We finally found the exact car we were looking for and a great dealer after several weeks of searching! We visited 5 other dealers before visiting Hilltop Nissan and Hilltop was by far the best. Everyone made the car buying process incredibly pleasant! We worked with Anthony and he was especially helpful! Anthony helped us find the exact car we wanted and worked with us to get to the price we were looking for. I plan on using this dealership for any future automobile purchases and I highly recommend Hilltop Nissan if youre in the market for a new car.

After unsuccessful trips to two other dealerships (both being under the same ownership 🙄) we landed at Hilltop. Although I havent noticed an increase in their inventory two weeks after the initial visit (we came to get the tags) and the sales team seem to be stagnant, but the overall experience of purchasing the vehicle there was outstanding. Without a doubt I would recommend the one I dealt with (apologies to the rest of the sales force on the floor), Peter (Pete) Surdi. No pressure, no BS. Honest, accommodating and respectful person. Helped us through the whole procedure, worked with us and I can definitely say he did it with dignity and respect. Being that weve been proud owners of various Nissan cars since 1997 and always used the same dealership, nowadays experience makes me think we were wrong. Try Hilltop, share your opinion.

According to this dealership. Your appointment time doesn’t matter unless you are waiting in person. People who are waiting in person are a priority whether your appointment was 8am or 12pm. They spend more time asking if you need a thousand items done to your car instead completing the job you requested from them. The complimentary oil change is a way to get their customers to buy more cars. Waited 4 hours for an oil change with a 9:30am appointment. Shop at a different Nissan dealer.

Do not buy a car from this dealership. I recently bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue . When purchasing the car Anthony Freda told us we would get free oil changes for a year if we financed through Nissan, which was a lie. We also only got one key fob. When I called him up about this he first told me he would work on it. After not hearing back fro him I reached out to him and he texted me back that the contract only stated that I was to receive only one key. Again a bold face lie. I bought a Nissan certified car which entitles me to two car fobs. I reached out to the general manager several times and all he does is avoid my calls. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a reputable dealership

Recently purchased a certified pre owned 2020 rogue here and was told it had been fully serviced before we drove it home. Not only was the cabin air filter original to the car but so was the brake fluid, battery and engine air filter. After constant lies from the sales associates and them sending copies of service work to the WRONG car they could not provide an ounce of proof that anything had been done to the car. Its been months since we drove the car home and we still havent gotten the spare key from them and are forced to drive two hours back there to get an hours worth of work done that should have been completed in the first place. They are scam artists and deceitful people and highly recommend taking your hard earned money to and actual dealership. This has all been documented in messages and pictures for all too see.

Best car buying experience I ever had!!!Needing a car for our 17 year old, we came across a used Lexus IS 250. Perfect car for a young man heading to college. Anyways, I called the dealership to confirm the car was still available, Rocco replied that it was and had the car ready for us when we arrive at a little past 8pm. The car was immaculate, ran well and had all the security features we needed as parents but also the bells and whistles for a young man.Only reason I dont think we were able to drive the car home that night was due it already being late, and Rocco needed to confirm with my financing in the morning. By 10 am the next day, Rocco had already called that everything is in order and the car was ready for pickup.Once again upon arrival, a cleaned car with full tank of gas was waiting for us. After about 30 minutes or so finalizing paperwork and signatures we were on our home.WOW, Im impressed!! Rocco youre the best! Cant wait to bring my next buying experience to you.

Brought my car in for a recall and asked the service department to check a tire that had a slow leak as well as just an overall check. Received notification that I needed a new tire and due to where the bolt in my tire was, it could not be patched (new tire = ~$200). Also told my caliper was seized and this was very dangerous and I needed to address (~$1200). I went in for a recall (free) and then was told I should spend $1400... not a great feeling.I decided to just pick up my car and get a second opinion on these suggested repairs. When I picked up the car, the service person told me the caliper again was dangerous and mentions now it could start a fire... I took a chance and had absolutely no issues or fire. (Phew!)I got a second opinion on both items and was shocked to find:- I did not need a new tire. The place I went to was able to patch it for $20.- The caliper was seized but the second opinion informed me it was not yet dangerous and it would not yet cause a fire. The caliper had not come touched, or come close to touching, my rotar and that is when it would get dangerous. They said it was good to address and repair but it was not as scary or causing danger as the service manager at Nissan told me.I cannot help but feel the service manager tried to scare me into these repairs saying the words danger and fire. I am a loyal (7 years at Hilltop Nissan Service) female customer that almost always says yes to the suggestions of Hilltop Nissan Service Dept. Bob always took care of me and explained things well and would make proper recommendations and not scare me into $1400 of repairs. I will be reconsidering where I bring my car for repairs following this recent experience at Hilltop. Things have been going down since all the front of house service employees changed over...

