Just bought a 2018 CPO Q5 from Hoffman Audi in E. Hartford. Recently purchased an 2022 X3 from the new Waterbury location. We havent purchased a brand new vehicle in decades so I didnt know what to expect. Well it wasnt anything like I recalled. Garbage experience, told the sales person that I wanted to buy a car on there lot and asked to put in a credit app to insure I would get the car, was told that they couldn’t do that and I had to go there. So I tried contacting while I was heading there and couldn’t get connected to anyone, and once I got there they sold the car on me, if I could I’d give this place a 0!!!

My uncle grit took some time off to go to sturgis and when he came home he wanted to be like my uncle tommy and buy an m3 but unfortunately Hoffman auto group absolutely shafted him. Uncle grit doesn’t have a phone so I’m leaving a review for him.

After a few decades with these folks, I had another excellent experience at Hoffman Toyota! I purchased my RAV4 from Hoffman Toyota two years ago and left a review. In the past I worked with Mike Fuhr (Tech Advisor) who was the best! This time around I worked with both Dan Savoia (Tech Advisor) and Pete Lukes (Mechanic), also now the best. Hoffman now provides a video explanation by your mechanic about the concerns regarding your car....a fantastic and innovative offering. Terrible experience, Im new to the area, moved from Australia to advance my career, Called about a M3 to buy, offered to hold cash on it to save it was told it wasnt needed, I was also told he would wash it and get it ready for me. Upon arrival the car was sold by the time I had arrived and still dirty. Terrible customer service.

Excellent service! A3 had a timing belt issue at early mileage. Even though car was recently out of warranty, Rocky (the service rep) at Hoffman Audi went above and beyond to get a full repair. He called me with updates and worked quickly to get the issue resolved. Any issues with your Audi, bring it to Audi Hoffman!

I had the displeasure of being disrespected by Matt West. Sometimes when you want to talk like a big shot make sure the customer is not outside your office where we can hear everything you say. Even though I clicked one Star I would give him Zero thank goodness Jamal and Jose were professional .

Im amending my original review of Hoffman, based on what I can only describe as a frustrating and disappointing experience. The week before Thanksgiving I brought my truck in for a regular service, primarily because I didnt have the parts or the time to complete the service myself. My appointment was made 3 weeks in advance (plenty of time to prepare) and when I dropped the truck off I was assured it would be finished that day. At 4:30, I get a phone call that they cant finish the service because they dontt have all the parts, and it will be finished the next morning first thing. No offer to give me a ride, a loaner vehicle, no assistance whatsoever, just a call to tell me I cant get my only vehicle an hour before they close. The next day, I was promised it would be done by 10AM, that time comes and goes, so I call the dealer, and they tell me it still isnt done. At 12:30 I finally get a call, the courtesy shuttle picks me up, and when I get there I receive no apology, no compensation, nothing, just a signature and get your truck out of our shop. Obviously disappointed with being stranded without my vehicle the week of Thanksgiving, I call Eric Reese the sales manager, and leave a message. A full 7 days later, no response, so I write an email to the service manager and sales manager as well. 4 full business days later, zero response. I called a personal friend who works for Hoffman, who assured me that they would reach out. A day later, I got a phone call telling me theyre sorry they inconvenienced me and that it wouldnt happen again. Im not one to chase money, but there has been no rectification for this screw up at all, something the person I spoke with told me, admitting they messed up many times along the way. I followed up with an email to the sales and service managers saying I was disappointed in the lack of customer service and was still offered nothing for stranding me and then happily taking my money. After a week of absolutely no responses, from anyone, Ive given up on the Hoffman Auto Group. I was told all about the commitment to customer service on the phone, but that seems to be secondary when an email to multiple parties goes completely ignored. The purchase process may be good, but I wont use Hoffman again.

Stay away from this dealership. They will make promises that they will never follw through on just to get the sale. I have had issues with me vehicle and had to get the Better Business Bureau, Consumers Protection and CT Attorneys General office involved and they still will put money and profit over customer service. Got into an accident and had the auto body fix my 4runner (that I also bought there). They were great to deal with (dealt with James) and my car looks brand new! Had no problems. I dropped my car off to get fixed, a rental was waiting for me, and they went through my insurance for the extra damage they found once they took my car apart. I am a customer for life!

Miscommunication is their slogan. Came to Hoffman auto to by a van for my business in Mass, Lured by their websites Miscommunication bought it, had a hard time with sales management, finance management and now with whoever is responsible for registering it. Information doesnt get passed along to the next step and they cant get the vehicles registration done! Its like their first vehicle sold...Its now 3-4 weeks after I bought it and I still dont have the vehicle. ..

I just received my car back from Hoffman BMW of Watertown. I had quite a bit done to it and there was some delays due to the availability of parts, but overall the experience was very positive. The mechanic, Christopher Stopa did a great job showing me what had to be fixed, and explaining why it should be taken care of. Hoffman BMW in Watertown CT should have informed me of very dangerous feature of this vehicle before leasing to me last summer. The case Edo Tsoar v. BMW North America, LLC (Case No. 2:16-cv-03386) was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.The lawsuit centers around the BMW i3 Range Extender feature. This option, called Rex.....Update:Well Hoffman Auto Group called yesterday and said they were not going to do anything to help. BMW of North America, LLC offered a little but only if I rolled into a new or CPO BMW. I tried to find a way to make that work though financially Hoffman just wanted to make another sale and even their GM said deal wasnt good for us. At this point Im done with Hoffman Auto Group and BMW. I suggest anyone considering either find better businesses that stand behind their products to work with for their auto needs.
