One of the best bagel places in this area. I was surprised to see 3.7 stars. On weekends, they have a wait, plan ahead 30 minutes!***Update 4 months later***. My initial review gave 5 stars, now 1.On two separate occasions Ive ordered, arrived after 20 minutes, and had to wait again because my order was not made, given away or who knows, when asking what happened to my order they did not understand - language barrier.Another time, there was a line, a guy who speaks Spanish comes up to the side of the counter, places and paid for his order cutting the line.This place is by far the most expensive place locally.Taylor Ham Egg and cheese with salt pepper and ketchup $10 each.

If i could give no stars I would. I was trying to order 3 bagels. 2 toasted with butter and another with egg and cheese. I managed to say the first two bagels then the little Spanish lady tells basically cuts me off and tells the white woman behind me to order. The lady told the worker I dont think she is done and the worker said its okay. She kept repeating its ok and the woman behind me said thats not ok. Like I did not matter what so ever. First and last time coming here

Awful awkward service. Bagel with cream cheese and bacon was 7 bucks. According to menu its 4.90. They double charged me for bacon. Charge me 2.60extra twice and gave me attitude when I asked why. Rude, incompetent staff.

Don’t pay attention to the hours. They open when they feel like it. One day they’re open at 530 am and have 3 customers inside, next day I pull in at 540am door is locked 3 people are cleaning and staring at me and not open yet. I’m so confused. Would be nice if they were consultant. They have good food but I can’t eat it if they don’t open.

How do you have people that don’t speak English answering your phones? It’s fine if it’s a heavily populated Hispanic area but this is East Hanover. They have no clue what you’re saying to them. Had to repeat the order 5 times and it was still wrong when I picked it up.

First time going here. While the everything bagel with taylor ham egg and cheese was VERY tasty and fresh, problem here was the customer service. Right upon entering the establishment you’re stared at and yelled at to order. I was in there less than 3 seconds purposely standing in the back looking at the menu to see what I wanted. The door had literally shut behind me and I was asked 3 times to order in less than 1 minute. Even after I said I’d like to look at the menu first. That’s uncalled for.I settled on something quick since they seemed to not want me looking at the menu. I ordered and waited about 5 mins. I was then promptly told to pay. As new customers entered they too were abruptly asked to order while they were looking at the menu. You could see the look of discomfort on their faces. Not sure what that was about. Will I come here again... not sure, Probably only if I’m in the area. There’s other bagel shops with more patience, customer service and the food is just as good. All you have to do is look at some of the other reviews there’s a common theme about the cashiers being pushy and impatient.

Their coffee is top-quality and their bagels are incredibly freshest before sunrise but you will get gouged paying seven plus dollars for an egg, meat, and cheese breakfast sandwich.

Great selection of bagels and a great menu available. My kids especially loved the rainbow bagels. People were nice and didnt have any issues. Id probably give 5 stars but I save those for the ones that really really stand out to me. But for sure a great place to continue returning to.

Excellent coffee. Especially the hazelnut. The bagels are amazing too. The service could be better but the staff is friendly. Just have long lines, they should make a separate line for coffee.

Good selection of bagels, spears and sandwiches. The ladies greet you as soon as you walk through the door. They even sell a sleeve of 6 frozen bagels for $2 which is a good deal.

Best bagel Ive ever had. No exaggeration. Just a plain warm bagel no butter no cream cheese, and still that good.

I give this place 5 stars for quality!!! My goodness, every time I go visit my family in e. Hannover I need to grab breakfast from here. BUT... the people that work her can be a little annoying and pushy. Dude, youve got great choices, give me a sec to make my kind up from the great smells!!! But I love it and will go back over n over n over. Only bagel Ive ever had was an everything bagel... amazing!! Usually with Taylor ham egg cheese spk... but the cream cheese Ive tried were pretty bomb too!! Cant go wrong with what you eat here!

Absolutely rude service from the cashier. Bought bagels and 1/2 lb of salmon for my kids but the cashier wouldn’t give me more than 1 cup of water. Almost funny at some point other than the fact that it left me with thirsty kids... not fun.

Today I went there in ordered a everything bagel and a french toast bagel both Bagels were so horrible it tastes like ash the French toast didnt even taste like French toast with the butter and syrup taste nothing taste like burnt toast everything bagel was way over bother so by the time I got to it it was a wet sponge never go in there ever again

I just recently posted a review on Yelp, in regards to the terrible service that I received today. I frequent Bagels 4u at least four days a week and typically order the same thing, a bagel sliced. Today an employee that I have never seen before, charged me a slicing fee. After I explained to her that the slicing fee only applies to one dozen or more, she became very rude and nasty and said, I still had to pay the slicing fee. I then refused to pay, and then saw another employee that has been working there for quite some time, coming from the rear of the store. I then asked her to explain to the new employee, in which she translated to her in spanish. The new employee was being argumentative with the employee and finally listened to her. She then snatched my money out of my hand, which really left a bad taste in my mouth. I then told her that I would be calling later in the day to speak with the manager. I called there several hours later and asked if the manager was there, and I was told no. I then asked would the manager be in tomorrow and was told yes. I then asked what the managers name was and was told I do not know. I then asked you do not know your managers name and the lady on the phone said no. I am terribly disgusted with the treatment that I received today, not to mention my company patronizes Bagels 4 u on a regular basis.

Although the staff was friendly this particular store was very unorganized. I came in for bagels. Came out with one of my bagels extremely burned and also had hair in it and my other order was incorrect. Three different people asked my order and still incorrect. I wont be revisiting.

Do not go here until they switch up their staff! Really bad attitudes. Its the only bagel place in the area so its busy but the service is awful and they get orders wrong alot. Customer service doesnt seem to be too high on the owners priorities! Morristown Bagels is MUCH better.

Please Hire americans or people that can at least hold a conversation in ENGLISH! So I decided to give this place another try to place an orer over the phone, the lady on the phone barely spoke or understood english and basically told me that they do not take phone orders. I will take my business to Florham Park Bagels. At least they speak English and also take orders over the phone like regular businesses do.