I will never return to this dealership to have my car serviced ever again. I went to the sales floor and spoke with Michael. I told him that o was interested in training my car and the car that I was interested in getting. I eventually asked him of it would be possible to test drive the car. He starts to get flustered and proceeds to ask me a million questions, if I live in the area, if I work in the area, am I visiting etc. He then starts toand then changes it to tmake up excuses as to why I can not test drive the car. That I needed to make an appointment. Then he changes it to say that the car that the car would need to be put into the shop to test the fluid levels. I started to look around and noticed that I stood out and realized what was happening so I left. I later called to speak to a manager of the sales department and was directed to the manager of the finance department. He took my information and told me that he would have the sales manager return my call. It never happened.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue on March 20, 2021. I worked with Anthony Freda, who at first, seemed like a nice guy, but I soon learned how much of a lying, deceitful person he was. The first issue arose with my plates and registration. I was given a temporary plate that expired on April 18th. However, I did not receive my permanent plates/registration until May 4th. I messaged Anthony to see if he could get me another temporary plate just to get me by until my permanent plates/registration arrived. He said he could only issue new temporary plates after mine expired due to state law. I understood. Come April 19th, I messaged him to see if he could get me a new temporary plate. On April 21st, he said he sent a request for a new temp to the state. Then... crickets. Next issue - I purchased the vehicle knowing full well that the car only came with one key. However, Anthony informed me that he would be sending me a second key. I followed up on April 29th, and was informed that he was “waiting for the right match”. On May 22nd, I went to my local Nissan Dealership to get my oil changed as the oil change sticker was still on the car for the 16,000 mile mark. I had purchased my car at 20,788 miles. Therefore, that was not done. Once my oil change was completed, I was informed by the advisor that my brake fluid was not changed plus my cabin filter and engine air filter were not replaced. The service advisor was very surprised at this as he mentioned these are things that are normally taken care of before purchase. My fiancé reached out to to the dealership - Anthony got involved and sent a picture of a service report. IT WAS FOR THE WRONG CAR - a 2017 Nissan Rogue that wasn’t mine. When my fiancé called him out, he said everything I had listed had been done, but no picture of a service report for MY car was sent. My fiancé also called the dealership to speak with Bill, the sales manager, to see why this wasn’t taken care of. He was nearly impossible to get ahold of via phone. Whenever I called, I asked if Bill was available and wanted to make sure that he was at his desk before I was transferred. Lo and behold, I kept getting transferred to voicemail by various employees. My fiancé somehow got ahold of him and inquired as to why I didn’t have my second key yet after two and a half months, why the three items weren’t taken care of before I drove away with the car, and he also threw in the fact that Anthony lied about the battery being changed when, in fact, the battery date marker said 2019. Bill didn’t seem sympathetic at all. He even got Anthony on the phone to try to defend himself. He swears he never mentioned that the battery was new, but we have proof via text that he said so. Bill then said, “The battery works though, right?” That’s not the point. The point is we were lied to on more than one occasion. I told them I would be there Saturday, May 29th, to get my second key and get my other items taken care of. When my fiancé and I arrived, we told service what we were there for - to get the filters replaced, brake fluid drained, pick up a second key and have it programmed to the car. We asked the service advisor to please ensure we got our old filters back... this was to prove a point. While we were in the service area waiting, Anthony walked right by us and didn’t say a word. He did know we were coming as he told us the time to be there and informed us they had the key in stock. Kind of ironic how they had the key the day I threatened to show up and not for the past two and a half months. Once the servicing was complete, my fiancé checked over the car. All looked fine. He went back inside to show Anthony how disgusting the filters were... they were literally black - Anthony just shook his head and walked away. Can’t lie yourself out of that one, buddy!

Beware of the General Manager here. Very unprofessional and would not help me with my lease return because I am not buying another car from them. I wasnt on the phone with him for 1 minute trying to resolve an issue and he aggressively told me hes not going to tell me again and hung up on me. I was just trying to schedule my lease return and he wanted me to call Nissan Corporate because Hes not Nissan and Its not my problem. Before that I was kicked around from sales, to finance and someone who handles lease returns. None of them would help me and directed me to the General Manager who obviously was no help. All of them once they realized I wasnt buying a car again from them had the same dismissive reaction.

Hilltop Nissan normally has Reps who go above and beyond to help the customer issues resolved. I had a great experience in my past years, however recently i dont see that enthusiasm anymore in the new reps. That does not mean they did a bad job. Its just the earlier guys went above and beyond their responsibilities to bring in the wow effect, which i dont feel anymore. Its a person thing so i dont think anything can be done about it. We are all human beings and all 5 fingers cannot be the same. I really like my car and I would like to thank Nissan to have build such an excellent car.

