So Brooke convinced me to try on a dress that was completely out of the box… it worked! Seconds after buttoning me up I knew it was the one… even if I hadn’t left with the most amazing dress, I would’ve still left happy because the experience was so relaxed. The Bridal Garden was perfect!! We had a private appointment where my bridesmaids and myself got to look at all of the dresses and find my perfect gown! The dress came in on time and needed very little alterations, just perfect! the staff was very friendly and helpful in my search for a wedding dress! Would definitely recommend. Purchasing my dress at Bridal Garden has proved to be one of the greatest decisions Ive made while planning my wedding thus far! After having a horrible, factory like experience at a larger bridal boutique I knew I needed a smaller, more unique experience. The ladies at Bridal Garden were incredibly responsive and when it came time for my appointment I felt so comfortable like I had known them for years. They helped me with each and every decision I made and suggested things I never would have thought of. I ended up with the complete opposite dress than I had imagined - something I never would have tried on if it werent for them suggesting it - and it is the DREAM dress I never knew I wanted. They spent so much time with me, personalizing every detail and transforming my whole wedding vision (IN THE BEST WAY). On top of everything else, they stayed late for my bridesmaids who couldnt make it during the day for fittings which was a huge relief to myself and my bridal party. I dont think I have to say this at this point - but I would HIGHLY recommend Bridal Garden to any bride who is looking for a one-on-one boutique with experienced associates who end up feeling like friends!

This bridal studio is what bride dreams are made of! Stunning selection of beautiful and unique dresses from many different designers. Christina is wonderful- she allowed us to pick and try as many dresses as we wanted and with zero pressure.

The Bridal Garden made my dress experience perfect! The shop owners are hands on and know their stuff. They got me to try on dresses out of my comfort zone, which lead me to find my dream dress-- something I would have never put on if they didnt pull it for me. They listen and watch as you try on dresses and use that info to help pull other options. If I had to do it all again, Id go right back to The Bridal Garden.

I had a wonderful experience dress shopping here. Christina and her mom were amazing! She was super insightful and knew exactly what I needed after asking a few questions. She was patient and really took the time to answer any questions I had. I ended up with a dress that day with her help! And I am super over the moon about it. I cant say enough good things about her and the shop. Anyways, Ill be recommending them to any brides I know for now on. (I also think she needs to adopt another friend for her kitty :) )

Love this place, bought my dress here. I had a vision (destination wedding) and they not only helped me find my dress, they also helped me redesign it and style it. I basically made my own wedding dress with their help. I also bought all my girls dresses there. Now my best friend found her dress there and we got our bridesmaids dresses. The ladies are so personable they feel like family at this point and they ALWAYS make sure you and your guests have a am enjoyable experience. Great dressing room and they are very skilled!!

Great experience. My mom and I went in randomly to ask about pricing and ended up buying a dress that day! Even without an appointment the woman was so helpful and made us feel at ease. Great variety of dresses and prices!

This place is WONDERFUL. They went above and beyond and truly listened to me and what I was looking for. They were extremely patient with me during appointments and made me feel like absolute top priority. Christina even drove the store when they were closed to ensure that the sample dress I wanted to buy hadnt been sold yet, which I was not expecting her to do at all but was so grateful for! Absolutely made my bridal gown shopping experience a joyful one and something that my mother and I will always remember. They carry gorgeous gowns and it is a smaller salon so it was not overwhelming like a couple other places I tried. I highly recommend purchasing your bridal gown from these ladies!!compare

Wow! I shopped for my mother-of-the-bride dress last week and was totally impressed with the customer service Angela and Christina delivered. The mother of the groom and I were shopping together and they helped us find beautiful dresses and coordinate our looks. The dress selection was wonderful and Angela made suggestions I never would have considered. I tried on a number of dresses and never felt rushed. I found the perfect dress and highly recommend this shop!

I went on an impromptu trip and Bridal Garden graciously allowed all 6 of us in even though we didnt have an appointment. They were very accomadating suggesting styles of dresses and pieces they thought would be flattering. This was the first time I had been dress shopping and they made it a great experience. After trying a handful of dresses I picked a Hayley Paige and couldnt be happier.

