Found Pioneer online when I was looking for a copier for my wifes store. David contact me quickly and discussed the options he had. Went with his recommendations and it worked out great. Installed the copier on a second floor without an elevator, took the old copier away, setup the new one and trained my wife how to use it. It worked out so great that when my business needed a new copier, I went first to Pioneer. Again got fast response and an excellent new copier. David got it setup and going for us in less than an hour. Very pleased with his followup, service and training. Would highly recommend them for any copier needs.

David made selecting and purchasing a copy/scanner machine easy. He was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. After we took delivery, he helped us set up in the office making sure everyone was able to connect. I have contacted him a few times with questions and he continues to be very helpful and responsive.
