Aldis in easthartford is the Best place to go when youre on the run and in a hurry.. awesome place.

The cashier named Ashley at Aldis was completely rude to customers.... Their wasn’t any cashiers available so as a result customers were standing waiting for service .... After not knowing what to do Ashley yells with hands extended .... load the belt! I then asked Ashley why the aggressive attitude and she responded in a very unprofessional way .... even to the point of mumbling..... I will never visit this location again ..... I would rather shop in a place that values customers time and great customer service .... Please do not shop there if your looking for a pleasant experience

I normally don’t go to this Aldis but today a woman in front of me didn’t have enough money for her groceries and one of the managers jumped in to take care of it. She was not worried about it at all. Sweetest gesture. We should all be like that.

I love Aldis and their prices. This location is nice and like most when its really busy there are two cashiers at most on register. I was disappointed today as I was getting ready to put my items on the belt, the cashier says shes not open then proceeds to take another customer with fewer items. I work in retail and that was completely rude and dishonest.

Love the staff. There was a huge shouting match between two customers which was interesting too.

The new young ladies working the front register are extremely rude. Yelling at customers to get in lines and very disrespectful towards their customers. I think they are fairly new. Not pleased at all

They are the best. Good quality, reasonable prices, and they are very fair if the price on the shelf doesnt match with the price at the cashier. They check for accuracy and if the customer was right they offer you the difference of money back and the product.It happened to me when I bought an yogurt. The product was $1.62 and at cashier was $3.69. The manager checked, he apologized and gave me the money back and the yogurt.I really appreciate their rightness.

Prices are well balanced compared to competitors, couldnt find flank steak which is weird due to selections . Its good place if you want to be in And out .

It has become my favorite place to go for quick and healthy groceries. They carry their own house brands mostly with some exceptions. The one negative, this location does not carry their house brand wines, some of which have won awards. Yet they do carry their beers? I dont understand if that is a store decision or a Connecticut govt restriction. Ill have to check out other locations in state and across the border in Massachusetts.

Aldis has always been a Five Star grocery store for me, and the staff works very hard to keep the shelves stocked and the customers moving quickly and safely through checkout. I have to take away stars now however because sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer are usually depleted at the door entrance when I go, especially now that our town is under an Alert for surging covid19 spread. My store used to do an outstanding job at keeping supplies out there, and now that we need them more than ever, they arent attentive to it. Sure, I bring my own wipes in now, but others dont, increasing risk to me.

I dont like when I get to the checkout and people are so anxious to cash out that they just forget about keeping social distance. I like the store but they do a lousy job at enforcing social distancing. People should wait until you have paid for your groceries instead of standing right next to you like they cant wait. That is so annoying and I will not shop there as often because of it. Do better Aldi.

Good store price is manageable.

Overall a good trip. Very busy but staff looked to be struggling keeping things clean and stocked. Checkout lines were in chaos..... Manager needs to get in there and control the lines so people not observing 6 ft rule dont jump the line. There were quite a few angry people that were following the rules.

Several areas were lacking inventory, but there was a giant load of toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Not my favorite Aldi.

Excellent but a little bit lacking in dairy alternatives and too many of the vegan options have onions and garlic. Some of us would prefer to avoid those and add them in ourselves if we feel like it. Better to leave them out. :]

A slightly smaller scale grocery store with their own brands of products. Just as good, but usually much cheaper.

Lately not a great selection of products strawberries with mold and blueberries were bad this week

Aldi is of the best Supermarkets around. The staff is very friendly. There prices are very reasonable, and they have lots of Organic items.

It is great shopping at the East Hartford aldi, the staff is very helpful, they try there best to keep the place clean and organize. after. costumers trash it,. there is a manager there by the of Colene, she is always working hard with dedication, always helpful to customers, she is exceptional when it comes to customer service.

Literally not even 3 months I went to Aldis and I realized that I have been spending way too much money going grocery shopping for the same things on other stores, when Aldi has it for less..

Great prices, good quality merc. always. Had to dig for my whole fat yogurt...per usual. Checkout very friendly and efficient

Long lines, one cashier

The checkout line blocks access to and from freezer aisle. With 6 ft markers in place, and enforced, line can be eliminated.

They are the only store that keeps a count of their shoppers and the employees working the doors & carts are always pleasant and make sure everyone gets a clean one before entering.

I usually shop here religiously but I was here Saturday and I brought some half and half I go to open it this morning and this is a coin shaped ( larger than average) black rock type thing in my creamer! I’ve never had a bad experience but this was the worst I get up early for work and I live off of coffee this broke my heart that I couldn’t make my own coffee

Decent grocery inventory...was out of most of the advertised non- food items.

A great place for picking up food. The prices are much cheaper than other chains. Only negative is that you need to purchase or bring your own bags. The eggs and milk are fresh and cheaper here. The veg and fruit are fresh and cheaper as well. Though no name brands the store has its own brand is good in my opinion. Get much more for your money.

This place has a lot cheap groceries. Make sure you bring 25 cents if you need to use grocery cart. You will get it back once you put the cart back. Aldi doesnt provide any bags so bring your recycling bags. The number of brands arent a lot but they are definitely good quality. The downside is that the line is always long at the cashier. Sometimes, its not very efficient at all.

The store itself, inside, thats always is neat and clean. Their style of merchandising single quantities of single manufacturers it is nice.however the last time I was there I was very disappointed about the exterior. Immediately in front of the handicapped area the sidewalk was covered with ice and snow. how do you handle that as a disabled person and you have to walk through the parking lot and not be able to safely use the sidewalks.

Warehouse style shopping so they have limit selections of goods. Prices are good overall.Big your own bags... They charge per. Long lines as they have two registers which sucks when you have five items and every one else has fifty or more.

Very convenient location right on the local bus line if you take the 121 to Manchester Community College. A well organized Aldi with a variety of quality foods to choose from such as breads, vegetables, dairy, and meats. There is a frozen isle as well. Remember you must bring a single quarter to pay for the food cart outside of Aldi. Also best to bring your own food bag to pack what you buy. Highly recommend this Aldi.

Nice store. Clean and well lit. For anyone who has never shopped an Aldi remember to bring your own shopping bags and have a quarter handy if you want a cart. Otherwise the place is organized the produce is excellent and there are rarely any lines to pay.

I always like shopping at Aldi. Their prices are low and the quality is good. they have the shopping carts were you put in a quarter to maintain orderliness in the parking lot. They have good produce with a reasonable selection. They have other items to purchase on a seasonal basis but I mainly go to purchase food staples at much lower prices in other stores. You need to bring your own bags or take a box to take your groceries out. They also have an option you can buy bags from them. If you havent tried in Aldi store go to 1 and youll be surprised by their pricing and their relative selection and cleanliness.

You save some money. And theyre very helpful if you need to find something. I do think the prices have gone up though

Excellent prices. The store was packed with people. The aisles are a little tight and lots of people at check out.. Eventually they opened up another register. Overall it was a quick check out.. I got a lot of food for my large family... For way less than other markets. Worth the small hassle.

A very nice Aldi location when the staffing is good. Prices have recently gone up, regular items increasing within a dollar of what they were even a few months ago. All things considered, still great savings and a good place to get a majority of household groceries and supplies.

Looks great now that its been remodeled, very good prices. But its pretty chilly in the store so make sure u have a sweater handy. All in all an awesome store.

My sister got some of the cutest plants here!!! Potted and gorgeous succulents!! There are also great items inside ay great prices. I do not get meats here, but everythi ng else has been great!