Both Karen and Elaine were super helpful during my visit today! I tried on close to 20 different dresses and both ladies were nothing short of kind, thoughtful and attentive. Finding the perfect dress can be overwhelming however I had a wonderful experience here with a staff which listened to my thoughts and well-versed in the abundance of dresses that are available to try on. Your best opportunity at getting the store to yourself would be a weekday afternoon where you would not be competing with other brides for attention and space. Check them out!

Angela was wonderful. She got all the information about the wedding and happity let me try on anything and also talked me into trying on several I never would have picked. Her choices were better than mine!

I bought my wedding dress here and it was such a wonderful experience! My mom and I went and because you have to make an appointment, we actually had the whole place to ourselves, which was amazing! The women we were working with even kept the store open for almost an extra hour just so I didnt feel rushed in deciding which dress to get. It was a very pleasant, relaxing experience and I didnt feel stressed at all. They were very helpful in finding a dress and making sure I tried things I normally wouldnt try on just so I was sure I wasnt missing out on something I might actually like. The dress I ended up buying was absolute perfection in every way and was 100% ME! This was the only store I went to when shopping for my wedding dress and I could not be happier with the experience or the dress!

I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love the Bridal Garden and each and every one of their staff!! Christina is literally the biggest breath of fresh air when it comes to wedding planning! Thank you guys for being the most amazing people when it comes to wedding dress shopping!

We returned after having a positive experience getting my mothers dress for my wedding. We were looking for a flower girl dress for my 15-month-old niece (not the easiest of customers!). The staff was so accommodating and helpful while we went through the process of getting a baby in and out of dresses. We all fell in love with the dress, including my little niece! At one point, there was a mistake in the process of getting it shipped to the store but the manager rushed the order, maintained thorough communication with us, and then personally delivered the dress to our house. We will very likely be back for my sisters wedding next year!

Welcoming and friendly, answers questions and listens to concerns without judgements, offered good advice without being pushy. She took us as a walk in appointment but it was a weekday afternoon, not sure what weekends are like. Over all good experience.

I have been twice to the Bridal Garden. Both times I was treated very well. I am shocked at some of the comments. I have to say the staff was incredibly patient. I saw some customers being so condescending. Customers need to know if you treat people with respect and kindness you will receive it in return.

My experience was bad although thankfully a women named Karen stepped in an it got better. Even though I had an appointment they were very busy and working on other parties. Only one dress was pulled for me and it was extremely small. The women had no time to work with me about what I was looking for. Basically when I reached full frustration and said I was leaving and this was a waste of a drive another women stepped in. She was very helpful and I would recommend her, but I was not happy with my appointment.

Amazing! is all I can say about this place. My daughter was living in Boston, I am in North Carolina and we knew some styles we wanted to try. After much Internet research and many phone calls, The Bridal Garden said they would definitely get a Tara Keely dress in for my daughter (we saw it on someone in Pinterest). Most other salons charge you $50-$100 to get a sample then take if off your bill if you buy there. Bridal Garden did the classy thing and got the dress without charging a cent!EVEN MORE AMAZING, is the the day we arrived the dress was being Fed-Exed to an employees home. She drove home and brought it back and made our day.I have to admit we ended up liking a different style they showed us better and we found THE DRESS on our first visit to our first shop. The veil and hairpiece they used for her to model are so perfect we are buying those when we go back to pick up the dress!I cant say enough about the kindness, service and extra effort this store has made. Were eager to make the trip back for our first visit with the dress!Thank you all, Ladies, you are AMAZING!

I cant say enough about the Bridal Garden and the wonderful ladies that work there. I got all 6 bridesmaid dresses and my own wedding gown there. Not only did they have a great selection but I always felt like top priority from beginning to end. My first appointment I had I was an 1 1/2 hours late (I felt so rude and embarrassed of course). Not only did they just take me in and not even mention it but by the time I found the dress I looked at the clock and it was 4:30 pm! This is much after their closing time. They were so attentive and patient I didnt even realize how long I had been there. Like I said, I couldnt say enough good words about the Bridal Garden. Highly recommended!

