Its very frustrating at during this whole virus situation you can only order balloons online. I went to the store to pick up a few balloons and I actually saw a sales clerk walk out and I told him what I wanted and he said you had to do everything online I was there in person getting a few balloons and they could not help me I will not be going back it was very frustrating when I was there in person ready to pay.

It has everything U could possibly need for a party, special family event or holiday.

Great place to find various things you may desire. There is also a whole aisle with candy that is about $.75 Everything here is at a reasonable price. Nothing too much of high quality. Mainly items of a one time or few time use like costumes. You can also find a lot of different stuffed animals here. And various seasonal items.

This place is pretty wild they have everything that you can imagine when it comes to parties and then when October comes around and its Halloween theres not a costume you cant find Im not going to lie I have never been here outside of October but I think this is where Im going to go next time I got to plan a birthday party for my child anything they dont have they can order for you. Anything that you could think of its here so if youre planning the party this is a good spot to start looking for supplies.

Today Ive dealt with the worst customer service experience !!!I went into the location in 17 Main St, east Hartford, CT 06118. I arrived to this location at approx. 8:03. before going into the store I called and spoke to Sharon about the littlest pet shop party decorations, she informed me that the store does not carry it. I still went into the store to buy the other party supplies that I needed for my daughters 1st birthday party. I was looking aisle by aisle. As I was in one of the aisle an employee asked me if I needed any help, and I asked her if they had the littlest pet shop, she told me party city does not sell the littlest pet shop party décor. I then told her that it is on the website and she told me if you think so I pulled out my cell phone to show her that the website does in fact sell it. while I was looking it up she continued to be rude to me, my sister and my two children. she yelled at my son to stop touching the items I was going to purchase. I showed her the website and walked away to finish my shopping. when I was walking away it still bothered me how rude she was so I asked to speak to the manager. She told me she was the manager. I had asked her why was she being so rude to us when we did nothing to her. I then asked to speak to her manager or have his contact information, At this time she told me I have to leave the store because I was being argumentative. I never raised my voice, never was rude or disrespectful, yet u was being humiliated. She went to the phone and said she was calling the cops, my children, hearing this, got scared and wanted to leave. I have never in my entire life felt so humiliated, embarrassed and treated as a criminal. All I wanted was party supplies for my daughters birthday party. before leaving I asked the manager for her name and she would not give it to me. Sharon then escorted me out the building and when I asked Sharon what was the managers name she said her name was Sue. I felt I was treated this way because of my race. she was nice to everyone and rude to me.

Party City has lots of party favors and their hours are Monday-Thursday 9:30am-8:30pm Friday 9:30am-9pm Saturday 8:30am-8:30pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.

They really need to close this location for the constant racial profiling. The few times I have been in the store it has been completely empty, so no issues with getting someone to assist. The part that ticks me off is that I am directed to the aisle, which should contain the item I am seeking. Maricously a store employee has the need to adjust the overly stocked shelves, hmmm. This was the icing on the cake for me last night as i need something so simple, the employee that appeared outta no where to adjust the pristine condition shelf, I asked him one simple question and his reponse was classic. What you see is what we have, you dont like it go to Michaels. He did not have to say it a second time. I grabbed my daughters hand and walked directly across the plaza to Michaels. Where I ended up purchasing the items I was seeking and then some more. Good by Party city.

Ibought a Fog Machine for Halloween and it didnt work. The store didnt stand behind the product. Would not exchange it. Manage not helpful at all. Ive been a customer there for a long time but I guess thats going to changeVERY POOR SERVICE

The worse experience ever !!! The managers were looking at me crazy when I asked for help ! They put the wrong costume and size on hold after me calling them 3 times which they all hung up on me until a manager answered ! Only Manager there nice was the guy the lady Anna kept talking back and telling me “ if we don’t have it we don’t have it “ it was horrible never again .