I was promised a full refund for faulty service over 7 months ago by the Service Manager Chris Parks. Despite promising every 2 weeks that a check was in the mail or that the charge was going back to the credit card, nothing ever materialized. There was always a new excuse (weddings, covid, etc) and obviously I was given the runaround until I just gave up.I would not take my car back here and I encourage anybody else looking for an honest dealer to skip this place entirely. They do not honor their promises and worse, just straight up lie to you. Next stop, Nissan Corporate with the full email chain.

This place is horrible crooks charge me 299.00 for etching on the window that days optional on a 2012 vehicle.1200 for prep fees all filters changed but air filter had 2014 date on it then paid cash and charged me 589.00 for courier to go to Trenton and flip title and then 5 days later they mail it to me without flipping title bought this car for my daughter who just turned 17 and disappointed fircher first experience was to see shoddy bad business people...BEWARE people go dwn the street

It was a terrible rainy day and my car would not start. The check engine light was also on. I was stuck in the rain not too far from Hilltop Nissan. Someone came right away to give me a jump. I left my car with the service department and took a rental. They were very kind, very understanding and patient with me. My car was fixed in 2 days. I would definitely come back to Hilltop Nissan for all my Car needs. Their customer service is top notch. The best I have encountered at a car dealership. Not pushy but professional and patient.

Been here 4 times. First few experiences for standard maintenance felt reasonably honest and professional. Went in to fix a hood latch (hood would not close fully). You can never be sure about these things, but Im pretty certain I was overcharged (even after correcting the total on the invoice to match what was said on phone) by about 35-45%. I was told the hood latch and cable NEEDED to be replaced, which I am not sure I believe, given the dishonesty during the billing/ invoicing process.The job also took about an hour longer than the estimate I was given upon dropping off the car, which contributes to my suspicions about this particular service visit, since this would help inflate labor costs. Part of my frustration comes from the fact that this is the 3rd hood latch repair performed on the vehicle, (stemming from a major Nissan recall from 2012-2015 and about a million units). I know this is not the fault of any individual service department, but it feels like they could do more to force Nissans hand to take better care of customers, especially when recalls cause significant safety risks to drivers.Anyway, hate to assume the worst of businesses/ people, but I just cant say in good faith I feel good about this particular experience. Giving two stars vs. one because the car is fixed and the job is under warranty for a year. All in all if the experience was about 30% cheaper I probably would not be upset.

However, the representative didnt mention that to me. I only come here for servicing, but this location is one of the best Nissan dealerships in the area. Receptionists are friendly, the quality of services is very good, and the location is walking distance to a large strip mall. The waiting area is on the small side but well stocked with water, coffee and snacks.

I had to have my oil changed and tires rotated because I reached 10,000 miles on the vehicle. I did have to pay to have the tires rotated but it was only $25. Hilltop staff is always so pleasant to me. I have been dealing with them for over 5 years. This is my second vehicle with them and I will continue to get my vehicles from them.

Decided to come here after looking at a car on CARFAX, my salesman Rocco insured me that the car was inspected the day I purchased my car and there was nothing wrong with it . 3 weeks later, my car battery was completely shot. I got stranded at work and luckily after trying to turn my ignition on for 20 mins, I got it to run, immediately I took it to firestone and paid 350$ for a new battery. The firestone rep told me he was surprised my car battery was still able to make it considering it was completely shot. I called the store manager ( billy) and got ignored and hung up on a couple of times. Never had such a horrific experience buying a car before. Billy then had the nerve to tell me it was my fault the car had a bad battery and that it wasnt under the warranty. Basically your telling me if the wheel alignment was shot as well and I got into a car accident after being told my car was clear to go that would be my fault as well? I will make sure that billy and Rocco will get reprimanded for this. Do not come to this dealership. Youll be better off going to a junk yard.

I do not recommend this place and I will never buy again from this dealer. Couple months ago we bought a used certified Rogue for my daughter and when making the deal with the salesman Sebastian Armanetti we were offered many things like full warranty to 100,000.00 miles but like a month after we bought it, the hatchback didnt work correctly anymore, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt. Brought it back to the dealer and ask them to check it and fix it but to my surprise they said the car doesnt have full warranty and that the full warranty will be on engine and transmission only.The car cost me a lot of money and they should have granted a fixing for such small issue but unfortunately they didnt.Dont trust this guy or any salesman when they talk to may great things and make sure you get all written and signed before you put your signature on papers, I know this is nothing new coming from car dealers but I never thought this will happen to me and I needed to write it here to make sure it doesnt happen again to anybody else. Be careful with this guy because when my wife confronted him at the dealer he denied everything he said to us to sell the car. Go somewhere else.