I put down a deposit on a dress then changed my mind under 24 hours. I called to pull out and they wouldnt refund me. Not allowing you to change your mind in under 24 hours seems a bit wack to me. Dress selection is very limited. Angela made me feel self conscious and was sort of talking about me in the third person to my mom in this weird adversarial way. Finally, they recommended I go to a local seamstress, and she ended up messing up the alterations. Lame experience and not professional.

Terrible service, made me feel terrible about myself bc Im plus size, and just had a baby and couldnt fit in the sample dresses. Told me the maternity dress she had me try on should of fit me in front of other patrons. Would never return or recomended this store to anyone.

I have been here on 2 occasions with my 21 year old to purchase a wedding dress... we put a deposit on a dress and after myself, my 2 daughters, and her 2 maids of honors left ... we all thought that these saleswomen were rude, not helpful and the rest of her bridal party refused to purchase, including myself, 9 others dresses due to the rotten customer service we experienced.... we called as my daughter had decided she didnt want a ballgown and unfortunately because we had a deposit there she didnt want me to loose it.... I told her I would rather throw it away but went there yesterday ! Never thought we could have a worse experience then at the first time but once again possibly her name was Angela, I cant even explain how rude, unhelpful., disrespectful she was. My daughter wanted a 2017 Casablanca dress and she refused to sell it off the rack so I asked Her how soon we could get it she said 4 months... so once again we left that store, they can keep my 500.00 I wouldnt step foot in there if they paid me... she was upset and I was determined to find this dress so I called Alexandrias in Fall River who went way beyond the call would sell there only dress off the rack but it was too big to alter but said they could expediate! Wonderful phone experience with Carolyn and then called Anas bridal boutique in E Providence where she is there presently buying the dress off the rack which they can alter to her size!!!!! Wonderful wonderful service ... In closing I received a call from Bridal Gardens this am after my daughter posted her experience and tell me she went way out of the way to accommodate us after I called and left a message that it is strange how every other shop I called was willing to sell the dress off the rack and today she says it was to big to alter but yesterday she wouldnt sell it cause she couldnt get another for 4 months and also called Cassablanca this am as all the other stores did yesterday, not even knowing if I was buying there, but her dress would be here by May 1st, guess she should of done that yesterday... cause I can assure you this store has just lost a bundle of sales!!! If if the owner reads this could you please contact me as I asked numerous times for your name and number and she hung up on me!!!!!!! Buyers Beware!!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service, no one has a brain cell in that entire building. Rude & entitled to who knows what. Plus it’s so dirty in there. Don’t waste your time if your a bride.

I had a handful of miserable wedding dress shopping experiences before stumbling upon bridal garden, almost by accident because they were having a hayley paige trunk show (and I was majorly obsessed with her dresses). My experience there was so personal and considerate - I would recommend no other salon but this one. Amazing sales personnel and dress selection. A++++

Although I LOVED my dress and was complimented all night on how beautiful it was the knowledge of the salesperson and the quality of customer service at the Bridal Garden was very poor. While deciding on the purchase of my dress I was given incorrect information in regards to alterations that ended up costing me extra money. The original dress that was shipped to me from the designer was created/sized incorrectly therefore it needed to be sent back (no fault of the Bridal garden), but the customer service through the shop I received while trying to correct this problem was completely unprofessional. They gave my mother and I dates of when it was supposed to be shipped and then we wouldnthe hear from them. When calling to inquire what was happening in the process they would state they were going to call us the following day, 2 days later still no call, we would have to reach out to them. When my dress was finally shipped to the store and I was able to pick it up once I got it to the seamstress the problems continued. It was supposed to be hemmed via the designer because it was bought during a trunk show, but it wasnt. When we called the Bridal Garden to express our concerns they were less than concerned that their customer was now spending extra money on a hem. Part of their job is to make the brides life easier, so if you dont honor customer service as an important part of the dress buying process The Bridal Garden is a fine establishment, but if you are looking for knowledgeable, supportive salespeople do not go to Bridal Garden.

Horrible, they were the rudest women Ive ever dealt with. I will never return and they should really work on customer service. I was told by one women I could look around. When I found one dress another said I could not try it on . Im appalled with this place
