Cole and Matthew are wonderful reps for Verizon, they are so young yet very mature and professional. I was very impressed. They are very polite and knowledgeable. Cole assisted my daughter and me in purchasing a new phone and accessories. The phone was picked out, added to a plan and set up in under an hour. So happy with my experience. Thank you!
The service I receive every single time I step foot into this store is amazing. Shawn has brought such a warm homey feel to this store that I truly can’t say enough about it. A major plus is I never have to wait when I enter and I always feel more knowledgeable about my phone when I leave. Not once have I felt like they pressured something on to me that I didn’t need. I had a great experience at this store today. It was extremely busy with only two people on, yet it always seemed professional and had fantastic service. Shawn took care of my family very thoughtful and his employee looked right on board. The whole experience left us impressed with this store, keep it up guys!
Went in having an issue with my cell phone bill and left saving money on my cable bill. I ended up talking to the manager about switching over to Fios and he was able to save me a fortune. He also knock down my cellular bill because of the switch. Appreciate you guys down in East Greenwich!
I went into the store at 1000 Division Street today. I was having trouble getting google to work as well as some of my apps were no longer active- Ramon was patient, very polite and so helpful. If I were to rate him it would be an excellent Plus!! What a wonderful representative of your store! I had been in there before and was not impressed - Ramon changed my opinion. It is nice to know that this young man is there to help.
My wife came back home with a brand new iphone and after going over the bill with her I noticed that this store charges more for iPhones than the corporate store up the street. I also realized an additional $19.99 on the bill as well and completely lost it on her for buying from this place. The best part is yet to come. After speaking with Verizon directly, they mentioned that this store is a privately own one and has been on the verge of shutting down for a couple months now. The locals around the store as well told my wife that business has been poor there ever since they opened up. So after hearing that I ended up going back to the store with the phone and the manager told me that the $19.99 was non-refundable and was the only way he could make his money. All I can say is I’m absolutely disgusted that Verizon would allow a company to ruin an image that they have built for so many years. After the return, we took a right out of the parking lot and took the highway (literally two minutes from the store) and went to the corporate store which is only five minutes from this store on Bald Hill Road near UNO Pizzeria. In the end, please save yourself the trip and avoid this store at all costs it’s not worth the headache! To Verizon Corporate, GO BACK TO CORPORATE DOORS and CORPORATE DOORS ONLY!! Thank You
I thought the Verizon in Coventry was bad this one is officially the worse. Prices are marked up on everything. Better off going to the corporate store on Bald Hill.
Had a wonderful and fast experience at this particular Verizon store. Its tucked away in the Daves Marketplace plaza in East Greenwich but its worth the drive from my apartment in Johnston. From the amazing customer service by Shawn the store manager all the way to the store design itself, I had such a pleasant experience that I highly recommend it!

My wife went into the store a couple weeks ago and was charged over fifty dollars in fees that she was not aware of! The African American male who was working at the time told her that she would pay set up and upgrade fees at the end of purchase. When in reality, she was hit with a $19.99 set up fee and a $29.99 redux fee which we still can’t understand what that is? My real estate business used to go to this store all the time and see Shane and we never paid any of these fees. I’m disgusted in the changes of your stores policies. We will certainly be bringing our business to the North Kingstown store where we won’t have to pay any of these hidden fees.- Frank Bestwick Jr

I have seen two incidents, both in the afternoon, where staff members blast explicit music on the devices, and one of these two times they even went outside to play football in the parking lot, leaving the store unattended. The staff in question are two males. One seems to be caucasian and the other african-american. Very unprofessional and I dont think these two staff represent the location well.
I went in to have a glass screen protector replaced that I had purchased at Verizon Wireless on Airport Road in Warwick. The first protector cracked in less than two weeks. The Warwick store had to order the replacement protector for the S7 because they stopped carrying it within the two weeks of purchasing it. I brought the replacement to this location in the Panera plaza in EG to have it replaced and they refused to do so because this store is a franchise store who sell a different brand of glass protectors. Verizon charges $40 for this protector and $10 for the replacement. Very disappointed as a Verizon customer to have to run around to get this pricey of a screen protector put on.
I would like to give 0 stars but thats not an option. This was the most terrible experience Ive had with Verizon and Ive been with them for many years. The manager, Shawn, lied to us for over 2 hours and forced my sister-in-law into buying a new phone by saying she couldnt use her phone from AT&T when switching over (although when we called corporate Verizon they said she absolutely could). I would certainly avoid this store if at all possible.
