I had this company come out and hang all 4 of my TV’s. Did a great job so no wires are showing and everything was perfect when the left. Prices are very reasonable and better then Best Buy. Nate did our services both times and is professional and careful to detail. Will be using them for all our video services. Highly recommend!

Great service and even nicer staff. Dropped off my mothers Samsung TV that stopped working after a thunder storm, The team evaluated the TV, called me back in a hour to disccus the issue, I approved the repair and TV was ready by 1pm the SAME DAY for pickup! of course parts were in stock but the turnaround time was remarkable. i highly recommend bringing your TV in to them before dumping it and purchasing another.

This is THE best electronic repair store in the area. Frank makes sure you have a personalized experience throughout the process, his prices are better than best buy geek squad! I needed help with my LG 55 T because none of my remotes were working! Franks shop is an LG authorized repair service, he was able to diagnose the problem and came up with 2 possible solutions. He brought them to my house and was able to fix the IR sensor in less than 15 minutes! He even gave me a free remote. Working with him was awesome. Thanks guys!!

Our 55 samsung tv wasnt working. I called eastern video in east hartford and the experience I had there was amazing. Between their service and price i would highly recommend them. And best of all I left my power cord at the store and they actually came out and delivered it to us. Who does that nowadays. Thanks again to franki and everyone at eastern video.

So far, so good! Brought my 7 year old Panasonic plasma there with a bad power supply circuit and they were able to fix it. We wanted to keep this older TV (despite its age) due to the features it had. Have had the TV back for a few days now but it has worked perfectly since the repair.They are busy so when I dropped it off, they stated up front that it could take a few weeks but for me, that is OK. Being busy is a good sign! Recommend.
