After an initial disappointing experience, where a delivery for a part was delayed way longer than expected, I was getting very frustrated. The assistant manager took a lot of extra steps and time to make sure I walked away satisfied, and I really do appreciate that. He explained why it happened, what options he had, and what path he chose. Hiccups happen in logistics, but when you have a manager that can handle the customer service implications, you know hes a keeper.

Rude employees, don’t know what their talking about when it comes to cars. Tried to make me show a receipt from a professional installing a car part that any man on the street could install, simply because they don’t want to return the part after explaining To them that the part was installed by a mechanic and it did not work... I came with the receipt showing i JUST bought the part earlier that day. Part was installed, did not work, uninstalled and put back into box brand new. I suggest going to advanced or auto zone in East Hartford. They know more about products and the employees are a lot friendlier.

They didnt have the bolt i was looking for but they look for over 15 min trying to find one. They did give me the size of the bolt & no other auto part store had it either. Still my go to place to hard to find parts!

Best Napa store around. If you need some real help ask for Jay, Edwin or the nice lady manager. Great place to find the parts for your car. If they dont have it they can often order it from their wharehouse same day. Visit regulalor and dont have any complains. Would be nice is they can open till 8:30pm however.

I put one on it because no more regrettable service I went to buy a spare at 8am and I told myself that it arrived at 11 I said this one arrived at 11:20 for my spare parts and they told me that they were not in time that they do not know because they didn’t kill me, I’m sorry, I’m sorry that in 1 hour, it’s already in the store that it would be at 12 noon. to AUTO ZONE where there they treated me as NAPA professionals

Bad service and I wanted to return something and they told me that I did have a guarantee but they wanted the receipt of the purchase and it is a little more than a year so my guarantee was lost and I need to buy the part again.
