Stopped here while waiting for my ride. I couldnt remember what I wanted so I got my go to a caramel drink. Was delicious

I usually know Starbucks baristas to have superb customer service. Today’s trip was far from that. I received my drinks being place in a puddle of chocolate sauce and my venti drink was filled half way in the cup. I asked politely twice for a napkin when my drink was placed down, without acknowledging it was completed, and then was told to go across the restaurant to get a napkin. Definitely won’t be giving my service to this Starbucks anymore! Expected decent service, received much less.

I have never been to a Starbucks without a drive-thru, unless it was in the location of a mall, and this was not in a mall.Despite the fact that it was relatively busy, I witnessed 2 orders done incorrectly. I was told that they had what I ordered available when I asked, then while waiting, was told by another associate, they do not have what I ordered...I waited in the line yet again for a refund and was then told again, they had it available, but needed to get it in the back... So, did the other associate just not want to go in the back to fulfill a customers order? I also watched several people order and receive their food and drinks, then leave.I will never return to this particular Starbucks...regardless of loving their coffee and food, I have also always loved their kindness, order, and professional...which I will find at all the other locations.

I usually don’t have any problems with this Starbucks but lately their drinks are not tasting the same. The caramel Frappuccino I ordered tasted like straight up whip cream. Disappointed.

The service there is very good but expect a wait since they closed the Starbucks on rt 190. I have to say that the staff there is very accommodating! I hope you experience the same. Enjoy!

Love this place! Theyre typically pretty quick, rarely make mistakes, and remedy them fast when they do. The location is also pretty convenient for anyone out and about or running errands.

6 green aprons working there, 3rd in line and still had to wait 20 mins. And my drink was horrible. I dont get the popularity.

I only ordered. 2 Grande coffees. 1 java chip frappe and a matcha frapp.. I was in there waiting 21 minutes. If they were just busy I would understand. They werent . there was one person ahead of me and 2 behind me. Everybody After me came and left. So slow and unprofessional. Not happy. I wont go back to this establishment

The East longmeadow Starbucks gets 👍👍👍👍👍. The atmosphere is peaceful and casual. Plus the pumpkin bread is the bomb.... That means tasty for you no understanding ebonics people. Plus the environment around there is nice. You can take a peaceful walk, or sit outside and soak up some vitamin c(sun rays). Customer service gets a A+

I went here for years and loved the staff and espresso. About 8 months ago I had to stop going because the espresso began tasting like water. I decided to go today due to convenience and the espresso was HORRIBLE. I had to purchase two extra shots to get any flavor and even then I only drank it because I knew if I had them remake it- it would taste the same. Not going back.

The reason why I give 3 stars - atmosphere great, clean and the cashiers are friendly - however the ladies that make the drinks (at least the ones I have had) are unfriendly and borderline rude. Please smile I know it is hard work but it would mean a lot to your customers.

Nice staff, prompt service, the typical Starbucks experience. Dont really like their coffee, but they have a great selection of other items, including a lot of seasonal stuff thats pretty good. I am obsessed with their iced green tea though. Sooo good.

Nice and cozy good for a sunny hot day as they serve excellent lemonade. The staff is very attentive and always gets your order just as you asked. On top of all these great features there is free wifi which is any tech users dream.

EL location is kept clean, mobile ordering keeps the line short, good location for getting in/out and usually on my way for errands.

The staff here are on top of their game! This is one of the busiest Starbucks in western mass and these women and men that work at the East Longmeadow Starbucks are very quick and savvy. Just to name a few of them; Kate, Kathryn, and Sophi are some world star baristas!

If I could give no star that would be even better. I bought a grande pumpkin spiced latte with extra almond milk and one that was decaf with milk for my mom. We waited about 25 minutes total for two drinks. After 10 minutes of waiting, a barista looked at us and asked if I was waiting for something. I told her my order, and she said it would be in the works. I saw coffees, after coffees being served one by one that was for people after us. I was looking around and realized that other people had messed up drinks and were waiting too. But for whatever reason ours wasn’t being given to us. My young sister was waiting at a table while my mom and I stood. After another 10 minutes, the girls started working on our coffees and gave it too us and said the one for my mom was room temperature so it would be easier to drink. I guess she thought it was for my sister sitting down instead of my mom standing next to me. My mom obviously didn’t want a room temperature coffee and asked for it to be heated up. So the girl made another coffee and that took another 5 minutes and the coffee was filled up a little more than halfway. As I walked out I realized my coffee was a dark, dark brown and had barely any almond milk in it. She just handed it to us with no apology that she screwed up the entire order or that we were waiting for, for basically 30 minutes. I’m really disappointed and angry. This is the second time they have messed up an order of mine. They gave me no receipt and I wish could take back that tip and my twelve dollars. Starbucks should really invest in some customer service because this was just ridiculous and I won’t be heading back anytime soon.

