the reverse side upside down. When the first printer jammed and the operator didnt know how to clear it, he put a copy on a copier and printed over 100 copies wrong with visible photocopy lines.Having your printing done here is like watching the 3 stooges. But a whole lot less funny when its for a wedding.

Package been stuck in transit there for over 24hrs and its gonna be 2 days late.. This has never happened before.. But still..

I came in to return my ATT router and it was no hassle. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Just dont go here if possible. Seriously. My partner warned me the old dutch man (Tom, the manager) was mean and then suggested I try to find another employee to help me. I walked into the store and tried to talk to the younger employee but Tom stepped in before the kid could even say hello. He was NOT nice. If I were having a bad day, he would definitely have made me cry. I was returning a modem and he told me I needed a label to be able to return it. I called at&t and had several people tell me I didnt need a label, I just need to bring it into the store with my account number. Thats what I did! Im going to have to drive accross town to bring it to a different UPS store where the manager isnt a jagwagon. Thanks Tom! p.s. your store looks like a public restroom.

A blunder on their part screwed up my textbook rental return. I had to call Amazon to get it sorted out so I wouldnt get charged for their mistake.

Needed a notary. Searched an saw that this service was available at this location. Altered my schedule to make it there in time, only to be told we dont have one here today. There was no posting of this service being unavailable. Waste of time and caused me to missed out on submitting a federal document.

The problem I encountered was that they shipped my package but filled out the customs forms for Canada incorrectly and I was charged $275 customs and brokerage in order to get my package. I was eventually able to get refunded but not without a huge fight with UPS who, while admitting that it was a mistake on their part, claims they have no responsibility for the individual outlet employees. Customs Canada eventually refunded me their part but the whole thing was hours of misery. That said, the employees at this outlet were friendly and just made an honest mistake.

College kids with attitudes @ times, irritating as this is the nearest one to where I live. It used to be better but now, they act like they resent the customers, especially if its difficult.

Went for notary and send some documents. Friendly and responsive staff. Notary is 10$ for 1st page and 5$ for following pages

This store is a mess! Call before you go because I waited 45 minutes at 8am on a Tuesday and apparently they didnt feel like coming in. So on my trip back to ship a box, they were unapologetic, unfriendly and incompetent. I will avoid this place at all cost.
