I had an appointment and they came over to where I was and fixed the window while I was attending another appointment. They were convenient for me because I had other things to do that day.

They charge $600 to calibrate the cars cameras, when the dealer only charges $400, Safelite is a rip off.

Couldnt get a live customer service person to speak with to answer a question I had, so, after a couple attempts I moved on. Got my front windshield replaced elsewhere.

I scheduled their mobile service couple days after the incident with my broken windshield and they did a great job. The only thing that was annoying was their advertising they made it appear that it was all same day service, which was a little miss leading, but I was able to get it scheduled pretty quick. After they replaced the glass it need to sit a few hours, but it was all good to go after.

The men at this location did and excellent job I was in and out quickly. I also appreciate the individual who handled my frustration due to my insurance messing up. This man was very kind and in my eyes went over and beyond to make sure I was happy excellent customer service in my eyes at this location.

I fell asleep driving home from work one afternoon and unfortunately ended up with a smashed windshield. I was able to get an appointment with Safelite less than 24 hours later and drove to work with a new windshield the same day. Alberto in particular was very pleasant and knowledgable and I left feeling confident in the work that was done to my car.

Awful experience. I had an appointment for 8:30AM and the automated system said because of the make / model of my vehicle I had to go to the location and it would take 1-2 hours to repair.I showed up early at 8:05AM to be told that my car would need to be left because it had to be taken apart. Its an Audi RS5, so I asked if they were comfortable working on this vehicle. The Lead Tech smugly said Yea.. its just an Audi. So I asked if I had someone pick me up if they could have it done that day. He said I have no idea, we have 17 cars booked today.What the hell Safelite? How about an apology for blowing me off?Awful customer service and complete air of incompetence. Now Im back to square one to figure out how and where to replace my windshield.

Got a call from who I assume would be working on my car, he asks me if I can in early, I tell him Im sorry but I cannot, so he goes on to tell me how if Im even a little late, which I would not have been anyways, that hes not going to do it. I understand it was a Friday afternoon, but he was very rude and I dont want someone that doesnt want to be there working on something as important as my windshield. Dont have a 4 pm slot if you dont want to work then. Dont worry I canceled my appointment so you can go home early.

They did a great job with taking out the old glass and replacing it with the new one. And they gave me sound information about the process and everything. It was done quick and easy with no problems at all!

Made morning appointment between 8-12, Rafael called around 815am and ask if I had a garage because it was supposed to rain. I said NO and he ask if I could bring the car in to the shop, No again since I was working already. He then said Well see how it goes. Called them at noon to see if they were coming out since it had not yet rained and he said that it would get done before 5pm. Never showed or called me back. I canceled the appointment, going with another Company.

Did a wonderful job replacing my windshield

Quick service at a decent price. They forgot to put the radio antenna back after they were done though, theu fix this real quickly so mo harm done other tyan a few mins without a radio.

Very disappointed! Technician name Michael really bad person it shouldn’t be a technician, and company bad reputation they cancel my Apoiment 3 times without a reason. I not recommend this company, go for Payless auto glass or action auto glass