This location recently renovated. The seating area is better designed. More comfortable seating than before. Better design. The coffee is good as it was before.

3rd time in 2 weeks I got my drink(s) on the house due to the wait! All the baristas are great!

I go to this Starbucks every other day . I get my usual 2 Ventis a passion tango tea lemonade sweetened and 7pumps of liquid sugar which I order online that way just cause the first shift in the morning could never get it right and a mango dragon fruit with 3 scoops of dragonfruit, 2 cheese danish warmed up and 2 chicken. Dsb panini . I’m and understandable person but today I’ve had it with this place . I always give them great tips and consider what they do cause they’re usually great but this morning I had ordered my normal and my passion tea lemonade first time I got it was not sweetened when I exchanged it the first time they gave me a new one sweetened with no lemonade first they were nice about it but when I returned it for the third time I told them to keep the drink and re ordered my drink online since even when I went twice in person they didn’t get it right so not sure if it was mixed communication but they didn’t apologize they didn’t refund me for the drink I paid for and gave back all because they couldn’t get it right so I reordered online . Won’t be coming to this Starbucks while the day shift is there . Second shift rocks !!! Never have a issue . But the fact I was getting attitude and no apology and no refund and I had to repay for another one which they still didn’t get it right . Im a loyal Starbucks customer after over 40 Starbucks passion tea lemonades sweetened I should know what it taste like .

UPDATE: I love to be corrected!! Bella completely took a negative and turned it into a positive. Great turnaround.OLD: The group that was there around 5 today did not care, more specifically Bella then her male co worker whom thought it was ok to judge customers...... Back to Bella, I was waiting on my Mother to make a choice but was pushed by an impatient rude young lady(Bella). Then I asked for bannana nut bread for my wife, which is assumed or offered toasted, in this case it was cold, so I asked for it toasted, but I was told, Its not Starbucks custom to warm it since it not on the computer...... Being the 2nd rude event, I asked for a mangers number, I was provided with a number that was to the local location........Followed by the young having a debriefing with her co worker, they returned 5 minutes later informing the district manager didnt have a number..............

Unfortunately, the drinks seem to be far to overpriced, and the line, long. Aside from this, the proper barista can make a decent drink; I cant lie. The cake pops are addictive beyond belief!

The store is really clean, has restroom, Wi-Fi. You can also place order online and drive there to pick your stuff up ( usually 5-6 minutes only), really convenient imo)The employees are nice, pay attention to customers and their bartending is simply the best. I recommend the short white guy and short blonde hair girl ( I only get to see them and I really pleased with their beverage, sorry if I miss a lot of good or even better individuals)TL/DR : want go to heaven ? Simply choose the frappuchino ultimate caramel. It will literally make you ascend, especially if you have diabetes.

Starbucks is often a hit just by virtue of being Starbucks however this, East Longneadow Starbucks lacked the warm relaxing vibe that I find at the Bliss Rd (Longmeadow) Starbucks. It felt very cold atmosphericly where as in longmeadow there is a steady stream of students and professionals on laptops, some solo, some in groups, the casual customer, friends on a gun date, soft comfy chairs around a fire place and more. East Longmeadow offered great starbucks service and beverages and it was a fine experience but I probably wouldnt let to go to this location unless I had to due to my current location and schedule, otherwise I would definitely go an extra ten minutes out of my way and patron at the Bliss Rd, Longmeadow, Starbuck

Service was fast but Im Farley new to Starbucks so I dont know the sizes I said medium and the lady taking my order gave me attitude bc its not medium its something else.

The only drive thru starbucks in the area but it takes longer than normal if you go inside because of it. Their clover machine makes great brewed coffee and their espresso drinks are great. Depite their reputation Starbucks prices are actually pretty comprable to DD in alot of drinks some even cheaper.

I have never been to Starbucks before but I was in the neighborhood and thought Id give it a try. It was the worst Chai Latte Ive ever had. I think she only put the milk in and forgot the Chai tea. Plus the girl making them was very rude.

I was treated SO rudely today, I just left completely shocked. I know everyone has their days, so Ill give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that I was just the unlucky recipient of a moment. But damn.

Clean, friendly, typical Starbucks. The shop itself is a bit cramped and does not have a drive-thru, but they have a few places to sit (inside and outside) and a pretty clean bathroom.

Busy after school crowd today. Remind me not to go there between 2-3pm.

I visit quite often, to meet with clients or too work on photos...the staff is always super polite, espresso is dynamite and the atmosphere is cozy!!!