I have never been so disgusted leaving a service department due to unprofessionalism. I made an appointment to get some work done on my new car that they didnt fix from the last time I was there. I made an appointment for 7:30am, show up 10 minutes early and they didnt even have me in the system with an appointment. They told me to wait for the technician/mechanic so I can explain to them the problem. After 10 minutes of waiting, I let them know I have to be at work and they said he shouldnt be too much longer. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes just for him to come out so I can explain my problem. I explain to him the problems I am having with my car, a NEW car at that! 2018 rouge, 5 months old, 6000 miles.. He proceeds to debate with me about the issues I am having with my car saying that since they arent fully not working/somewhat working then its not considered an issue. My other issue I explained that it happens multiple times a day, randomly but most often when I first turn the car on in the morning.. He continues to argue since its not happening right then and there, he cant do nothing to help. Throughout this entire encounter with this employee of Hilltop Nissan he talked to me in such a condescending manner and tone, I have never felt so disrespected and dismissed. This will be my last time returning to this service department & at this point I dont even know if I ever want to purchase a new Nissan ever again..

Had an 11:30 appt and still had to wait over an hour. (It literally took close to 2 hours to check my tires and change 1 filter) Also, the car is programmed for service alerts when certain maintenance is required. However, this was not the case when I was alerted. I was alerted it was time for an oil change and tire maintenance. My oil was not changed and was told only 1 filter needed to be changed. Why do the mechanics not program the service alerts accordingly? Also, what is the point of making appointments if you do not keep them?

My husband bought me a certified used car the cars engine went 55,300 miles and I took it for regular services oil changes . My husband told not to go there because they are known con artist I wanted a rogue so he caved. He was right . Dont go there go anywhere else

If I could give 0 stars I would. My father leased close to 10 cars from this dealership over 15 years. He loved them, but when my father passed away one month ago to the day, Nissan Corporate and Hilltop Nissan did not want to work with me at all.. My father passed away with 2 leased vehicles in his name. When I contacted corporate they asked me to supply documentation, a copy of the death certificate, in order to speak to me. I faxed it over and gave them 3 days before I called back to see if someone would speak with me. I contacted Nissan Corporate on Saturday 10/21/17 and I was told that they needed not only the death certificate, but also needed the will. They told me they never received the death certificate and to fax it again and the will was at the Surrogates Court being probated. I told Nissan that I will be going to the dealership to see if someone would speak to me.When I got to the dealership, with both cars, I asked for the dealerships GM to see if he could help. I was told to speak to a person (would say gentleman here, but he was far from one) named Billy. I walked around the showroom for 5 minutes with a copy of my documentation (death certificate, account numbers, bills for the lease, power of attorney) and I stumbled into an office where a man was sitting. I asked if BIlly was there and he goes Im Billy what do you need. I explained my situation and just wanted to speak to someone about making this right. I wanted to give the cars back. I actually wanted to keep one of the cars or lease a new vehicle from them because they always treated my father with respect. Billy had an air about him that he was better than everyone else in the world and he could do no wrong.He told me that he was Not Nissan and that he was Hilltop Nissan. They have no affiliation. I thought he would understand that a 28 year old just lost his father suddenly and unexpected and would try to help. I was completely wrong, because he decided to continue to yell at me in the middle of the showroom that there was nothing he could do. All I got was attitude from this person. It was obvious he was more concerned with selling cars and being a metal pusher than having a heart and treating people like a person.Eventually, after a 10 minute argument in front of customers he took the cars back. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone ever. If you are comfortable being treated as a number and a dollar sign this is the place for you. If you want to be treated as a person and develop a relationship I am warning you now, go somewhere else. I will never go to this dealership again. They need to go to a customer service class and maybe need to do some sort of training on how to treat customers.

Used car advertised at a pretty decent price (21,995) online, with no other charges listed. But when I arrive they showed two fees printed on the window sticker that werent in the online ads - 800 for used car inspection fee (It was a Toyota, which they claimed they send the car to a nearby Toyota dealer for a multi-point inspection and thats what that dealer charge them) and a 500 for customer who hasnt bought a car from them before, which brings the true asking price to 23,295. Ill leave it to you the reader of this review to determine whether this is false advertising, deceptive advertising, or true and honest advertising.Their attitude was somewhat rude and condescending as well. Didnt feel like they want to sell me the car. Went somewhere else for a better deal and better attitude.

Had a great experience. The salesperson, Peter, was very forthcoming about the pros and cons. I went in with no aspirations of getting a deal, but left with a car and a great feeling that I didnt get robbed. There was no bs. A must visit before making any decisions.

Was short staffed when we stopped by, and staff were nice, but we had to wait a long time to get assistance. They can also take better care of the place it looks a bit dated and in need of some renovation
