A great place to shop for plants trees shrubs and flowers. They also sell seasonal merchandise as well as a wide selection of bird houses and bird seed. The staff is very friendly. We enjoy shopping there through out the year.

The clerk is so rude and old, walked from outside with cigarette on hand. Refuse a retyrn.Dk not buy a single thing here they dont accepet return.

Customer service was not at all pleasant. I was not greeted upon arrival, the cashier or attendant was on the phone for about 25 min as I wandered the store trying to get her attention. Then when I finally engaged her & told her I needed help she stated she could try. I asked my question and she stated they don’t have the product I was looking for without letting me explain or finish. I was looking for an indoor plant, herb anything I could grow indoors and I saw some seeds along the wall that looked like herb kits you could grow indoors, but after that experience I didn’t want to ask anymore questions as I felt I was a bother to someone who this is her Job! She shrug her shoulder and said sorry as I left. First & last time shopping there.

Very good too by your starter plants for your garden

This place lacks sincere customer service. The prices are kind of high and when you try and get help there doesnt seem to be any one around. When you finally ask, the cashier rushes you. Ive seen a Now Hiring sign up for quite some time now. Hopefully, the right person will come along with GREAT customer service skills.

The owner Bill is a horrible person, a horrible owner. He doesnt treat people correctly. He doesnt treat his workers right. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. Witnessed him harrass one of his workers yesterday afternoon at the South Windsor location while I was waiting for someone to assist me. Its sad when customers have to witness things like this. That young man should have called the police!
